Way better place than Eye Contact-Madison West. Smooth eye exam. Friendly and helpful staff. Professional service. Have my old frame fixed for free and get a new Ray-Ban at fairly low cost.

I am a little hesitant to come back. My hesitation has nothing to do with the pandemic. Its the way I was treated. The doctor did not listen to my concerns. And kept bringing up unrelated things in a lecture. Not to mention that front desk check in staff member decided she didnt like me off the bat.

Wonderful service and staff. I’ve since left the area, but this was my go-to eye doctor. Brian (I think was his name) Steinhauer was the doc I saw most often, and he’s always in a great mood and very knowledgable. Plus the front desk has the BEST mints.

The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful.I dont know many optometrists but Brian Steinhauer is my favorite so far - laid back but knowledgeable and professional. More than willing to answer questions.
