Good customer service and really nice staff recommended to come back and they help you on the stuff you need some times they don’t have all the phones in stock like the really nice ones!! Other then that good customer service

This metro pcS by T_mobile is the only phenomenon retail store ever in madera county, and wanted to let everyone know, that my experience was very good when I encountered with device specialist agent name Devonna B. Located at Yosemite &tozer store #1510 . She expressed serious care in regards to my needs and she looked at many possible options, and alternatives other ways to assist me, while she was at the same time helping other customers as well very professionaly. Just wanted to lift up this person for doing an amazing job at this location store. Thank you very much!Ehsan E .

I tried to be patient, however the sales girl showed me a phone and quote a price.35 min later she can’t sell me the phone ! Then we go to find another pay for it and 15 min later She needs to charge me another 18 dollars!! Don’t even get a thank you or anything!Please please train your employees right .

Most knowledgeable and understanding staff. Pleasantly eager to assist and definitely capable. I enjoyed and truly appreciated my experience there. The ladies confirmed my decision to be a lifelong customer of metro PCs. Thanks both of you...you are the bomb!

Very unprofessional, tell people they charge activation fees when MetroPCS charges NONE at all. Also forces accessories on you, then says no returns or exchanges (mentions nothing about return policy on receipt) employees not able to perform simple tasks like applying tempered glass that they sell, and unwilling to troubleshoot phones that were purchased at other metroPCS locations, also terrible at communicating promotions. their excuse is always I cant do anything for you, and i dont know when the next time my boss will be in town to avoid issues and throw customers to other stores to deal with issues this location created.
