I want to get married in this store its so nice! It felt like being in a spa just shopping there. Great products from beauty products to exceptional plants in various sizes and varieties. Will most definitely be back probably once a week. Also a GREAT selection of pots, air plants, and rocks for planting medium.

Everything you need to spend a hot Saturday nowhere near the golf course where youd like to be. But sometimes you have to do the work and J&M is a decent place with good people and the prices are good-- unlike The Farm in GV which is a bit much.

We worked with them for a complete front yard and backyard landscaping which included evergreens, ornamental trees and flowerbeds.Bryon was simply amazing while designing and executing the project. His crew was very professional, timely and clean.I would give them a 10 stars if possible, I couldn’t be happier.

The arrangement that I sent to my mom was absolutely gorgeous! She was delighted and sent me a picture, and my other family members also commented on it. J&M is my go-to for floral deliveries in the Madison area (I am out of state but have visited the store when I visit and they also have beautiful things, flowers, plants, gifts and clothes etc, inside the store) Thank you once again for making a holiday special and for making it so easy to send flowers!

Incredible amount of stuff in one place. A really great place to get materials to make terrariums. They have these really cool parrots there too. The service is always really good in the store and conscientious of their customers

As a florist, my expectations are HIGH. My daughter left school for four days to help coordinate Valentine’s Day at my own shop, and while we were knee deep in the chaos that is Valentine’s Day, I heard her mention, no one buys her flowers because her mom is a florist and they think she’s gonna be judgy.I called J&M and asked them to rain down the most beautiful sun flower arrangement and some other treats, on my girl at Drew University and they beyond delivered. I couldn’t have made it better for her if I made it myself. Thank you, thank you! I will be back!!

Beautiful store in the heart of Madison. Nice stuff, higher end, with a florist and a variety of gift options, too, with the heavier duty stuff in the rear of the place.

Soooo Disappointed! I have been ordering flowers from J&M since the 1980s. I recently ordered a bouquet to celebrate the wedding of my best friends daughter. I had a very specific request for colors; white, blush and soft green. The arrangement that was delivered was red, pink and yellow. I called to express my displeasure and the only option I was given was to have the arrangement picked up and given a refund. This is a GIFT. Are You kidding ?! I was told that I ordered them incorrectly and it was my responsibility to ask for a florist the next time! FYI, the owner took my order. NEVER AGAIN!

Large collection of plants of all types. They have furniture and clothing too. Very nice collection.

I cant believe this store is so lax about letting customers walk around the store talking on the phone without a mask on, just as we are experiencing a second wave of COVID-19. J&M obviously does not take everyone elses safety into consideration. It may have nice flowers, but I refuse to visit this store in the future.

Great experience. Succulents were beautiful and the arrangement was well done. Delivery was right on time. My girlfriend loved it! Happy to see they were still taking orders given the current situation.

I always come here to buy a Christmas tree and spring/summer flowers and shrubs. Owner and help are always very patient and prices are reasonable. Beautiful Poinsettia display. Love the helpful staff and they are always accommodating to my browsing and questions !

J&M did a beautiful arrangement for my mother for Mothers Day! We chose the option for the designer to arrange it and we did not have a visual of what it would look like. We trusted J&M to make it amazing and they did just that. Thank you!

Today I returned to J&M to again purchase a ZERO - G garden hose which I bought from them two years ago. Yesterday the ZERO - G ripped on me, water all over the place. With this hot Summer weather you really cannot be without a garden hose, so back to J&M and hoping they had them in stock. They did .....When it came to paying I asked them for a discount, because the ZERO - G garden hose has a warranty of five years. They went two years back into their computer system and indeed found proof of my purchase. Without any ado I was given a replacement. This store has a fantastic selection that keeps going and going in the back. I went for the first time in the fall and couldnt believe how many options for perennials were still available. Ive been back a few times since, and every time the staff had been incredibly helpful.

I used Erin at J&M as my florist for my wedding this past June and she was nothing short of amazing! She was patient (with all of my bridezilla emails) and everything I wanted she delivered on! Erin took my vision and made it come to life! I would recommend her 1,000 times over!

A great gardening and flower store with a 48 old parrot to greet you. Amazing selections of plants and potted flowers and related merchandise. The other product line has shifted over the years from high end furniture to more clothing, bags, and other gift items.

They have a really nice selection of indoor plants (and outdoor, but Ive only visited in the winter). The prices are good too.They also have 2 parrots in the garden section, which was definitely a pleasant surprise!

My brother said the flowers are beautiful—I’m not near him to see them and I hope he sends me a photo! I was very happy to be able to choose among some beautiful arrangements and have them delivered the same day.

First time I went here...well laid out, I dealt with at least three employees and they all were very helpful and wonderful. Check out person offered to wrap my plant since it was a gift and its so nice. Huge selection of everything.
