I want to thank Engelhart Motorsports for my recent purchase of a 2020 Harley-Davidson Road King in the two-tone color I always wanted but had never found anywhere. It was pure luck that I found their listing, but it turned into a wonderful experience. My salesman Todd was great from the moment I called about the motorcycle. He answered all of my questions throughout the whole process, helped me to quickly get my financing form submitted from my home (I live two hours away), and had me set for a visit to test ride after they provided a great rate and overall price for everything. The test ride route was very good and gave me enough time to see how I liked the motorcycle. I loved the bike and decided to purchase based upon the pricing, financing, and overall experience at the dealership. Todd also did a great job of running me through everything on the motorcycle before I left the dealership. Thank you to Brian who worked with me to get through all of the paperwork. He has a great personality and was fun to work with. Also thank you to Travis who worked with me to quickly locate the type of helmet that I was looking for, but was having trouble finding as many places were out of stock. I would highly recommend working with Rob. I would periodically stop in to see what was new in stock, hoping that one day I would be able to buy a new ride. I spoke with Rob on different occasions and he was always knowledgeable on the bikes that were on hand. Then I brought the wife back to look at the latest bike that I was interested in, and we were able to work out a deal. Rob was very helpful with the whole process, put us in touch with those we needed to speak with in regards to financing and safety gear. Ive been looking for this out of stock windshield for several mos and was nervous ordering due to prior experience with erroneous description & part number issues - ordered same model from another source and was wrong part, not black brackets and incorrect distance between mounting bushings so I was very uncertain. While having a terrible experience dealing with Fuel Powersports. I decided to look around and lucked out when Todd Goeke answered the phone. I was going to purchase a Sportsman 450 from the another dealer and they were being nothing but difficult. Knowing my options for a new polaris were limited in an inventory. I went to atv trader and found one at Engelhart. Called and Todd answered, said he had a 570 and not a 450. Took him just a few minutes to call back and tell me price. I delt with other dealer for six days and they couldnt get it done. Todd and the rest of your team had everything done that day in the matter of hours. I made the 4 hour drive the next day. When I arrived I was welcomed and offered drinks ext. My bank messed up and we had little hiccup, once again your team figured it all out. In the mean time Todd took me around all 4 or 5 show rooms and showed me all the different stuff around. Basically kept me occupied while we waited on my banks mistake. He didnt have to do that. Came in looking for one motorcycle, walked out with a different one - really happy with Robs help. Got to take my time and think through my options. One of my biggest pet peeves is overly pushy salespeople, so I was really glad with Rob leaving me some space as I perused the aisles and hit on something that I absolutely love, which is a lightly-used Suzuki TU250x. We ordered doors for our 2013 Polaris Ranger 900 EXP through Travis. While he was not the one I spoke to when I first arrived at the parts counter to pick up, the guy helping me not only got the doors for us, but helped me load them in our truck. (Sorry, dont remember his name.) While we were there, we were so impressed with the overall store, we stayed to look around a shop. We ended up purchasing a snowmobile helmet for my wife. During that process, Travis came and introduced himself to us, thanked us for our purchase and assisted us with the helmet and other questions for the upcoming sledding season. Wished we lived closer!! WE WILL BE BACK!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!Brady provided me with the best customer service experience Ive had in a dealership. I came in with my 2005 Honda Shadow Spirit for an estimate on new tires. Trevor gave me that estimate and continued to search for information on identical or compatible size and style. I returned with my bike. Twenty-four hours later I got the call. Trevor found tires in stock. They were mounted and balanced, complete with inspection of my brakes and test ride. When I picked up my bike they handed me the bill, fully 30% below estimate. Thats why Im writing this review and thats why I recommend Engelhart to anyone on two wheels. After searching all over the internet for a set of OEM crash bars for my Scout, I found a set on their website. I was glad I could order them and have them shipped to my house for convenience. They were shipped promptly the next day and received them quickly so I could get them installed and be on the road.

I purchased a new Stihl MSA 200 C chain saw from the Madison Engelhart store and was thoroughly impressed with Kierik Seeliger, his service and the selection at the store. The MSA 200 C battery powered chain saw is a dynamo and cuts as well has much bigger gas saws. I love the fact I do not have to mix gas and have the noise of a gas powered saw. For home owners, this a a quality saw with great power, battery life and only weighs 11 lbs. One cannot go wrong with Stihl quality and durability. Great work Engelharts!

I greatly appreciated the low pressure to buy because Im not a fan of salespeople that pressure you to make a decision on a big purchase immediately after test riding. I sent an email inquiry to Engelhart Motorsports in Madison, to verify availability of a used 2017 Rebel 500 with 6,768 miles on it. When John Gagen emailed back that it was available, I responded that I would be in the following morning for the test drive his email invited me to take.I live in the U.P., which is 4.5 hours away from this dealer, but when I arrived, he seemed to think I was from Chicago, and didnt know which bike I was interested in seeing despite having sent my inquiry about the Rebel 500. He then told me it wasnt available for a test because it was still being serviced, but when I went over with another salesperson to look at it, I heard the young man who was prepping it say that all he had left to do was wipe down the wheels. One of the mirrors was missing, but that would have taken less than five minutes to rectify.Engelharts Sales Manager did a follow-up call, so I have edited some of my harsher comments, which were written spontaneously after receiving a text that the bike was now ready for a test ride.

I took my motorcycle in for service and my experience at Engelhart was mixed. The technicians who worked on my bike were great. Where Engelhart falls short was where theyve never seen a bike like mine (Honda), and after being in the shop for two weeks came back dirty. You could tell it was sitting outside and uncovered.

I purchased my very first ATV from these guys. A 2021 Polaris Sportsman 570 and literally cannot be more excited! AJ made my first time buying experience one Ill never forget. He was super knowledgeable, and explained everything perfectly! And not to mention, friendly and very professional. As a matter of fact, the ENTIRE team at Engelhart is awesome! This was my first purchase of a new motorcycle and the first in the Indian brand. Everything about the experience was excellent. There was a very relaxed atmosphere, no one pushing to increase sales, and got a great deal on the bike. Everything was very smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend.

From my first contact online (on a Sunday) to the last ratchet of the straps on my trailer, the service and friendliness of each staff member was outstanding. I wasnt expecting any contact on a day you were closed, but the email I received was thorough and provided lots of useful information that helped make my decision easier. Dennis in particular was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. While other vehicle buying experiences and handoffs are painful, ensuring my safety by having me speak with a member of the accessories department was welcomed. Overall a great experience for my first purchase from a dealer. I would not hesitate to drive another 2 hours for my next.

The atv business is tough for consumers and these guys are taking full advantage of it. The salesman was the most arrogant person I have dealt will at any dealership. That sucks I have bought 3 motorcycles from these guys since 1998. Never again,there are plenty of other places to go.

We called to make an appointment to have the rear tire on my can am spyder changed. We were clear we were putting a car tire on the rear. They agreed to do the work and scheduled the appointment. I drove an hour to their shop only to be told the tech wouldnt do the work..thats their perogrative, but the time to exercise that perogrative is BEFORE you accept the work and schedule the appointment.DONT USE THESE CLOWNS

After having my motorcycle license for over 3 years and never putting it to use, I finally bit the bullet and bought a 2019 Honda Grom ABS. I worked extensively with AJ and Alissa, and I couldn’t thank them enough for all their help- I felt like I had a lot of dumb questions or questions that felt like I wasted their time but they never made me feel like I was a hassle. Even when I couldn’t decide between two models, Alissa and AJ made the decision easier by providing me a load of options and flexibility.

Dennis was super friendly and helpful while helping my husband find the sled he was looking for. Travis in the parts department was great to work with! Everyone was so friendly!
