Auto Zone has a great inventory of the items needed for do-it-yourself auto repair and maintenance. Also, items to put a bit of individualization are present for a variety of themes. Their counter staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and personally installed new wiper blades on my pickup. Service with a smile, too!

I always have a good shopping experiences here, throughout the many years I have shopped for various parts, detail products and tools as well. Today in particular, I had my battery tested and it needed to be replaced. So as always the helpful cashier and other service members, helped find the battery. The young Man carried it out to my truck. I installed it and then had my alternator tested, to see if anything else was needed, for my truck to have the power, it needs to run. Thank you for all your help today and Ill see you the next time I need something for my vehicle.

The staff at this location need customer service training and behavior modification badly. If they have been trained, then their supervisor is not doing their job or is not present during these incidents. Theyre rude and not helpful at all. As a Mgr myself dealing with a staff of 45, I would never allow my staff to treat our public like this ever! Every encounter is met with respect for our customers internally and externally and no one is ignored or treated less than for their gender or knowledge.

Went in and right away got in line there was no line (yet) because we called ahead of time and they had our item at the register. A female cashier proceeds to then call over the customer behind us in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish. We let it slide, waited and she called us up to then walk away and help another customer who cut ahead of the line at a different register and then called him over to her original register and told us to wait. All while another customer behind us keeps trying to cut us in line! It was a whole mess and confusion with the customer she decided to ring up ahead of us and our item. It wasn’t that serious and there was plenty to go around but her and that customer got defensive and the manager was so kind as to bring more off the shelf to the register. It was just a bad experience overall and hope they work on their customer service skills.

Work done has been the primary supplier to my automotive parts and accessories for approximately ten years. I am familiar with there staff at both locations in Madera the are professional courteous and hard working people with just the right touch of friendliness that makes my experience hands down the best in Madera.Their professional staff are capable in that they acquire the correct parts at the best prices in all of my dealings thus far. I have gone to other suppliers received the incorrect parts and there where occasions where I paid twice as much for the same application on certain parts.They offer call in service and if they do not have a part in stock they are quick to find it and provide excellent special order services usually within 24 hours. For a time I shopped other suppliers and I have found that I have saved a lot of time and money at AutoZone so that is my first stop for my automotive supply needs. They have great warranties and a nice tracking system on their point if sale software and great incentives to boot. Finally there commercial accounts is a great choice for local automotive repair dealers merchants. Great delivery and top notch service at bargain prices that are unmatched in my personal experiences. AutoZone gets my 5 star rating. Great work guys.

Great service in the Commercial counter. Didnt have part in stock and found it at other store. Even gave discount because I had to drive to other store.

Always come to this autozone. Staff are professional and courteous. Come here for battery and other car parts replacement. Having a bad day and car wouldnt start. Staff checked my battery and sure enough it was dead and missed the warranty deadline by a month after 3 years. Got me a replacement and they even wheeled it out to my trunk for me. Will definitely have to keep an eye on the warranty timeframe next time!

This place drives me nuts sometimes! Some of the people working the counter there have no idea what theyre doing. If I come in with a part number unless it has a vehicle make and model and engine size it doesnt exist to them. Theyre too focused on upselling you fuel injection cleaner or spark plug anti seize. Ive been a professional mechanic for over 20 years I know good parts when I see them.

Lazy ass girl cashiering told me she can’t look it up in their system if the touch up paint i was buying is compatible with my car. She had the nerve to tell me that i can always look it up myself. I have always had good customer service here until now. Employee like her make the place look bad!

Well, what I can say through my comment is that in this place of auto parts in case you are very comfortable walking or to work etc and suddenly it begins to fail or some part that does not serve you, go to the auto zone and there find what your vehicle needs and youre done.
