Was told 1.5 to 2 hour wait, ended up waiting more than 3 hours for a standard oil change and vehicle inspection… definitely not express

This is no longer express!!! I tried 3 times to get my oil changed. I even went right when it opened. All three times I was told I had a 2 hr wait. I used to wait an hr max. I went somewhere else.

I love Smart Toyota! The drive up service is so convenient and professional. No appointment needed! The vast majority of the time the wait is a reasonable amount of time, and when its not a pandemic, they have snacks and drinks in the waiting area.

Smart Motors is the best dealership in the area.

Fast service, comfortable waiting area, and excellent Covid-19 protection. Got an oil change and tire rotation done. They wanted to do some fluid replacements but their prices are pretty high for that kind of thing.

Smart Toyota service is great. I went in for an oil change and the tech tried real hard to get me to pay for a tire rotation. I had to say no a couple of times before he gave up.

Not any better than a jiffy lube honestly. Of course, like their bigger center, they would try and slip in additional charges without first clearing it with you so be ware.The amenities are ok. They try and maintain social distancing but it is a small place from the inside so that is usually a little hard

3rd time here. Was told 30 mins for an oil change. No problem, but almost an hour later and they havent even started? Theres nothing express about that. Maybe on a slow day, but most mornings and weekends when Ive gone theyre very busy. If Im in for just an oil change why am I waiting for a vehicle inspection sheet? Obviously so they can find more services to perform, oftentimes before its even necessary. They push tire rotations on every vehicle from what I can hear. All work has to be approved by the owner of course, but this lengthens the time for each vehicle to be completed, which means longer wait times for you. I go to the dealership because they know the vehicle and use Toyota oil and filters, but Jiffy Lube or Valvoline is so much faster. Its a shame the up-sell ruins what could otherwise be a quick and pleasant experience at the dealer.

Right next to the Smart Toyota dealership. The staff is friendly and speedy service. Ive had my flat tire changed and it took about 45 minutes. Theres a nice waiting area with some snacks while your car is getting fixed.

I came in because my car started squealing and idling high. Coincidentally, it was due for an oil change and front brakes. The technician completely ignored my primary complaint: he came to update me on the oil change 5 times, I had to remind him every time why I was there. In the end, he promised to order a part but said I needed an appointment to get the part changed. Come to find out today, at my scheduled appointment, he didnt order the part after all. Now they say they are ordering the part, but I have to come back tomorrow to get it installed.Moral of the story, if you need more than an oil change (or even then), go anywhere else. The actual service department went above and beyond to help me, schedule an appointment and they will take good care of you!

We have all of our Toyotas service work done here. We get honest and professional service. The waiting room is very comfortable. They provide coffee, tea, water, snacks and WIFI.

I waited there for 1.5 hours to find out they couldnt fix my tire and they didnt have a replacement either. What a colossal failure of service. When I brought the car there they told me it would be a 1/2 hour.
