Tim and his team have worked on 2 of my vehicles in the past 1 1/2 years. Each time they have done extraordinary work. This past accident damaged the front drivers side of my Highlander. After a light appeared on my dash indicating that my brake light was out, I called around to a few different auto body shops in town to see when I could have someone repair it. Most places had a wait time of two weeks or more. But Lynch Auto Body was able to fit me in on a Friday morning and I was SO grateful! The gentleman who worked on my vehicle was very nice and I really appreciated the precautions he and the business took around COVID (masks, plexiglass, etc). My brake light was fixed in less than 20 minutes and I was on my way! I would definitely recommend this business in the future!

I needed a headlight bulb replaced a few days ago. I had already purchased the bulb and figured I could just google up a video and do it myself. Between my wife, my neighbor, my brother and google we couldnt figure it out. My wife called Tim and he told her to bring it in and hed take a look. We had driven by Lynchs Norman Rockwellian looking shop many times and always admired the small town look of the place. In 5 minutes my bulb was replaced. No appointment needed. No charge. I went in a couple of weeks ago after getting into a small accident with damage to my bumper and side of my car. I was paying for the damage out of pocket and Tim was great about trying to keep costs down and informing me immediately when more damage was found. When I went to pick my car up, it looked just as good as when I bought it. It was my first experience getting in an accident and having to get my car fixed, but Tim was very patient with me and answered every question I had. Overall a very positive experience! A cyclist had blown a 4 way stop downtown Madison and slammed into my Nissan Murano causing around $4,000 worth of damage. Thankfully everyone was ok and I reached out to Lynch Auto Body a few days after to receive a quote for my insurance.Mr. Lynch was quick to get to work and reminded me how much he appreciates the business. We are happy with the body repair work they did. Our car looks like new. The coordination with our insurance company was smooth and had no issues. I didnt know that most insurance companies want body shops to use used parts as much as possible and our repair was no exception. The shop was sent a used tail light to install, but noticed it had a small crack in it. They convinced the insurance company to pay for a new assembly and likely saved us a headache later on. I definitely recommend them.

After being involved in a bad accident, remarkably my van had no mechanical problems and drove just fine. My husband could not even tell it was in an accident unless you looked at it. This is a 1995 GMC Safari wheelchair accessible van with a lift and hand controls. I am a paraplegic, I love my van, it is my independence and part of my identity since everyone knows my van. To me it was irreplaceable. It had no rust and low mileage for the age so I was hoping it could be fixed.My husband took it around to a few body shops around Madison and all but one said they could not help me because they could no longer get parts for my vehicle because of the age and shape it was in. The insurance company even wrote it off as a total loss but when Tim Lynch saw the van and heard our story he wanted to do everything possible to help us out if he could. He spent many months searching day and night for parts all around the country. Tim then came across an older GMC Safari van with again remarkably no rust and just outside of Madison he could use for the parts van. His amazing body shop guy Eric cut off the whole drivers side off the parts van and put it on my van. It turned out beautifully and you can not tell it was in an accident. They are easy to work with and their attention to detail goes up and beyond. Lynch auto was great to work with. A super stressful and unfortunate situation was made better by Tim & Lynch Auto Body. I filled out their website form late Wednesday night and they called me within hours, AND fit me in right away early that following day. They fixed my car SO quickly and worked directly with my insurance company to get everything figured out. I never had to follow up or ask for an update - they just made it happen! On top of that, they even vacuumed, washed, and disinfected my car. The whole process took less than a week. When I Googled “body shops near Sun Prairie’, I had several options, but Lynch offered an online estimate. I uploaded my photos, and they contacted me with an offer to do the estimate in person at my convenience (my photo skills were not up-to-par). When you call/stop, you are dealing with the owner, and he was upfront that I should go through insurance due to the costs. He walked me through the process, set-up an appointment for the next week, and I was reassured that my car was in good hands. The entire office is covered in certificates showing their knowledge. The work took longer than expected, and I was told that was because they rejected the parts ordered by insurance and reordered new parts. My car looks as good as the day I bought it. If I had one complaint, I had to call for an update, as they did not follow-up to let me know it would take longer than expected. Other than that, they were responsive, helpful, and did great work. Plus, they took on the insurance company so my car would look better in the end. And that’s priceless. Or in my case, the cost of my deductible.

After a long and harrowing experience in dealing with insurance companies to get my car fixed without shortcuts, Tim came to the rescue to make my car look better than before its accident. I just picked up my 2015 VW Passat from Lynch Auto Body. I’m impressed and very satisfied with their quality of work. They replaced and painted a front fender and hood. They also replaced a headlight and bumper cover. The paint matches the original paint perfectly. The fender, hood, headlight and bumper are all in complete alignment. They were friendly and very professional throughout the process and even coordinated the repair estimate approval and car rental with the USAA insurance company. The rental car was delivered to Lynch’s Auto Body and picked up when the repairs were complete. It was a seamless process and I am completely satisfied. Finally to my surprise, they replace a daytime running light that I had tried replacing three times. No additional charge. They even fumigated the interior against the Covid virus.

Tim was very helpful throughout the entire process. I was struck on my way to work and was flying out of state later that day. I had my vehicle towed to Lynchs auto body and spoke with Tim. He then worked with my insurance company to get an adjuster to review the vehicle and get the whole process started. The insurance company wanted me to tow my vehicle half way across the state to one of their certified inspection centers which made no sense. Tim took over the whole conversation and worked everything out for me so I could enjoy my vacation. Then the pandemic happened and everywhere was closing. Tim luckily had a technician that was okay with continuing to work on my car so I could get it back during the shutdown. Thanks again Tim!

Lynchs helped fix my car after I got bad water damage from the rain. They are an exceptional family owned business and I recommend them to anyone in the Madison area! Tim was amazing to work with. Not only did they do a great job, they were responsive and helpful going back and forth between my insurance company and me to make sure everything was handled correctly. I also had a baby in the middle of the job and Tim was tremendously accommodating about my schedule. My family and I will definitely use Lynch Auto Body for all future repairs!

This place is the best. I’ve had to file claims and get repair work done on my car a few times. Tim Lynch and the team here make the sad situation of needing repair work as stress-free and easy as possible. Their work is excellent, their customer service is excellent, their communication is excellent, and they’ve dealt directly with various insurance companies for me (some insurance companies have been easy to work with, some not). I’m confident that the estimates, work and communication has all been prepared and executed with honesty, and that my car has been treated with care every time.

We were recently in a major hail storm in TX. Lynch Auto Body did the extensive repair work and the end result was excellent. Working with them was great. They explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. They kept us posted through the entire process and we are extremely pleased with the work that they did. The van looks like new.I would highly recommend Lynch to do any repair work needed.
