Krispy Kreme has great customer service and very good tasty doughnuts. We got box of Spooky Tales for my sons birthday.

Love krispy kreme donuts but this location is full of staff that doesn’t seem to want to work in the PM hours, 5 people working but not a single one taking care of orders. everyone is either mopping and locking doors 2 hours early to closing so the drive thru line is always stopped in the middle of the street beside.

Kids loved watching the doughnuts being made! Great selection and the staff were amazing! So kind and helpful!

Donuts were, as usual, hot and delicious. Staff was slow and asked FOUR TIMES what I had ordered once I got to the window AFTER asking twice at speaker to repeat my order. Guess they were having a bad night

I love donuts 🍩 but this time my donuts was not hot even though they had the hot sign up. Some of my donuts was smaller than usual but the taste was okay.

My kids loved the donuts here was there on the weekend...person on the counter was very polite :)

Fundraiser boxes are the best to me. Just a hit and miss good 🍩 when I come here or any Krispy Kreme for that matter.

Like their donuts but the lady that waited on me was extremely rude and it was obvious she didnt want to be there, around 6Pm on 10/05/21. I will never visit this location again.

Just went here less than 30 mins ago and got two dozen variety doughnuts. Usually I dont have any complaints from this location but Im not happy about my filled doughnuts AT ALL. Whoever did the filling today or however the process might go, there was literally a dot of filling. So disappointing because I much prefer filled over plain. And those photos took some pretty big bites before I got to that dot. Repeat for every filled one I had. I had to eat that much of the doughnut before I tasted some filling.

Krispy Kreme continues to hold the proverbial Gold Cup of great tasting doughnuts! The line lines can easily prove this. They ran out of napkins. I guess they didnt anticipate the number of visitors this weekend.

Came in this past Saturday to get some cake batter doughnuts, but whoever made them that day put lemon filling in them by mistake. Besides that, always good doughnuts!

Krispy Kreme is limited to only two locations in Macon. One at the top of pip nono and one on the corner of Emory/gray highway. So you dont have alot to choose from so I say choose wisely. And go when the hot sign is on!

I waited in line for chocolate, no chocolate or strawberry available! Decided on the Keylime and regular glazed. The KEYLIME frosting was so thin, you couldnt taste it. Had to try glazed to tell the difference between the two. Could tell by seeing that there was a green dye color in the box.I didnt taste keylime at all!!! I love keylime!! The glazed donut had more glazed icing and much more flavorfull than the Keylime!! I cant return to show the difference due to COVID-19 pandemic ...frustrated! But I will take back just so they can see what was sold to me, even if it goes in the trash...its the principle of the matter. Dont waste my money...or more importantly time and/or taste buds!!

The donuts are the best Ive ever had. Im picky about my coffee drinks and I have to say my iced caramel latte was the best Ive ever had. They did an outstanding job. Most definitely will be going back there.

I have spent entirely too much time at the store and for the record I regret nothing. When the light is on the donuts are fresh, the selection is always great, and the staff is polite, helpful, and help is never in short supply. Im not sure I would want to be in this area after Dark and the store itself could be better maintained but for my purposes I have no complaints and enjoy my visits.

I was there yesterday! I wish I would of got the ladies name that helped us. She was super nice and friendly. Store case was well stocked and the hot light was on. Who could ask for more! We try to stop there every time we are in Macon. I highly recommend! Great doughnuts and service!

They are usually out of one of the type of donuts I want. They were out of caramel for the caramel iced coffee and the coffee was watered down and unsweetened. They at least asked me if I wanted whipped cream. I said yes. I didnt know that the ice coffee itself was unsweetened. After I drunk half of the unsweetened iced coffee with a donut then I mixed in the whipped cream which made it sweet. They need a new menu that is electronic and they can remove what they are sold out of. They need to tell people that the coffee is unsweetened and provide some sugar. You run out of sweet donuts to eat with the coffee. At least the service was decent. I saw no cellphones and everyone had hats and gowns on and several others had gloves on. We will hope that they are changing the gloves out. I only go there once or twice a year for an extreme food craving. But they dont sell lemon cheesecake anymore. Anything good isnt sold there for long.

I called yesterday and ordered the sweet and treat Halloween dozen with the three monsters mixed with gl azed,of course my grandsons favorite monster is Wolfie and hes In .The the or so the pic shows I get there get my donuts and not a Wolfie I .the box, I asked the girl at the window about it she just says we dont do that one!!!¡Needless to say Im a little disappointed with the situation !!!! Why did t they tell me theirs was not like what was in The ad when I ordered

I went to this location Sunday 2/9/20 and went through the drive-thru. I wanted to buy an assorted dozen with six being original glazed. I was told they had no original glazed but they would in about 10 minutes. How do you not have the thing you’re most famous for available at all hours? As I was expected elsewhere, I had no time to wait. I ordered the assortment, with six of those being my absolute favorite, glazed lemon filled. Alas, I couldn’t eat my favorite donuts because someone obviously was too lazy to clean out the piping bag. My lemon filled had swirls of raspberry throughout EVERY SINGLEONE. I absolutely HATE raspberry so those six pricey donuts were inedible. What a disappointment.

What is not to love about donuts especially when the red light is glowing and the glaze is flowing over fresh hot doughnuts. I get two dozen every time I go there.

The doughnuts were awesome as usual well the ones I got but their attitude and unwillingness to give customers what they desire was the disappointment of my visit and the fact they lie saying they cant put chocolate on the doughnut I really wanted was like an insult Id almost rather they say I simply dont want to do that for you. I dont ask for this if they are busy in fact I was the only customer in the place at the time but she was so quick to slam my request it was obvious cause I was white patron she had no desire to fulfill my request. That is the way she made me feel.

There are two locations in Macon but this one is my favorite. I think its most convenient because it has a drive-thru where is the other location doesnt. They usually stay pretty busy. Seeing the hot donuts sign is like Manna From Heaven. I like the fact that they often times have fundraisers where they sell certificates for you to get a free dozen donuts and this is something I usually support. My family loves the chocolate iced donuts and if theyre hot we get the original. One of my other favorites is the cake Donuts. Its very rich and I can only get it every now and then but the sour cream cake one is pretty good.

What can I say hot fresh doughnuts

I love coming here. My donuts are always hot and fresh and its not a day go by that I dont see the hot and ready sign on. The customer service is awesome. Great smiles
