I needed a last minute engraving and DSP was the only company that provided same day service. Matt, the owner, was very knowledgeable and provided quality work. I highly recommend DSP, call Matt first, you won’t be disappointed.

After many great reviews, and a close friend’s recommendation, I reached out to Mr. Clough and his business DSP Laser. to have some laser engraving done on a Pistol that was a gift from my Military Unit and Soldiers from our recent deployment to Afghanistan. What I thought would be a great experience soon turned into a extremely frustrating and disappointing situation that is still unresolved over a year later. Mr. Clough advised me that damaged had been accidentally done to my pistol and the slide was compromised as a result. This transpired into months of back and forth trying to have the pistol slide either fixed or replaced. Throughout which Mr. Clough was extremely unresponsive. Very rarely answering phone calls or responding to left messages. This forced me to drive to his business’s location (Over an hour for me) just to try and catch him to see what was going on with the situation. To this day, the issue is still unresolved and DSP Laser has still not reached out nor returned my calls or messages. I just want resolution as it is doubtful that I will ever be able to get back the sentimental gift that was given to me.

Matt has done beautiful work for us. He engraved a large wrench in honor of my uncle for us on walk in, was the only location anywhere close that had the ability to do it, worked with us right then to pick out the perfect format, and had it done in a matter of an hour or two. He recently made a set of custom 1911 grips for me from long distance. They turned out perfectly. He shared a mock up of the design and a picture of the final product prior to shipping. The time from ordering to receiving them took about a month, and they were worth every penny!

Our organization has used DSP for three years for promotional items and difficult to engrave retirement gifts. The norm has been friendly, fast, expert laser engraving. The owner provides really good solutions for hard-to-engrave items. They are SOFs go-to!
