My go to Starbucks for years since it has been close to my jobs. I had a great experience this morning with the guy in the drive through. He was so positive and my morning started off great because of him and my yummy coffee and sandwich. I appreciate the positive attitude especially when you have to work on the weekends. Thank you again

We walked in were ignored so we left. 7 employees behind counter all doing drive through orders and no one greeted us.

Very nice inside decor and quiet too! Comes complete with an outside patio for those not-so-blazing-hot days. Since its relatively new, getting your order is usually pretty fast. And being so close to the beltline exits is definitely a plus as well!

I get iced coffee from Starbucks frequently.This one in particular, the iced coffee always has a horrible taste, almost to the point of being undrinkable.

I understand that they were busy this time, but I have tried this location 3 times now. Every-time I have experienced rudeness, this time though when we were given the incorrect drink and handed back, the employee started to sing “why do customers have to make coffee so complicated”. The manager even proceeded to state she doesn’t even care anymore. They weren’t even under staffed…. I give up on this location just like the employees obviously have

Highly recommend this Starbucks! Today our doctors office put in an order and they were out of something that we had ordered. They made sure to put a note on the drink itself stating they were out of peach juice. Plus they also put in a store credit for my next visit and apologized for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that and we will be ordering from here again in the future!

First off, the staff is AMAZING! Always so kind and welcoming early in the morning. However, nearly every time I go there (about once a week, random days of the week) they are out of something! This is no exaggeration. I am not sure why they are not putting in larger orders at this point, but this has been going on for about a year now.

Beware went thru drive thru today rushing back orderd my drinks payed with a 50 dollar bill left and relized i had forgotten my change call and tell them exactly what happened then they tell me they dont except 50 dollar bill so i drive back upThere and have them pull the drawer out and boom there is my 50 dollar bill! She then shows me the reciept in which the drive thru lied and said exact change was paid for the drinks (another lie) seems like the drive thru noticed i wasnt paying close attention and kept my change!

I ordered my favorite drink the “Pink Drink” and it was terrible! Mind you, I drink this everyday but I never go to the gammon location. So I decided I would go to them thinking they make their drinks just like any other Starbucks. My drink was bland and disgusting and I drove through the drive thru again to get a new drink. They made it terrible for a 2nd time and lied and said it tastes different because their was a recipe change. EVERY other location I go to makes it just right. Someone needs to run a drink course for this staff and tell them to not lie to customers when they mess up.

Loved it!! Excellent place for coffee. Fast paced and the team always got my drink right.

They close much earlier than their regular hours and keep no indication of having closed early, making a mockery of everyone waiting in the drive through lane.

They always have my drink ready for pick up and its made to order. The only reason for 4 stars which every Starbucks gets is because knowing your franchise will be busy you need to start designing them better for the drive up! Its a hassle getting in & out and if I was the businesses around you I would be upset.

Not enough reviews take personality into account in my opinion. This Starbucks has some of the sweetest and most genuine people that remember you when you come through. Ive never had issues with my order when coming here.

I don’t know what more I can say about Starbucks did everybody doesn’t already know. Although there are caramel frappe’s with a shot of espresso are fantastic and my favorite.

My drinks are never full, 3/4 full at best.

This is one of the better Starbucks locations in Madison. It has a good location logistically, and it also has a nicely configured drive thru. So nice to not block the street during busy periods!

Was impressed with the way the barista was training a new employee. And both of them chatted warmly with me, making the coffee all the more aromatic.

Addicting for their warm croissants and Mocha and green tea Frappuccino and dragon fruit drinks . Dont like them cutting down the elephants homes that make them homeless in Africa to get coffee beans . I dont frequent Starbucks for that reason that I am pro animal . Im not a coffee drinker when I go. Accept for a Starbucks mocha Frappuccino with Whipped cream and chocolate and carmaker drizzle on top with their Delicious chocolate croissants and artesian smoked gouda cheese and egg sandwich with bacon . Oh so good to start the day .on the road with a warm smile !

Usually nice but I guess they close at 9:12 on Tuesday’s now instead of 9:30. I usually come here every day and wait for 15 minutes for a 6 dollar drink. I waited 2 minutes at the drive through, lights clearly on just for him to say “ I’m sorry we’re actually closed”. I’m just going to go to moka from now on.

Starbucks have it covered when it comes to service this holiday season! All the stores in the Madison, WI have made it a joyful experience! Dont let the lines scare you! Youll be in and out in no time!

I’ve lived by this Starbucks location for five years, so have gone there a lot in that time! How long you wait and the quality of your drink really just depends on who is working. Drinks are more often than not under filled 👎

We ordered ahead and went in to pick up our order - 2 medium mochas. 1 was hot, the other cold, like it had been sitting for a half hour. Starbucks is my GO TO coffee, K-cups, ground, beans, drive thru, in-store pick-up. I love Starbucks, BUT WILL AVOID this location.B.C. (before COVID), we stopped at this location. They were busy, trash was over flowing, the restrooms were out of toilet paper and staff knew. So, maybe this is chronic under-staffing?

They have the best drinks ever! My favorite was the Moca Cookie Crumble frapichino! You could also get coffe without caffeine!

This is the one a cross the street from West Town Mall . Most places we go to I rate the food and cleanliness of the place.And the employees are usually really friendly, but here they where not. They acted as if we where bothering them when we placed our offer. Dont know if we will go back to that store.

They havent placed the garbage or paper towels by the entry to make them accessible to people grabbing takeout. And if you cross the line to throw something away, even if youre 30 feet from anyone, the manager will snap at you. The other Starbucks in town make everything accessible and have someone to serve customers.I would suggest Starbucks fire the manager.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. I wait in line for almost 20 minutes every single time I’m here, drive through or inside. They do not know how to time things at all. I will never come back, yet again i am late to work due to the order they make their drinks. I use to work at a Starbucks when I was younger and If we had customers waiting that long for ONE drink we would be sincerely apologizing, for this location it’s just normal and on top of it the cashier was super rude, didn’t say hi, made me wait 5 minutes after seeing me to even take my order and couldn’t say “one second” or “I’ll be right with you” just made me wait and couldn’t even say hi after. Never coming back to a Madison Starbucks again. Save your money people, go to Dunkin!

This cafe is not open to the public, the doors were still locked at 5:35am I knocked on the door and all 5 employees just looked and no one came to the door to address that they were closed.

I usually like Starbucks. This one has very poor customer service. I had called once cause I was on a time crunch. I needed to get in and out as fast as possible. My intent was to let them know my order so when I came through drive through it would be ready and I could keep going. They would not even talk about it. No flexibility, no understanding. I am not returning.

Constantly out of cold brew (any time of day, for days on end). Often out of other things like the berry hibiscus refresher. The very busy University Ave. store nearby has never been out of cold brew, so Im not sure how this store can be that bad at keeping things in stock.

Avoid coming here on Sundays. 20+ min wait. The guy making drinks in store was fine but whoever was supposed to be making hot food clearly was not doing their job. I submitted my mobile order at 1013, walking out of the store now at 1045. All to freaking microwave something for 20 seconds. Ridiculous

Does Starbucks think theyre fooling anyone by making the environment just that little bit uncomfortable to chase you out the door? The tables just a bit too small and close together, the music a tad too loud, chairs too hard.. Little do they know that if I had a comfortable place to read and access to pastries theyd make a fortune off me.

Normally this Starbucks is amazing. Friday Dec 7th at 9:40, the gal at the window (not the order taker) needed a huge attitude adjustment. Understandably a very busy day, lines forever, but this exactly the reason to be happy, talkative and smiling and NOT silent with no acknowledgement of people, whatsoever.

Wed ordered to-go boxes of coffee the day before to be picked up at 6:45 in the morning. But when we got there, they seemed to have no idea our order existed. Usually pretty good, but not this visit.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had never been inside this Starbucks and it was busy yet relaxed. My coffee was a treat to enjoy for a moment there and then take it on the go.

Ugh! Worst Starbucks ever! Ive been there twice this week and it was a bad experience both times! Rude service. The first time I ordered 4 drinks and got up to the window and asked what I had ordered. They did the exact same thing the second time as well! I went around 2pm and the drive through line took more then 15 minutes. There was no comment about thanks for waiting, they just want to get onto the next person. On tip of that, when they handed me one of the drinks it had been over filled so my iced mocha dripped into my pants, so now they are stained. Earlier this week there was mocha syrup all over the cup so my hands were sticky... I wont be visiting this Starbucks again and Ill be telling all my friends to avoid it.

Most efficient Starbucks I visit -- I order ahead a lot here, and it is always ready when I come in. They double check with you when you pick up, to make sure youre getting the right drink/order. I know theyre supposed to, but a surprising number do not. The high school across the street means during school, its always pretty busy around 8 am, and again about 11am-1pm. But even then, they are efficient and move the line quickly but in a friendly manner. Its a bit inconvenient to enter from Mineral Point Rd, only drawback.

Worst Starbucks in town. For the past 3 or 4 weeks they have constantly been out of different items. I now avoid them and go out of my way to go to other Starbucks. The most recent problem was that we had ordered 2 frapps and some food and the drinks were disgusting. We spent $18 and had to throw the drinks out. We are pretty sure they watered the mocha down, probably to make it last. Disgusting. Never going again.

To my amazement, when I walked in, this Starbucks looked exactly like the last 15 Starbucks I visited. It even had a group of people at a table chatting over coffee!There was a college student with a laptop and commuters rushing in and out to get a caffeine rush before they had to face their dreaded co-workers. There was even an old man reading a newspaper.I waited patiently for my drink while fumbling with my phone. They called my name when my drink was ready and I walked out the door without making eye contact with anyone.I wonder what my next Starbucks experience will be like?

Friendly staff and fairly speedy drivethrough even at peak times. Getting out of the parking lot can be a little dicey because of a blind curve and a busy intersection, but the convenient location is great when youre running errands on the west side or heading to the mall.

Coffee and menu items are pretty consistent as Starbucks usually is not much to say but the area of town itself is sketchy so go when it’s light out and not an off time like 8pm.

Flies buzzed us here--in November! But then, I was shocked and amazed to see many more within the glass case, energetically sampling goodies. So, while it was great to find plenty of parking and seating at this convenient location, probably we will look around for another cafe, next trip.

Very busy Starbucks, but very friendly and they get your drinks out as fast as they can. They were so busy this morning they had to turn off their mobile ordering, but otherwise a good spot. Sitting space on the inside is about medium. They do have drive thru service also.

Edit: They’ve done a really great job during the pandemic. They’re quick, friendly, wearing masks and doing a good job of enforcing distancing. Also, I have not run into an out of stock since this started and my coffee is always ready when I arrive!This starbucks always seems to be out of things and understaffed. The cold brew coffee is perpetually unavailable (at least according to the app), and this morning I ordered an iced coffee when I was 12 minutes away from the store (the wait time was 4-7 minutes, but this is unreliable with this location in particular). I showed up and about 10 people were waiting for their drinks inside, and one lady said she placed her order 20 minutes prior. I left, ran some errands, came back 35 minutes after placing my order and my coffee was still not ready and about 20 people were now waiting. I had to abandon my coffee to get to work :( I wish they staffed properly for the amount of traffic this location gets in the morning.

Usually when I go to this Starbucks I get good service, but today was very disappointing. The employee at the drive through gave me a broken cup and coffee spilled all over my card and clothes. She didn’t seem to care and didn’t apologize. When I called to let the supervisor know, she didn’t seem to care either. I think this Starbucks needs to look at their staff and make improvements. This was a very disappointing experience.

I like to come here sometimes for quick coffee or a sandwich, but avoid weekday mornings, the place fills up really quickly and it can take half an hour to get your coffee.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in the area. Recently renovated to be a lot bigger and includes drive through. The staff are always so friendly, and theyre very efficient with mobile orders! Ive been here hundreds of times, and there was only ever one issue with my mobile order being lost on an extremely busy day. They then gave me a $4 gift card for the trouble, which was overly kind from my perspective.

FRUIT FLIES ALWAYS TRAPPED IN THE DISPLAY CASE LANDING ON ALL THE FOOD. DISGUSTING.I love Starbucks and the bakery items but wont order them here because this locations lack of cleanliness grosses me out.

This Starbucks consistently makes their drinks poorly. Fine for those who dont care about their money or the taste of their coffee, but Im not spending $4 on a bad latte. From now on Im going to the Moka drive thru that just opened on Mineral Point.

Convenient location. Drive through gets crazy packed here. I generally go inside. I am a basic black coffee drinker so this isnt the ideal place for me. Regular coffee can be pricey here. The coffee here though always tastes good never hit and miss. Also for as packed as the drive thru is inside service is really fast.

I used to live near here and frequented this Starbucks but we now have a closer one to visit regularly. Recently remodeled and a very convenient drive thru makes this a nicer Starbucks. Not huge though, so it can get busy during peak times.

This is not the location I normally go to. The person that took order had no idea what a pour over was. The gentleman making my coffee walked around with the filter in his hand for a few minutes before making the coffee. They seemed to all be concentrated on talking to each other on headset and hit coffee was cold. I will stick with the Greenway location. They would get my 5 stars.

My venti mocha was good. They were very busy but worked through the rush well.

Staff is efficient and I could see theyre always busy and focused on doing drinks. Its noticeable the staff work together well and are courteous to customers. I walked up for a second order, no one present at the cash register but the staff lady taking drive-thru orders noticed me, was attentive and promptly called her coworker to help take my order. I was there on a Sunday around 7pm, not more than 6-7 customers there, plenty of empty tables so it wasnt crowded, lots of outlets too as in one between each table along the wall, short wait time for orders. They accept Chase Pay (QR code scanning).

Half the time I go here the drink is made wrong, either missing flavors or key ingredients or a completely different drink was made. Issues are usually on Thursday afternoons through drive thru, dont think theyre staffed well for these rushes.

This particular location is almost always out of something I try to order, from cold brew to a breakfast sandwich to the bantam bagels. Its the only convenient location for my commute so I keep going, but its very frustrating!
