I just had the most delightful experience at Copal Clean Beauty. I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Laura. The result exceeded my expectations. Laura spent a great deal of time planning out the shape of my brow and listened to my wishes to look natural! The new space is clean and bright and there is a great vibe in the shop.As a bonus I met the owner Jennie and she is passionate about the mission of her business and clearly has a high bar for service and quality.I left there with another appointment for brows and a facial!

Jennie and team are THE BEST! Ive been going for brow care since Spring 2019. I love Copal so much, I dont mind the 25 minute drive each way. They take the time to do facial mapping so my brows are always perfectly shaped. Recently, I tried tinting for the first time and the results were amazing. It looked natural and really made an impact. Other pros: they use non-toxic products, the studio itself is relaxing and beautiful, and they are super clean / hygienic. Highly recommend!!

HANDS DOWN one of the best decisions Ive made for myself. Would you skimp on a mattress that you sleep on every night? NO! Wow! Drove half an hr to get my eyebrows done here and it was definitely worth it. It was an amazing experience, it felt very luxurious and my brows have never looked this amazing. The salon/shop is so chic, well organized and has a lovely scent. I wanted to buy everything! Theyre very welcoming here and Lorna was so easy to talk to once I opened up. She addressed the issues with my brows, what I hope for them to look like and even taught me how to fill them in. I cant wait till my next visit.

The shop is charming. The products are displayed beautifully. I couldnt believe what a great job Jennie did on my eyebrows. I barely have any, but she was able to shape them nicely.I also tried the brow tint and what a difference it made. I have eyebrows again! I highly recommend treating yourself this lovely experience.

By far one of my favorite places. Not only are the products top notch, the staff is amazing & knowledgable, and on top of it all my brows have never looked better. I also got a facial from Adi the other day that beats out any 5 star facial I’ve ever gotten. I will be a customer for life.

I had a very bad experience at this place. I had an appointment booked for last Saturday at 12:45 pm but the management there didnt send me a confirmation email which they are supposed to send . So, without any confirmation email, I thought my appointment was not booked and later when the date arrived, they have charged me 50% of the price($42) of the facial which I wanted .I feel Its unfair because1. It was their mistake of not noting down the email address properly.2. It was their mistake for not sending the confirmation which the receptionist said that she will send but failed to do so.I have lost 42 dollars because of them and its unfair to charge it without any service.

I had scheduled on-line. I had to reschedule and unfortunately did not cancel an appt. My mistake. I was changed for the appointment. Im s return client and health care provider. I called at least 4 times to discuss th oh s matter....no response. I dont get to charge my patients when they dont show. Honest mistake. Im not going back because clearly Im not valued as a customer.Jenni- thank you for reaching out to me. I wish you continued success with your business.

Great job on my eyebrows!

The first time I went to Jennie Fresa, she did a decent enough job on my brows. They were a bit too boxy looking, but overall even and clean. I returned several weeks later to get them done again after letting them grow back without plucking. She completely botched them the second time, making one considerably more angled and defined, and the other much thinner and rounded out. The reason I did not notice it immediately it due to the fact that directly after waxing (before you can see the results), she applies brow powder which covers up any mistakes she may have made. When I washed the powder away I saw how uneven they were, and even friends and family have noticed. I have had to pencil my brows in every day since (until they grow back). I would not recommend this service, especially since it cost about $25 before tax. Otherwise she is very pleasant, and though I have not tried her cosmetics they appear to be very high quality.
