Friendly Staff and quick checkout lines makes any Publix a great grocery store to shop at and this one is on par with the other locations around Huntsville.

Publix is a great grocery store because they always have the fresh food and seafood they have helpful employees and the checkouts time is decent.

I got my prescription from the pharmacy for the first time. The pharmacist was amazing. She got my medication ready in a very short time. She was very professional and her customer service was stellar.

I love Publix. I shop there regularly, however, their online information is incorrect. They specifically stated that they have pickup available. I called the store on 8000 Madison to verify AND THEY DO NOT. They need to get with the times and either remove it from their online profile or start doing it!

Was about 6:55 pm on Saturday night. Workers very friendly, but they were out of everything. No meatballs, chicken tenders, or white bread. Also the oven was off for some reason? They said it would take 15 minutes to turn on, so I couldn’t get my sub toasted. I’d understand if it was like 10 minutes before closing but this was ridiculous. This Publix is in a very convenient location for me but it was a very poor experience tonight. Worse than any other Publix I’ve been to.

Yet another awesome experience with this Publix bakery. Almost every one of my kids birthday cakes has come from this store. This time I asked them to just wing it for my sons beyblade party. They did not disappoint!! Thanks for the amazing cake! You made my birthday boy one happy kid!

The employees have always been great and friendly. This is a lower rating more so on the store itself. I dont care for the layout of how things are organized. Its much different where things are located compared to smiths or Walmart that Im used to shopping at. I also didnt find their selection to be very big especially in their meat department. Ill mostly not go here and just go a little further down the road to Walmart. I know some people who love Publix, which is great. Its just not the store for me. Again, great employees and customer service.

This is a pretty typical Publix. Theyre friendly (sometimes aggressively friendly), and they have all the typical products of any Publix. The location is fantastic, and right next to a few other businesses.The only complaint is that I feel guilty for taking my own cart to my car. Its fine to offer once, but dont be aggressive. Will go again.

I came in at 7:30am in a slight panic because I couldn’t find just a plain white iced cake and Fernando in the bakery department noticed. He asked me what I was looking for and made it on the spot right in front of me. He was so sweet and comforting in just the way he offered help and even options of cake flavor! Amazing customer service from Fernando!

These guys are awesome. Theyre always friendly, but its not that fake corporate friendly, they appear content, and ready to serve you. I hope its as real as it seems, because its great.Now, Publix is my go to place for Dutch aged Gouda, Norwegian cheese, cured meats, and shellfish. They will steam that shellfish for you, so its hot to go, and they dont seem to mind. Great store!

This is the third time in 2 months, that I have bought something from their deli that was not fully cooked... I wish I would have taken a picture of the chicken.

I love this store for its location more than anything else. Its the only legit grocery store on my way home outside of Walmart, and screw that mess. Everyone inside the store has been courteous. Ive had multiple delightful encounters with the deli staff. The selection is adequate, though its not a gigantic store like Kroger. The prices are comparable in most cases. The cashiers have always been nice as well.

Was there to do a return and had to wait on someone to man the front service desk. The employees were too busy in the back laughing and socializing to see that customers were in line waiting. Finally a girl named Mel came out and waited on me. She acted like I was a interruption and I felt very unwelcomed. I did hear she was nicer to those who tipped well. So sad.

Maryann a manager at the Madison Blvd Publix treated me very rudely and unprofessionally. I called initially to inquire about Western Union services. I asked where in the store the Western Union was located and what I needed to bring in order to get a money order. Her tone was rude and inpatient. She made me feel as though my questions were not valid. I asked her if there was an issue and she proceeded to rush me off the phone by asking me if I needed anything else. At that point I was frustrated and hung up the phone. When I arrived at the store I politely asked who answers the phone at this location. To my surprise the lady said it was her who had answered and recently spoken to me. I told her that I was offended by how she handled our conversation. She quickly became defensive and began to speak loudly that I was the one who had been rude, almost as if she wanted to make a scene. I told her that I was going to make a complaint and she retaliated by saying she would do the same. I told her that was fine and that I was not going to continue to argue with her. She refused to help me and walked away to get another store associate. I felt like the situation was completely uncalled for and I’m still surprised that she would treat me this way.

This is one of the smaller Publix stores, so the selection is not quite as large. However, they certainly have the essentials so this store can handle most any grocery requirements. What they have that makes them rate five stars from me is an outstanding staff. This site has the friendliest and most helpful staff of any grocery store I have EVER visited. The people there are genuinely friendly and not just putting on an act. While there are competing grocery stores closer to me, I go out of my way to shop here.

Serving in the military, it can get hard moving a family from place to place while looking for the everyday things that make life easy. A new mechanic, a barber, church, movie theatre, or grocery store. Im from Texas and for me, I love H-E-B.In all my years in the military, I had never heard of Publix. Ive been all across this country and I must say that Publix has the best customer service and quality.Also, if anyone has ever lived in Japan, youll know that no one beats the customer service and quality in Japan. Publix reminds me of my time in Japan. Keep it up Publix!
