Bought new tires and sensors and had Koehler put them on for me they were very professional and nice and got the job done fast and did a great job... no complaints.

Am recovering from surgery and going home from therapy when front tire lost air.Wife went in to check on tire and the folks let us stay in our truck, jacked it up, found a bad valve stem, did a great job on the repair and were very nice.Anyone wanting to deal with a great bunch of guys go to Kohler Tire. Unbelievable how they helped us!

Horrible place to get service at or work there. Unless the workers are getting the ticket thag they want that has the high commission they are lazy and dont want to work they would leave a vehicle that needed an oil change done to it that was there way earlier just to grab one that gets brand new tires on it that just came in because they get the higher money off of that vehicle. Very very unprofessional people and corporate was made aware of the slander they like to do or certain employees like to do as well.. Made fun of my bf stating he was autistic and deff when he was neither one of those. Customer service there is horrible the front desk people are very very rude and make fun of people just as well. Will never ever have service there and will not recommend service there to anyone Chandlers or somewhere else is my go to place deffiantly not here.

The price they quote for tires is the price you pay. They dont nickel and dime you with extra charges for mounting, balancing or stems like most tire dealerships Ive encountered elsewhere.

It was great

Told us our brake caliper was hanging down and had eaten the rear pad and rotor completely up. Said the mechanic heard a grinding as he pulled the car in to rotate the tires. Stated a cost of 400 to 500 to repair. I was suspicious because the brakes made no noise and stopped as new. Had another shop check it out and watched the tires come off and what he found. Nothing was wrong whatsoever. Caliper was not hanging down, rotor was fine and brake pads had 40% left!

Ever since mymechanic of 20 years retired, Ive been looking for a new place for general maintenance on my Mercedes Benz.Koehler Tires and Service Center in Madison Indiana seems to be my answer.I was in at 8 a.m., out at 9:30 a.m.! I had a general oil change with filter, and had my air conditioner charged. The photo shows the correct positioning of the charging system.In the three plus years that Ive owned my car, this was the first time that anyone had actually hooked up the charging system the way it was supposed to be, and they also found several O-rings and copper washers that were damaged, probably causing the slow leak that no one could find.This was the most economical oil change (my car holds two gallons plus of high-quality oil) that I had ever had. They used a high quality Rotella syn-blend.I highly recommend Koehlers Auto Service.
