Wanted to purchase a graduation charm for my granddaughter today. We could see there was only one customer in the store.. As I opened the door the the sales clerk rudely yelled that we had to wait outside and rambled something about a mask. There is a way to ask customers to wait without being rude. I took my business elsewhere. If Im going to spend the kind of money I was planning on spending (more than just a charm) I will spend it where my business is appreciated.

Was out this morning trying to finish up xmas shopping, get there early but several people ahead of me so I wait my turn. Stand right at the counter for 20 minutes while the sales person finishes up a sale directly next to me. A woman walks in right as shes finishing up. Instead of helping me she looks right past me and offers to help the woman that had just came in. Too bad, was going to spend $1k on my wife and daughters. Ill give them one more chance tomorrow morning, but not that sales person. Not the way to treat customers.

What girl doesnt like jewelry, friendly and helpful staff. My stepmother was gifted a bracelet with a few charms from her son, she left very happy.
