My husband I were stuck on the side of Hwy 99 near Madera with a blown out tire when I made a a somewhat panicked call to the nearest Les Schwab and Chad (the store manager) answered the phone, when I explained the situation he said they could have their truck come out with a tire and replace the blown out tire. When the service truck got to us to my surprise it was Chad, I was shocked to see him The Manager out on a service call that took him well passed closing time. He was very pleasant and thorough. We made the rest of our trip home safely.I cant thank Chad and Les Schwab enough for coming to our rescue! 😁. Cathy and Charlie

I was traveling through Madera with a load of horses and my daughter. One of the trailer tires was flat and wasnt holding air longer than 30 min. I had 3 more hours to go. Madera Les Scwab got me right in! Found 2 nails and made a super quick repair! The staff was so nice. Especially the young man who helped fix my tire. Genuinely great people. Its impossible to find people this helpful nowadays. I was just blown away with what great service they gave. Top Notch!

We were on our way to San Diego when we got in our car and the check tire light came on. We went to Les Schwab and were immediately helped by Chad. No waiting at all even though there were cars up on racks. Thankfully, the tires were just low and didnt have any leaks or nails. We were on the road within 10 minutes of arriving. Thank you Les Schwab!!

Excellent customer service and honest service given to my vehicle by a man named Sergio. He performed the brake checkup as requested and handled the suspension checkup as well. Nothing seemed to be wrong and he even removed the rocks that were wedged in between my brake pads and rotors. Fantastic service from someone who cares! We love Les schwab and always come here for servicing of both my wifes vehicle and mine.

Been in & out of this place a few times now for the last couple years. Always was provided quick & great service, not to mention extremely friendly staff. Have plenty of positive stories I could share of this location. Car has always been serviced & completed same day I brought it in all within a couple hours. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment and ended up wasting 4 hours of my day because the forgot to tell me my car was ready. Watched my car be taken in and parked in a different location. I assumed they were done. I say and waited until they would tell me it was ready. After watching people come in after me and leaving before me, I decided to leave. 5 mins after I leave, they call me and tell me my car is ready. I come back and my car is in the exact same spot! What does that even mean. It was done for hours, but they failed to communicate. Thanks for the rotation and waste of time.

I had an appointment to change a tire sensor on my car and was done really quick.

They Always go Above and Beyond to help you out. And if you cant pay up front they offer Store Credit (if you qualify). Been coming here for 6 years. Yes I pay a little more for my tires but I get good Warranty on my tires and free Rotation and Safety Trip inspection.

Free flat repair if you have had work done, 20$ otherwise but Ive never had to pay for it even before I had an account.Everytime I need tire work I come by here. Its crazy how courteous the employees are, they go out of their way to be helpful opening doors cleaning whatever they work on, theyre just all around a good store.

Was told it would take 1 1/2 hours....Waited 3 1/2 hours to get an oil change and 2 new tires put on...um everyone knows that you ALWAYS rotate new tires up front...but did they do that???? NO THEY DIDNT.

Sweet staff. Rotated my tires for free. Told me I didnt need new ones bc they had 75% tread on em still. Honesty. Thats nice. Got my alignment fixed. It was pretty bad lol. Took less than an hour. Was $109.99. Apparently my back tires were turned inward toward eachother and were just being dragged along...😬 Theyre fixed now tho😊👍

I recently moved here from the bay area and only stuck with one tire place, Hanlons, great group of guys, mom and pop, and just took care of its customers. As I was going through all the listings for local tire spots here in Madera, one just stood out, and it was this place. Great staff great service! Beat the pants off the other national tire chain in town hands down. The techs here know what their doing and the service writers dont try to up sell you with services not needed. They are very honest and the place is well kept and clean. These will be my go to tire shop for now on.

The business here always has done great work for me at reasonable prices. I never feel like they are trying to sell me services that I dont need, and the ones I do need, they are great at explaining why I need the service and physical showing me why it needs to be done. While I was waiting for my car to be ready, a couple came in to get a wheel alignment done, but they left shortly after because after the tech took a look at their car, nothing needed to be done. Great to see honest techs out there that are willing to help protect consumers from spending money on unnecessary services. Thats why I have always come here and will continue to do so.

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to patch the hole in 20 minutes and didnt even charge me since I was a new customer and they wanted my return business. Great place in definitely coming back when I need new tires!

I will always speak highly of this place! Ive bought tires from other places as well as received quotes from other places, & the overall quality will never compare to what you pay for with Les Schwab. Ive been coming here for over 2 years now with 2 separate vehicles. I always wait until fall when they have tire sales. They really do mean that once you buy tires (even 1) that tire will have lifetime warranty. If you get a flat they will fix it for free (their tire that was bought). They check your battery(regardless if its not bought with them), they check all tire pressure (at least 1 has to be bought with them), & they do a tire alignment all for FREE!! you dont pay extra like you would in other tire shops. They have an amazing waiting area with TV, complimentary popcorn, water, sometimes coffee, & a charging station for any device if needed. The staff they have right now are incredible!!! I am forever a loyal customer.

Coming from Fresno to attend a class for work and my car was showing low pressure. Thankfully Les Schwab was literally around the corner so I decided to stop by before heading back home. Clearly it was busy there was about 3 customers waiting for their cars. I entered and one of the workers saw me from the window and greeted me. I stated my concerns and the guy said they were alittle busy and it would take 45 mins to 1 hour and not to worry and they will take care of me. I waited 45 mins and they said I had a small nail, patched and they didnt charge me. Im very happy with this location. Very friendly staff and worked efficiently I would highly recommend.

My driver was stranded on northbound 99 just South of Madera, with a blown out trailer tire while hauling a 12,000 forklift. I called Les Schwab Tire and talked to one of their guys (invoice shows, Camden E B). He had the tire I needed so I set up a service call. He said theyd be available to come out in an hour. Long story short, it was two and a half hours before a service man showed up. When I complained to him later, he said (with a somewhat Oh well tone), the guy had to finish something at the shop before he could send him. Had I known that, I would have called another tire company to see if I could get it done sooner. I ended up having to turn my driver around and come back to shop because he didnt have enough time to complete his trip. Total waste of time and manhours. Price was pretty steep also, but I was willing to pay it to get my driver back on the road.Would have been 5 stars if they would have been on time or done something to make up for their extreme tardiness.

Always fantastic!Got a strange new wobble or vibration, perhaps hearing a new sound youre not familiar with, but pretty sure you shouldnt be hearing? For the princely sum of $0, theyll at very least send you in the right direction!With the incredibly friendly, helpful staff and free coffee and popcorn, why not give them a go? I first visited them after an incident with an established local shop I shall not mention by name, lets just say the building remains but the spirit of the founder left with him. I was also not happy with the weak options immediately available at two chain shops.When found these guys they had precisely what I wanted and the kinda attitude I enjoy doing business with! I doubt its changed but last time I checked they do free rotations, leak patches, inflation pressure checks. I was unaware of the fact and was very pleasantly surprised when I had blown a tire with about 8K miles on it hitting a curb, that it was covered by a road hazard warranty for the first 25% of the tires tread! A curb is very much a hazard to me apparently, lol!Les Schwabs rocks!

The Madera store did a wonderful job.It was the first time we had done business with Les Schwab so we were unfamiliar with their business approach. Wow. Ive been in business for over 30 years and very rarely seen anyone achieve this level of Excellence!The company has even created an atmosphere of having the employees hustle. It was refreshing to see them hustling across the parking lot to greet a customer!My hats off to Les Schwab Madera store!

They are the best! I only come to Les Schwab. Very friendly and fast. I get my tires rotated, they fix my flat tires for free!!!!!! Clean bathroom, t.v. charge your phone popcorn and coffee. You couldnt ask for better service!!!!

This place was awesome!! They found a small tear on my tire, that was causing a slow leak and it kept causing it to lose air and go flat. I have taken my car to four other places to get it looked at and no one could find what was causing it to lose air. They kept saying that it was my tire system and that it was probably an electrical error. Yet my tire was still losing air every few days and going flat, several times. I was super happy that they finally found the leak. They fix my tire at no charge. Will definitely go back for any other problems because, they will actually find what out what the problem is.

Yes the people are nice but it’s a gimmick. Don’t be scammed. They upsell you like crazy. I’m a mechanic and just for fun I went in to get my wife’s car looked at and they gave me a list of 1500$ worth of stuff that wasn’t even damaged or anywhere needing replacement for example torn cv axle boot and bad axle. Which they weren’t bad at all. Don’t be gullible get a friend that’s car savvy to tell you what it actually needs. Or study yourself. And what actually needed replacement was the rear end link bushings which they didn’t even put on the proposal. I fixed it for 20$

Service was great and kids loved the free popcorn. It was ok until I noticed the technician was rummaging through the glove compartment and trunk. I thought it was strange for a tire rotation on a new car to have the trunk open. Turns out he was looking for the wheel lock. I let him know he shouldve asked first because if I knew there were locked rims I wouldve searched and given him the key. It was very irritating that the first thought is to go through everything before asking the owner. Went out to the shop with him and took one look in the glove box and found it still sealed. Bad experience for my first Les Schwab visit.
