I hate this company. They charge me monthly for insurance I dont want, and then when I call on the phone the staff (rudely and with a tone of course) tells me to call another store like Ubreakifix and they dont have techs in store to help me with my phone. What do I pay the insurance for? On top of it, my bill, in typical US Cellular fashion, has a bunch of extra charges and its more than it should be for the first 3 months after switching back. Overall I do not recommend them at all.

Do not go here. There is a real US Cellular store up the block. THIS STORE DOESNT EVEN HAVE PHONES - they have to order them LOLz.

Great store way less busy than the other us cell by the mall

Came in here Saturday looking to switch companies and check out prices. Brian helped us and made everything incredibly easy and explained everything clearly. We had been dreading the trip, but it ended up being a painless event! He got us set up with a new contract (one that actually worked for us-- he wasnt trying to up-sell stuff he knew we didnt need) and transferred everything everything from old phones to the new ones. We will absolutely be back to this location! Thank you so much Brian!

This is where I like to come for help. A nicely organized store and helpful staff. I just wish they would all treat me respectfully. Sometimes I never know if the person helping me is going to be nice or not. Knowledgeable staff but I never know if Im going to get someone mean. Especially when its not going to be a quick fix.

Went there last night to get new phones and to upgrade our plan. Pleasantly surprised at how well things went. We usually hate going to do in person transactions and have had really terrible experiences at most US Cellular locations but this place was great! The salesman was awesome, attentive, answered all my questions, and best of all, there was no wait, no lines when we arrived at 6:30pm. Clean store room and fast service. Smoothest US Cellular transaction I experienced. Very nice people. Keep it up!

Went in to upgrade my phone (I’ve been a customer for 12 years), had previously been told a sale went on to then end of the month. Now I was told it was discontinued and I have to pay an extra $300. Load. Of. Garbage. I can take my business elsewhere, and that’s what I plan on doing. Tell that to your corporate headquarters

I was told a price when in the store. When I got my bill it was almost double! Called and they did nothing to help. Just told me the guy must have made a mistake. Nothing they can do!

Went there with phone never had smart phone hate phones but work had toFriendly the girl was wonderful going today try to do same thing nervous dont want to change I would get phone from them and resell my phone how much like these guys did year ago just saw place to put review
