I absolutely love this place, came by today to pick up something special ;) and the staff are absolutely awesome. I was helped by this amazing woman named Katie, she was super helpful and payed attention to the details. 10/10 I recommend this place of business to anyone who might need to spice up their life :)

There are great products available with a lot of variety. The environment was very nice and comfortable. My partner and I recieved great service and was helped with every question we had with products and recommendations. The guy there was also very funny and friendly. 100% recommend. Will be going back

The cashier (white girl, with glasses) the receipt shows her name to be Freckles who was working today on 8/21/21 around 7pm gave us the wrong batteries for items we bought that she literally picked up from behind the counter herself. She even tested the items to make sure they worked with tester batteries which wasn’t even the same batteries/brand she gave us! She doesn’t need to be working this job giving paying customers the wrong items and a hard time when she’s the one who picked out the batteries herself. After leaving out the door not even 2mins i put the batteries in the item i got with the batteries she gave us which was the wrong size and way too small. We went back into the store to switch out the wrong batteries which she gave us she said no due to inventory?! What? We even was willing to buy the correct batteries she said not Because we have to spend $10 to use a card and we just spent $80 not even 5mins ago! Wow! I’m very disappointed and will be taking my services/money to starship in Warner Robins Georgia which has a friendly staff!DO NOT SHOP HERE at XMart in Macon!

Just want to say sorry that my business was inconvenience to your employees today tonight this evening had an attitude didnt ask if anyone need help I bothered her by asking a question about the products there and stayed on the phone the whole time she had business. It had such an attitude to whoever called the business phone asking questions too. Think I might find someone else to take my business.

I drive 45 mins to get here and they wouldn’t let me in with my dds issued temporary I.d. State issued By same place my official I’d will come from but I still had to waste all this time and drive back cause the only I’d I can have atm from the state wasn’t valid enough smh

This place was awful, this older dude who worked there with black hair didn’t even try to wear his mask. He was rude, he was disrespectful and didn’t even try to help me after I asked. I used to come here frequently but will never shop here again, would recommend literally anywhere else, Kroger maybe?

I used to stop by every 2 weeks but the last time I was in there the purple haired man hating woman who kept saying I hope I get covid so I can go home made us feel so uncomfortable. Its hard to buy something when youre being degraded and humiliated at the check out. Ill just go back to Adam and eve.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are great at minimizing any awkwardness and helping you find what you need. I’ve been here three times and each time I was treated very well by every staff member I’ve encountered.The only reason I do not give 5 stars is that the prices are almost unreasonably high. I understand that I shouldn’t expect a brick and mortar storefront to compete with online retailers for comparable products. The overhead alone is worth a markup as is the convenience of having the thing you need now in your hand now. Even with these considerations, I still believe the prices are exorbitant for some of the items available.That brings me to another point. The selection is... amazing. It’s a really well put together collection of items for every little boy and girl.Let your hair down, fly your freak flag proudly and visit the store. You won’t be disappointed.

The place is huge. Takes me at least 2 hours to walk thru n I still didnt see some stuff. The hard part is choosing what to get. I love the bumper stickers! Lol

Definitely the best adult store Ive ever been to. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Not creepy or stalking you around the store like some places. The store was also super clean and bright! It was like being in a hospital. Its not some little hole in the wall establishment, but a legit business that helps its customers. Will absolutely be back!

I walked in and asked the man behind the counter if they sold rush/poppers and he asked me to leave the premises. He was very rude. I had traveled over an hour to get there,to be asked to leave for asking a simple question. It was my first time there and my last. I have told everyone i know to stay far away from here.

Honestly I would give a 0 but no option to do that??? Highly would recommend Starship over this place.Coming from a newly wed couple. So we came in the store to purchase some items and we were denied the purchase due to my wifes last name not matching our new credit cards together. We had all the proof to show we got married and the manager did not seem to under the circumstances. On that note friendly staff. BUT HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECCOMEND CONSIDERING WE PROVED ALL THE EVIDENCE WE JUST GOT MARRIED BUT OHHH WELL! GUESS THATS WHY WE CHOOSE STARSHIP CAUSE WE DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE NON SENSE. We have always went to Starship but got a wild hair wanted to try Xmart for the 2nd time and straight up GARBAGE so in other words BE AWARE... Customer lost and no worries here
