Store is clean, the staff are nice. Its a good place to shop, but it doesnt have a lot of variety or not as much as it used to. They changed the lay out of their store and the products they carry. I used to be able to find almost anything there, but now I have to go to Sioux falls or Brookings. For example they used to have a much bigger electronics section that was about 2 fully stocked aisles now they have only 1 that is minimalistic. Overall a great place to shop for health products etc. Just wish they had more variety.

Nice clean store and very helpful staff

Lewis is a great one-stop shop for most home/pharmacy needs. There are some items of course that are more expensive than elsewhere, so be sure to compare (really depends on the item) but its very convenient for so much to be packed into one store. Staff are always kind and helpful, especially when mailing items from the in-store post office or if youre picking up prescriptions from the pharmacy. Overall great store, Madison is indeed lucky to have a Lewis!

Shortages of products

Megan, the head pharmacist, has been exceptionally helpful! My insurance was being particularly difficult and she went the extra mile to try to solve the problem to save me extra miles and time. Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!

Awesome supply of everything! Love the lawn and garden center outside. Had some of the cutest yard decor! Pharmacy, Liquor and food staples. I was amazed at everything they carried.

It would be nice if the pharmacy would tell their customers when their prescription was out of refills on their last refill.But no, they prefer to wait until youre out before they tell you.

Lewis carries a little of all. What I like are the plants. They take good care of the stock, and the people who work there are very helpful.

Price was incorrect on items purchased. Fixed it right on the spot.

Pharmacy is great. Store, not so much. Dont get stock out timely. Checkers >40 are good, younger are rude and disorganized. Flu shot clinic was a total mess. Manager doesnt keep things running as they should.
