Absolutely the BEST coffee in the area. Jeanie is the drivethru is an absolute delight. Her amazing attitude starts my day off right every time. She deserves a raise!

We arrived at the drive-thru window and were greeted happily by the server. She asked about my day and thanked me for asking about hers. I placed my order and she offered some additional options that were delightful. I had decided at this point there would be a tip, regardless of what the latte was like. GREAT SERVICE makes a huge difference! And the lattes did not disappoint!! They were well made and tasted equally of espresso and flavor. It was not overly sweet or creamy. I would go out of my way to have their latte again. Kudos!

Great coffee and service. They strictly require a mask inside. They werent rude to any about it, but clear you had to have it on AND worn correctly. Most places the employee saying you need a mask has theirs pulled down. This staff all had one on and had great Hygiene.

Barista was helpful in creating my wife’s and daughter’s coffees. They both very much enjoyed their drinks. Only complaint was a closed dine in area- -drive through window only… otherwise I would give it 5 stars…I’m from out of town(Hurricane Ida) but when passing through Madison again, I’d stop for another coffee. Recommended it to some other hotel guests where we are staying. Good job Cups!!!

This was a stop after a date night dinner with my husband. The guy in the speaker was very polite even after working all day im sure and its after 7pm. He made our drinks and repeated our order to us as he handed them through the window making sure we knew which drink was whose. (Ive stopped at a lot of places and most just hand you drinks and thats it so i was really happy about this small gesture). He also asked us what contents we wanted such as type of milk and ice. Okay now ice...I was like huh?? Ice is ice...ok no! They make espresso ice cubes! So when your ice melts, instead of your drink being water logged (iced coffee drinkers know what I mean), it puts espresso into your drink.....who thinks of stuff like that! Your iced coffee tastes like iced coffee til the end!

Cups is ALWAYS on the schedule when I travel to the Jackson metro area. I usually swing by at the Madison location and pick up a Blondie for my trip home. The baristas are so kind and accommodating. I have NEVER left disappointed or dissatisfied.

I absolutely love their iced chai latte. The flavor is always consistently delicious. Also they have to sweetest baristas even if it’s 6 o’clock in the morning.

Absolutely delicious soy Frappes! I’ve been here a couple times and the service is always excellent...friendly, helpful, and with a smile. There are yummy baked goodies here (cookies, brownies, & muffins), but no sandwiches like some of the “competition”.

Its a small coffee shop offering delicious coffee and baked goods run by a courteous staff. The message hanging over the cashiers head asking customers not to berate or harass the poor cashiers over the face mask policy did generate my sympathy for them. The policy was mandated by the owner of the establishment and not the employees, so if youre one of the entitled, bitter little souls that like to strut into establishments and scream about the right to expose your face (which is probably awful to have to look at and would most likely benefit everyone else by covering it up to begin with), theres a nearby gas station where you can go in maskless and purchase a coffee thats as cold as your soul.

Happy this local business replaced the Starbucks here. Their coffee is better anyhow.

So went to cups two days in a row and the second day was awful. Both days went through the drive thru (corona and all that) coffee was great and the first day was fine. The second however was not so grand. We used a gift card on both occasions, since after the first trip the girl at the window said there was still like 12 dollars left. However the second time a different girl claimed that there was only a little bit of change left on it. We thought this was weird but ok whatever but she also changed the amount that we owed her twice. First she said 12 something then 10 something. This should have been a huge red flag and it kinda was but we paid anyways and went on our way. Later we checked the amount of the card and it said there was zero on it but that there was a 12 dollar charge taken out of it for the DAY OF the “mishap”.

The staff here is always super friendly, the coffee is probably the best Ive had in the Jackson area, and its not overly expensive. All in all, a genuinely great coffee place that I like to come to whenever I can. Also, the espresso ice cubes for iced drinks are amazing and I wish more places had them.Only complaint I have is that portion size for what you get is a little bit smaller compared to Starbucks or other coffee places when you order a large. I was trying to get a heavy dose of caffeine, and was little bit disappointed by the size. Not really a huge deal, but just be aware.

Vanilla latte with whole milk and a extra shot...my favorite go to Cups beverage. Always fast friendly and delicious.

The drinks AND staff are just so wonderful! Sometimes I just find an excuse to get a yummy drink so that I can get a pick-me-up from the worlds friendliest people! They are always so cheery, kind, and uplifting. Their coffee beans and teas are so fresh and flavorful. So many dairy-free, sugar-free options as well!

Cups is my go-to coffee shop when visiting the Madison/Ridgeland area. Sometimes twice a day. I usually come hime with a bag of Captain Gabriel too. I cannot wait until I become a resident of the area this summer and can visit more often.

Cup’s in Madison is phenomenal! They are always so very kind and efficient. The coffee is outstanding. I’ve never found anything close to it. It is wonderful indulgence. I highly recommend all Cup’s locations.

Good product. Recommend they charge use of wifi, so many people come in, buy 1 cup, then sit for hours surfing internet; other customers who want to simply sit and enjoy a few minutes of coffee have to leave since theres no place to sit.

After several visits, the experience ranges from great to poor, so three stars. On the positive side, the quality of the coffee is excellent and the staff during the week are very friendly. On several Sunday mornings, the service was extremely slow. Some of the staff seemed stressed and apathetic. The drive-through was getting priority (it was backed up and went into the adjacent street) as the line built up inside. Ill be skipping weekends until management resolves this issue and keeping my visits limited to weekdays.

Every single time I come to this cups the service is absolutely phenomenal. Everyone seems so happy and honest, the drinks are made incredibly quick, and the staff are quite sociable. This cups captures the feel of a local business where you are made to feel welcomed and given quality service on top.

This cups has great coffee and lattes but as of now I feel no longer welcomed there anymore, because nearly every morning after dropping the kids to school etc my older sister & I stop here its where we recharge for the coming day. Our usual order is a brunette ( white chocolate instead of dark with just one shot of espresso whole milk whipped cream) in large cup & myself usually dark roast coffee or a honey vanilla latte 16oz,and its great for most of the time but there are some days where my sister drink wouldnt turn out how she likes it and ask them to remake it but this morning as Im about to order the manager/owner tells me that in the future that if a drink isnt correct she wont refund or remake our drinks which really took me by surprise because I thought we respected customers here . and that is why you see a ⭐

Im from Utah but was in town visiting my family and i found Cups. This place is the bomb. There is something special abt all the people who work here. They always made me feel so good every time i went there. Oh and the coffee is delicious

The baristas here are most definitely the highlight. Bright, cheerful and accommodating, they are the reason for customer loyalty. As far as the atmosphere goes, the seating and decor are well below average for almost any coffee house. The layout leaves much to be desired. Also, The Internet kicks you off and makes you sign back in, every 15 minutes. Not trying to sound critical but these little things add up.

Sorry Starbucks lovers but this place has you beat by 10,000 miles. Locally owned and operated chain that you wont find in any other state, every day has a new medium roast to try.The coffee is (dare I say) MUCH BETTER than Starbucks and doesnt taste like year old coffee beans that have been brewed daily for weeks.Fyi: I used to be a Starbucks lover until I stopped by one of this businesss locations.

The great service and reliably great tasting coffee is the only reason why i would give 5 stars to this cups location. Admittedly this is not my favorite place to drink coffee bc the environment is a little more professional for my liking. Still the outsoor patio is nice and great for doing any kind of work or hanging out with a friend.

I can describe it in 5 words. Better and friendlier than Starbucks.

Hot chocolate was well priced but tasted bland. WiFi requires re-sign-in every 20 minutes or so; frustrating to get work done. A better To-Go place than a sit-in.

Not as cozy as some of the other Cups locations, but the baristas here are great! They work with you to create new drinks based on flavors you love. Never been disappointed.

I usually have great service at this location, as I do visit many of the different cups around the area. This particular day, I went through the drive thru and ordered a large iced blonde with skim milk with whip cream and caramel on top. This is the way I always order my coffee. The person taking my order was like okay drive around. When I got to the window, they handed me my coffee without any whip cream or caramel and I proceeded to tell her that I asked for whip cream on top. She then told me that they don’t put whip cream on the iced coffee and I told her that I had received it before at that location as well as all others I visited. She then stated that she could put whip cream on there for a charge of $.65. I didn’t mind paying, but I had never been charged before and had never had problems like this before and also as I ordered at the drive through, could she not have told me that there would be a extra charge for the whip cream. It just shocked me as I had ordered it one way but had the trouble receiving it. I guess I will know from now on exactly how the Madison Cups runs there business compared to the other Cups around town.

Accidentally ordered a tall instead of a small. Girl at the register interrupted me mid sentence and was rude about it. Youre not Starbucks. We get it. At Starbucks they can somehow figure out what you mean if you order a small and theyre not rude about it.

Well we went through the drive threw and waited for a while then we finally got out drinks and they were not hot at all, and just as soon as we left the dive threw my girlfriend drank her not so hot chocolate and got stung on her uper lip. Just had a bad experience last night, will not be going back!!!!
