Took my golf cart in and needed all new batteries so I let them replace them. Spent $1200. Problem was that my stereo system was working when they took it in. After getting it back, stereo not working. They told me it had gone bad lol. We fixed ourselves only to discover that they fried the interior components of the stereo! They wanted to charge ME $300 to replace it!! Never again will I go there.

Highly recommend Ben Nelson!! Traci in the service department has worked with us for over a year to get a crazy issue resolved with a golf cart brand that they don’t even carry. Traci and her team stuck with this cart until they were fully satisfied with the end result! We are super satisfied and would recommend them to anyone!

This was the Worst experience with a company in my life. I have never brought something in to get fixed and payed to get it back in pieces literally Ben Nelson golf and outdoor needs to do something about there service department very dissatisfied with them

Traci in service is a rock star! My cart has had its share of problems but the service department never quits. Traci is always helpful and responsive. Shes a great representative for Ben Nelson.

We dropped our golf cart with a flat, potential battery issues, and rear seat cushion needing secured. They said it would be two weeks. No one ever called with a quote on labor or parts etc... They called almost four weeks later it was done. When we showed to get it. The only thing done was the flat had been fixed and they secured a loose fender flare.... over two hundred dollars... the batteries were fine just needing tested. The seat wasn’t fixed and the employees seemed put out I questioned the billing even though it said they had done other billed labor such as fixing my rear seat. I’m sure they are a good group of people working there but we had a poor experience.

Be prepared to wait and be treated like they’re doing you a favor for showing up

Large selection and many different types of utility vehicles. The parts manager is really nice and helpful. I didnt go there to buy utv but what i did go by there for, he took the time to help me out.

Not there as a customer but they very helpful. I was looking for pallets for a job-site and found they had free ones listed on craigslist. They moved golf carts around to gain better access and helped load the pallets with my men. It is greatly appreciated and did not go unnoticed

Show up there twice yesterday, no one came to help me r ask if I needed help, dey were out side helping other(2) white ppl!!

Charged $250 just to look at our golf cart. They quoted $3000 to replace the motor that they said was bad so we picked it up and took it elsewhere. It was just a bad switch. Quick and easy fix.

Nice polite and will be back again. Prompt service with a smile.

Mr Ben Nelson was VERY cordial and nice but the same thing happened to me on phone...he never got back to me when he put me on hold...I was a customer also & was ignored for another customer and I was 1st-in-line with phone call. That def needs improvement!

RUDE...I called regarding a golf cart charger and was trying to explain what was wrong with mine and he said he had another call and hung up!!!
