My daughter and her sister decided last minute that they wanted to get their dad a hat with their names embroidered on it for his birthday so I began looking for same day embroidery (which was almost impossible) I called a few places and found two I was almost sold on another place until I called and got such great customer service from this place over the phone, when I came in I was greeted nicely and professionally. The lady even stayed late to finish I’m 9 months pregnant and when I arrived for pickup she wasn’t quite done and I was offered water and she even brought it out to the car for me, I was more than satisfied and the girls were so excited with how the hat turned out!!!! They have def gained a lifelong customer in me.

Best vinyl in town. Brenda is always super helpful and answers questions! Love the products. Would 100% rather get my vinyl from here than anywhere else in town and she is super affordable!! Top notch! Highly recommend!

One word: SHADYFirst experience the colors were off on the embroidery. I gave Brenda the digitized file with the correct color codes but somehow the design did not turn out anything similar. She told me that she would do a sew-out to show me how it will look as the final design on the shirt, but I never received anything of the sort. I was notified that my shirt was ready for pickup, but she had an emergency and needed to leave it in the mailbox for me to grab (shouldve took the hint). Before I embarked, I asked for a picture of the shirt (I received a zoomed picture of the design), which looked exactly as it should. Upon my arrival, I opened the mailbox, looked at the shirt and the colors were completely different from what Brenda sent. Upon further investigation, I noticed the picture she sent was a cropped version of a sample tee I sent her a picture of. Again, I should have took the hint.Giving the benefit of the doubt, I tried Brendas services again, but this time with a simple 5-letter word (which I also gave a digitized version of). I called on Friday to check the progress (16 days after drop-off), and Brenda informed me, I have it on my to-do list for tomorrow [Saturday]. Today marks day 21 since I dropped off FOUR shirts and she has not started either one. Frustratingly, I picked up my blank shirts and will not be returning.Moral of the story: If quality or speed is of your concern, then look elsewhere.

Store is really nice but the vinyl is horrible. I have voiced to you my concerns about the vinyl that I purchased from you. I was given a replacement for the vinyl a few years back. I had someone to pick up some vinyl for a last minute order. You need to let your customers know what type of vinyl that you’re selling. The vinyl is a cool peel. I have had several friends to call me about the vinyl due to them trying to peel it off while it’s hot. Please tell the customers what their buying. My opinion the vinyl you sell is cheap. I only use Siser and it’s way much better than the brand you are selling. Find another vinyl supplier

I really wanted to like this business. I dropped lunch boxes off on a Tuesday and was told they would be ready by Friday. I stopped by on Friday to check on them and I had a very unprofessional and rude response. She said she absolutely DID NOT tell me they would be ready Friday and hadnt even started on them. Okay, she DID but it was really no big deal. Ill chalk it up to miscommunication. So I pick the finished lunchboxes up on the following Tuesday (today). I am very unsatisfied with the outcome. The lunchboxes were embroidered. These were nice and new Lands End lunchboxes. They all turned out horrible. They are extremely off centered and the stitching in the embroidery is coming loose. I also dont understand why the y at the end of the names turned out TINY. Throws it off even more. I regret not letting Ace do them, but I really wanted to like and support a local business.
