The worst kind of scammers. My 85 year-old grandma went in to ask for help with her phone and the lady didn’t even look at it and said she needed a brand new one. In reality she just needed a simple software update. DO NOT trust them. They will take advantage of you.

Alondra was my favorite to attend me! She seemed like she sincerely wanted to make sure I got the best deals and explained every question/issue I had in detail so it was easier for me to understand. She doesn’t work there anymore but I came the other day and the rest of the staff are also very nice.

Poor service I go to resolve a problem on my account that’s their fault and they come out with poor excuses why they can’t resolve it. It’s a waste of time and money to go to this location the reps there don’t want to do their job, I end up on the location on Shaw and is resolved within minutes. Better service please

So today I went in to Sprint at Madera California and when I went in I had every intention of buying a Samsung smart watch. Well, when I asked if there is any rose gold Samsung watches in stock they told me no. I just looked at them (all four employees) and I was like, OK are you gonna get any more? And they let me know their discontinuing them. They didnt try to offer me anything else in stock. They didnt seem like they even cared I was there. Horrible service, I will have to drive to Fresno to get better customer service, really sad.

Oscar the manager and the blonde guy were really helpful! Got me in and out quickly and hooked me up with an iPad!

Bad experience, took a friend of mine who bought a Sprint phone for me, we wanted to activate it but a weird screen shows saying something about the SIM card, this Lady “Larissa” told me I needed to call Sprint costumer service, told her been doing that serveral times but she insisted, didn’t even look at the phone to try to help, definitely worst costumer service ever, bad image for Sprint, they lost a client thanks to this lady.
