Very pleased so far with the ATV. We have only had it for 1 week but it is every thing that the description stated. Delivered on time and with a couple of hours assembly. Started right up and have been using it ever since. Just the right size for our 8 year old.

It was fine. Pre order was a several week long wait, but I understood that before purchase. Price raised slightly in that time frame, but still was the best deal I could find online. My 11 year old and his friend assembled the DBX-18 when it arrived. So far, so good. I recommend changing the oil as soon as you get the bike. Worth it to purchase better oil of your choice.

It baffles me that people are so quick to be subservient and weak minded that your store associate thinks he has the authority to require me to put a mask on my face in your store. This is America land of the free home of the brave. I will never do business with your company I wanted to buy a scooter and whoever owns that store is sending people the wrong message you should be compliant if you want to be compliant to county orders but my point is I as an individual dont have to comply with anything if I dont agree with it so you have no investment in telling me what to do or asking me to wear something on my face this isnt Saudi Arabia.

Staff was very helpful and took time to answer all of my questions before and after my order. Bike delivery went smooth and assembly was pretty straightforward. Had one issue with a cracked fender but being as I purchased the shipping insurance just a pic and an email and they are sending me a new one. Highly recommend the tbr7 and q9!

Purchased a scooter from their website. Shipping was very fast (6 days) from their Texas warehouse and was delivered undamaged.After the purchase I had a question that I emailed them, to which they responded to in less than an hour.After I received the scooter I called the showroom to complete the title (as I live in Wisconsin). I spoke with Parker, who was very friendly and quickly completed the necessary paperwork with the DMV.Something that I really liked about Q9 as opposed to other powersport dealers online was the site was very clear about what models/colors are and are not in stock.

I didnt receive any instructions, but I did get an owners manual. Every thing seemed common sense to me but the bike will not idle on its own. I can start it, I also followed instructions for warming the device but if the throttle is let go, bike dies. Seems to be a carb adjustment, and I really havent had time to pour into it at the moment. If there was a manual on installation that would be helpful. Sense the bike came partially assembled, it is hard to know where all of the rest of the screws and bolts go. Mainly because the bike works and is somewhat functional. Thanks for sending a charged battery.

Bought two different china bikes from them and had troubles right off the bat with both. Very hard to impossible to get help. Dont expect any warranty and just figure it out on your own. Better yet dont ever buy a china bike and especially from somewhere you cant walk in talk to someone in person.

Awesome customer service, prompt shipping and a great product!After calling multiple times with questions I decided to bite the bullet and buy a 2020 RPS Hawk 250 from these guys. The bike was at my house 5 days later, and after one evening of beers and assembly with my pops, she was off and running like a top. I was nervous spending 1400 on a Chinese bike, but Im sure glad I did, the quality is actually pretty good, and Im glad I went through Q9 powersports, these guys were awesome through the whole thing! Had my issues with the bike day one sadly it was eltrical problems so really out of there control. the mechanic Jeremy was and has been beyond apologetic and has good costumer service. Now that I have my working 250 Hawk dlx efi I couldnt be happier. Even though i had my issues with bike and could buy it online Id buy from them again to have the mechanical support because if I did buy it online and these issues Id probably be still working on it

I did a lot of research prior to my purchase- viewing and reading online reviews. Even tho the negative outweighed the positive that I saw online I still went ahead and bought a China Bike. I got it from Q9 PowerSports.I received my bike FIVE days after the order. The notification from the shipping company was precise. They delivered it to my DOOR. The shipping box showed no signs of damage, there were no broken parts sticking out of it. There were no broken plastic parts, no broken anything. No scratches / dents and no birth marks. It was beautiful. All the parts necessary to complete were there, it went together as it should. It started on the FIRST push of the button.The transaction w/ Q9 PowerSports went smoothly. After request, I received my bill of sale and statement of origin in a timely manner. I had 1- other request and they performed that in less than 24 hours.This is one of the best online transactions I have completed.Thanks Q9 PowerSports!

So far these go karts are holding up. They really are nice looking and love all the features. Did not give 5 stars just because came with no paper instructions and only came on a CD that we could not access on our computer and couldn’t get any instructions when called customer service. Only way to find instructions was to watch videos on YouTube. So putting together was not simple. But other than that our boys are loving them.

Very pleased with the process of ordering my Hawk 250 DLX. Easy to use website, bike came to the house a week later, easy to assemble and it fired right up. My one suggestion for improvement would be to send the Bill of Sale and MCO sooner so I can register the bike with the DMV, insure it and ride it. Overall I would highly recommend Q9 Powersports. Safe riding from Idaho!

Dont believe them when they say pre order now and lock in the price. I ordered a Bull 200 ATV 6/9/2020, they kept telling me it would be 2 weeks, of course the atv never arrived. When they finally did get stock, instead of sending the ATV they refunded my money stating that prices rose and the price I paid would not cover their cost (despite their website saying exactly the opposite)

Bought a magician250 from them, came in 7 days (including weekend), that was fast shipping. Waited for my MCO and bill of sale. I must have missed it on their site to call them once you get the bike. Or maybe they should make it clear to do so!Anyway, needed to rejet my carb and the magicians carb is a little difficult to access. I seen on video the Hawk250 is much much easier. But cost a little more and on hind sight would have bought that had i known. Keep in mind it is NOT uncommon to rejet the carb and tune it up. So you or a friend will have to do that if ordering online. I will post pics of the carb on the magician so you can see the difficulties to access. Vids on youtube for the hawk250 is plentiful, you decide which is easier. The idle fuel mixture screw is also blocked by the hot exhaust pipe when tuning.The staff were very friendly on the phone and cordial. The Nevada DMV accepted the paperwork, got the plates, the title and tags.I take this whole experience as an adventure and i learned how to rejet a small engine. Overall i am very pleased with q9powersports. I would make future purchases from them, ESPECIALLY if they can get a hold of a dual sport single or double cylinder bike capable of 90 to 100 mph much like a klr but a cheap chinese version. I think the next purchase will be a 150cc scooter!Thank you q9powersports!

I am giving 3 stars because there customer service was very helpful on telling me how there shipping process works, where the bikes come from, how long it takes to get them, and how long it takes to receive one. I ordered 2 bikes back in April, and did not receive them. I competently understand it is because of the shipping ports are all closed, so I would recommend waiting until the ports open back up to order anything. They really dont know when there bikes are coming back in stock, as the manufactures keep pushing there delivery dates. It is a real shame what is going on with the world today, but I understand. I was very patient waiting for these bikes, but they just couldnt get them in stock (No company right now has these bikes in stock), so it is not there fault, but they should be more up front with there customers letting them know that they do not know when the bikes will be available. Instead of just saying end of September Early October. As soon as it would get close to that date I would call, and they would push it again another month. I recommend NOT ordering any of the TAO TAO or APOLLO brand bikes, until the ports open up. I asked for my money back after being on the waiting list for 4 months, and I have received my refund in full, so I thank you for that. Good Luck to your company in these hard times, and when these bikes finally get back in stock I will definitely be ordering from you in the future. Thanks.

Ordered in May, received in January. Pays to be patient. They dont make the machines and cant deliver until the manufacturer does. Overall very pleased with Q9 and would buy from them again. Was missing a part and had one minor part damaged in shipping. Q9 promptly took care of both issues. Bottom line - treat others the way you want to be treated and expect a good experience!

I ordered a Tao 125 Dozer which was in stock and received it in about 1 week. My son has been riding it almost daily for the last 2 weeks and so far with the exception of doing some tightening of some bolts and the chain we are pleased. He’s loving it. As far as my pre-order of the Tao rhino we are still waiting and hoping it will be in soon.

If I could give them a negative I would purely on their customer service. We bought a go-kart in May, they fully charged us but we’ve not received the product. It is 4 months later and all we get when we call is a terrible attitude on the phone and “it’s because of COVID”. Don’t worry though, they’ll send you a monthly email asking how their product is. Amazing that they can stay in business with how they treat their customers. I will update if we ever receive or at a minimum be treated like a human being.

Anyhow to get to the point I bought a 150cc Ice-Bear-Hawkeye scooter on preorder being that this model was out of stock, I was told that the wait time can be as soon as 2 months, 3 months, and if things were running really slow then 4 months ? I agreed to the purchase and the conditions of the waiting time period, its now july 10th of 2021 its been over 2 months since I made the purchase . I called Q9POWERSPORTSUSA to ask if the Hawkeye scooters came in yet ? Took 3 months to receive our order. When we placed the order they told us the machines would arrive in 3-4 weeks. After this time frame we were told 2 weeks every time we called. We ended up having to pick a different color of one of the machines because “to get that color would take a undetermined amount of time to arrive”.When the shipment of the first two tao 110’s arrived the boxes were heavily damaged. One of the angle iron containers was smashed in and the break caliper was in pieces. ( I was able to put it back together with some parts I had laying around). The second 110 had a broken headlight lens and damage to the plastic fenders.A week later we took delivery of the final machine. A falcon 200 fat tire bike. Upon opening the box there was damage to the tank, forks and fender.We have now had these machines for two weeks. In this time I have had countless hours working on all of them. The wheel bearing in the fat tire bike went out after one day of riding.I’ve had to cut the steering stops on both of the tao 110’s because they wouldn’t turn sharper than a 20’ radius. The lights have quit working on one of the machines and it keeps blowing fuses and 2 of the 8 tires won’t seat so we have to put air in them every day.After emailing q9 their only concern seems to be the wheel bearing (I fixed it myself the next day because we all know what it’s like when a child can’t play with their new toy).I was told by their service department that” they come from China and then travel across the US and the shipping damage is out of their control also I would have to figure out what was going on with the electrical problem for them to send me parts or I could take it there and pay a hourly shop rate for them to diagnose it.”Long story short if you aren’t mechanically inclined you probably shouldn’t buy from them.I know I wish I would have paid more and bought something that I knew would be dependable.

We ordered ours at the beginning of April. Both showed in stock and should only take a couple weeks to get. Well that went by and no update. We called. Mid May now. That came and went. We received a call asking if we wanted a blue instead of pink. If not it’s another month. Sure, we will take it. End of June now- they arrive. No helmets. I call. Oh it will be just a couple days. Those ship as soon as your 4wheelers arrive. I wait a week. Nothing. I call. Oh they haven’t shipped because the goggles aren’t in yet. They will be there in a couple days and then everything will ship. A month later and we finally got the helmets. Wrong ones. In the meantime, one 4wheeler has completely stopped working and the other sounds terrible. I understand Covid threw everyone for a loop. I can understand the delay to an extent. But I feel like everything from customer service to quality has been a bad experience. I would never purchase from here again.

My order came in 7 days from Wisconsin to PA. Pleased with the prompt delivery however my local freight carrier was 5 hours late. My Tao hellcat came with a few dings and bangs. Nothing too concerning considering price paid. The internal speedometer piece was missing. I contacted q9 about the issue. They were very responsive and corrected the issue quickly. Overall satisfied with my purchase and customer service 2 weeks into having the motorcycle

Ordered an ATV for my son in June 2020. Took them up on the “pre-order” deal to lock in my place in line and the price because they stated prices would be going up due to demand. ATV came in stock 7 months later and they said they are invoicing me 25% more if I still want it.Total breach of contract. If you think your price is locked in on a pre-order thing again. They will screw you when it arrives - because they know you been waiting and can’t find anywhere else.Very disappointing. Next time I need a youth ATV going elsewhere.Response to owners remark - he is marketing his pre-orders as “the price” and not a “deposit”. There is nothing warning customers the price will change. I have an order acknowledgment and invoice for the ATV I purchased which says nothing about a subsequent adjustment or subject to change. Basic contract law say we had a binding contract. I wish I had a screenshot of the website back in June because the messaging was urging customer to PRE-ORDER NOW because prices will soon be going up. I get the company is getting screwed by Tao; however Q9 needs to change the transparency of the pricing to customers. Very unethical.Here is a copy paste from a June 10 marketing email from Q9 to prove my claim:Kids Gas Powered Dirt BikesDont miss out on this PRE-ORDER deal! I ordered 2 bikes back in April still haven’t received them. When I call the people are very nice, but back orders are taking a very long time to full fill. Never received any updates had to call to get them. When I ordered they told me middle of May. Nothing showed up, so I called them in the middle of May for an update, they told me end of May. Nothing showed up at the end of May, so I called them again at the end of May and now there saying end of June. I understand the whole covid is prolonging getting shipments in, but it would be nice to have an email or a phone call updating me on my order.

Bought and paid for 4 wheeler in late May. Pretty expensive item to purchase. We thought it would take a while to get during during covid. But it is now September! and it is not here yet. We called in late June and was told it would arrive in July or early August. They have been using our money for almost 4 months. It would be great to have an update email once in a while. Here is a suggestion, put sold out on the item if you really don’t have it or don’t charge the customer credit card until you are ready to send the item. I sent in a survey and never heard back from anyone. The service email must not get checked very often, I sent a few emails and no one gets back to me. Buyer beware that you may wait forever to get your item without any clue when the item may will arrive or if it will arrive. To bad my son does not have his birthday present yet. My son and I are very frustrated. This seems like a scam company.

I never write reviews however I need to based on some of the reviews I saw here. We could not be happier with this purchase. Shipped quick!!! This machine is awesome. So happy we did this. I had two questions and I received an email back on both within an hour. Service department gave us a tip and it made a huge difference. We had a minor hiccup with shipping however was fixed very quickly. If you live on a dirt road they won’t deliver there. But we met at a parking lot and they put it on our truck. My little man is super happy!!

Sort of hard to rate at this point but the ordering process was relatively simple. I did had some confusion with the ID portion of the process. I received an email asking for a photo ID to complete the process which I sent. The page said everything was complete but I received another email talking about the ID process again so I was wondering if all is good. I guess it is since my card has been charged...

JUST WOW!!! Anybody can sell scooters and such but it’s extremely hard to find good people with good customer service. When I was looking for a scooter everyone else I had to email or wait for a phone call or whatever the case may be, these guys are ALWAYS ALEAYS available. GO AHEAD..I CHALLENGE Anyone to just pick a department and call them for no reason just to see. After I got my scooter I wanted to do some modifications and I must have called the service department close to 20 times and not once did they refuse to help me! 5 stars Is an understatement

Customer service is exemplary. My second purchase from Q9. The first purchase was over 6 years ago and that was a Tao Tao 110cc ATV thats currently on its third rider and is still running as it should be. As a former ATV Safety instructor I recognize and appreciate the great safety features not found on other pricier brands. I just ordered a 125cc Tao Tao dirt bike. Ive recommended Q9 to many potential customers and will continue to.

Do not recommend until the economy and the US and China get on the same page. Ordered and paid in full on May 11th, was told between June 11-June 26. Then emailed after that and they said first of July. Shortly after that the website updated and I received another email and for the last of July. And today July 24 2020 I received a email for late August so I called for my refund and of course it takes 5 to 10 business days to get it even though they took my money within 24 hours. So thanks for nothing Q9. Its as if they are waiting to see what comes off the boat or plane and have no professionalism on your order. No BOL, no build sheet etc. They really need some type of protocol that will track a order from start to finish since they do get manufactured in China.it was learning experience though. Maybe in another 16 years Q9 can learn to do better business during the worlds troubling times.

This company has lied to me way too much. I called late May and asked if I ordered dirt bikes for my kids when I should expect delivery and was told mid June. Mid june rolled around and no bikes. So I called and was spoken to like a child, the representative was extremely rude and condensending. She told me they were having issues with orders but they would get the bikes in now mid to end of June. I told her at that point it was already mid June and she then kept repeating very loudly over and over again you done talking, then told me obviously if its already mid June then wait until end of June. End of June rolled around, still no dirt bikes were delivered. So I called again. I was told the same thing as before, all lies by the way to keep my money. They now told me they were getting the bikes in mid July. Mid July came and went so I finally called again and immediately requested my money back. I was told I would receive my refund money back in my account within 3 to 5 business days. That didnt happen so I emailed the company and was emailed back and was told they were experiencing slightly higher than normal delays in refunds and that I should wait another 1 to 3 business days. Well I did wait and wait and wait and I still do not have my money. This company to me are nothing but scam artists who in my opinion have stole my money and scammed me. I have hired a lawyer. Im going to sue the company. I cannot believe this company has not refunded my money. Nor can I believe this company is still in business operating legally. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and I am now contacting the consumer protection for fraud, scam, theft for not returning my money and for unethical blatant switch and bait lying to consumers. If I didnt have one of my calls recorded and the email chain I do, I dont know if anyone would listen to me. Glad I have that recording of how horribly the representative was speaking to me on the phone. She was not a pleasant or seemingly intelligent person.

Im giving them a 2 star because I didnt like the experience. It was disappointing. Im sure they are a credited company with great reviews but my experience, I placed an order for a Hellcat 125cc and then they called to tell me that I had to be put in pre-order because the hellcat was not in stock. I was disappointed because when I went to purchase the site did not say the bike was sold-out so they basically has me purchase a bike to just be put on pre-order for weeks! By this month mid-June I still didnt hear anything about when I would get the bike so I just cancelled my order. The customer service was great but would I order again from this company? Probably not. But if its different for other people then thats good for them.

Pre-ordered a 4wheeler for my kid. He picked it out was all excited. Waited over 3 months and still never received the atv. Dad is coming Soon son Wasted the entire summer and got the runaround multiple times. If this company was just honest up front about their timeline I wouldnt have been irritated. But they gave me the runaround all summer.

After holding funds for well over 2 months they cancel the order with absolutely no explanation. Had to open a dispute to get the funds back. Complete waste of time. On the other hands a competitor had the dirt bike on my driveway within 7 days. Stay away from this company.

Online buying experience was superb, all other websites selling this product were difficult to use. However, Im only going with 4 starts because they I couldnt compare similar products. I suggest you add a compare option so you can compare the differences between bikes with the same engine size. Makes choosing a little easier. With or without that, based on your user friendly website I will be returning for my next purchase.

Although I have not received my product yet, Q9 has been most helpful with some questions I had. If you pre-ordered, be patient...they are dealing with this pandemic just like a lot of other companies. I dont really have anything negative to say about you guys which is good. Keep up the hard work! I also love the comebacks on these reviews lol. People dont understand that if you run the mouth at an owner, you could receive retaliation lol. Stay awesome and I cant wait to ride my bike soon.

I just placed an order after much searching around the internet and am waiting to get my info verified but thats not why Im here, I read through the reviews and Im very glad I chose this company now. the owner or whoever writes the replies to the comments gets a huge thumbs up from me for having a backbone and it might rub people the wrong way but I sincerely get the impression that this business is cared for and about and I will be purchasing more after I receive my delivery.update: order was received flawlessly and the ladys in the office were very helpful getting my title to me in a super timely manner 10/10

Highly disappointed with this company. I ordered a machine on the website that was marked as in stock. Once I didnt hear from the company for a couple weeks about an estimated shipping date I called and they told me my item was in fact not in stock and the website must have had an error. I then decided to continue to wait for the item to become in stock and ship to me. After another couple of weeks went by I called again and was rudely spoken to by an employee who told me NOT to call back and that I would receive an email. Not satisfied with this response I called again a couple days later and spoke to someone else who told me my item should be in stock the next week. I continued to call back every week and they kept pushing out the date of when the machines would be in stock. Finally after waiting a few months I decided to get a refund. It has been 3 weeks since I requested that and still have not recieved it. I can understand that these are hard times but I believe the company should update their website and give a better understanding of time frames when people are ordering so as not to get anyones Hopes up.Also noticing alot of the positive reviews on google from people only having one review history which seems to me that these are being made up by the company and the workers.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Purchased a machine 3 months ago sourced the same machine cheaper on ebay as well as in stock. Requested a refund 3 weeks ago with nothing returned to my bank account still. The women Karen you speak to is very unprofessional. Beware avoid the headache and shop else where. The owners response was clever to leave out why I dont have my refund still. The 2 to 4 business days for a refund is a joke. Im still waiting. As for servicing the machine any idiot can do an oil change and tighten bolts give me a break.

Website originally said the scooters were in stock but I received an email from Q9 Motorsports indicating that they were actually out of stock. Manager was very polite and apologetic and pointed me in the direction of pre-ordering or the ability to receive a full refund. Very nice to see good, organized customer service, especially in the world of scooters! Would be five stars if the website accurately depicted the inventory on hand. I recommend Q9 motorsports over any other scooter retailer!

This scooter I got worked for about 2 days total drive time of about 20 mins and never has worked again, customer service has sent me parts but the bike was brand new I don’t see what good that does, phone support was no help at all .. no warranty, tried to return it ....Now I’m stuck with a new scooter that’s been sitting in my garage

Worst customer service ever. I bought an item first time and was pleased with it untill front wheel just broke off while my son was riding, so decided to buy my son the utv so his cousin could ride with him and I felt it was safer...I havent had anything but trouble, trouble with chain, trouble not cranking, trouble with carburetor. Nothing that has broken is under warranty, cant get prices and cant get parts, no call backs, and maybe covid has something to do with that and maybe not but covid definitely has nothing to do with the terrible customer service. try to buy local if you can and buy something you can get parts for. UPDATE: I see where you responded with, I dont see your name, I have my email confirmations and invoices for both of my purchases. Also, Im not a sir.
