Love the customer service here. I purchased my truck a few months ago from the cowboy (cant remember his name) and it was a terrific experience. I went back yesterday for my first scheduled maintenance and the appointment was quick and easy. I was back on the road in about 30 minutes.
I must say Infinity of Macon will do their best to get you in a car according to your price range.Not a car they want to sell you like other dealers.Mr Ray at Infinity went above and beyond to help me. I went there for a Mercedes Benz. But it was bought by another customer as soon as I walked in, while i was their at the store. Mr Ray was disturbed by these events. So he took down my information and what car I wanted and what I could afford. He searched diligently for two weeks till he found something in my price range.It was sporty and luxurious. Very friendly staff. The service center made sure that they went over everything that they would inspect on my vehicle and was very detailed with everything that the did. I got the oil change deal where you get three free changes after the first one. And you cant beat a deal like that. Id definitely recommend anyone to go here.
My experience with Napleton Infiniti of Macon has been exhausting and frustrating. I purchased a vehicle on March 9th. My first discouraging experience was with Stacey the Finance guy People PLEASE DONT SKIM OR GLANCE OR TAKE THEIR WORD READ YOUR PAPERWORK Stacey mislead me about a 5 yr warranty. He said he was able to get me a 5 yr warranty, he never disclosed how this changed the price of my car note, or gave me a option to decline. It wasnt until reading my paperwork at home that I saw this was added on and that my original sticker price included a 2 yr unlimited mile warranty. Luckily I was able to call the warranty department and find out how to get my money back on this unnecessary warranty. The guys in Service, when they drove my vehicle around the outside looked great but the inside was dirty, dirty cupholder, poorly vacuumed, spill stains and their were a few stains on the headliners. I was told the detail guy sucks and I was assured this could all be fixed if I brought my vehicle back the next days. So I did it was cleaned but the same things were overlooked, so this time I spoke with Keith the sales guy and he setup a detail appointment with WADE. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning (I wasnt offered a loaner car) I called and came to the dealership on Wednesday because I hadnt gotten an update. I spoke with James and Johnathan they said they couldnt get in touch with WADE. They said their in house detail guy would take care. This is the same guy that didnt do a good job the 2 times but ok I decided to trust JAMES the service manager. Thursday evening JAMES called your vehicle is ready. I picked up my vehicle and the cupholder were still dirty and now the stains on my headliners looked bleached. I called again and PROMISED if I brought it back one last time It would be right so I did. I spoke with JAMES AND JOHNATHAN and KEITH when I brought the car in Monday March 29th. I was assured again it was going to WADE and would be right I asked what was going to be done about the bleach stains, JAMES insisted it couldnt be bleach and that he would have the whole headliner cleaned to show that the spots were just cleaner that the rest. They had my vehicle for another 3 days ( I wasnt offered a loaner car) and when I got it back yesterday the stains still look bleached. So MARK HEDGEPETH MANAGER of Napleton Infiniti of Macon what are you going to do now? I have gone through all these other peopleIs this how you treat all customers or is it because Im a woman or woman of color?

What an awesome experience. Nick was an amazing salesman. No pressure, made sure we were comfortable and didn’t play the usual sales games. He has followed up making sure everything is going well and no issues. They couldn’t find the floor mats so he ordered us a new set that are now waiting on us to bring the vehicle in for installation and detailing. The warranty and maintenance package is amazing. The finance manager was upfront and kept us totally informed. Don the gentleman that did the final paperwork was very thorough and on top of it. All stayed late after closing to get us into our Infinity QX80 which is fantastic. I highly recommend This group.

I found myself in need of a new car, after my current Infiniti was totaled. I was devastated to learn that Infiniti had paused production on new Q70s. So, off I went to the website to see what else might catch my eye. I saw the QX55 on the website and then went to the dealership to see it in person. Although they were closed, the vehicle was on the lot. I was hooked! I called the dealership the next day and spoke to Stacey. Over the next few weeks he and Ray stayed in constant contact with me about the vehicle. As the one I saw on the lot sold rather quickly and I was still dealing with the insurance/Infiniti about my previous car. Stacey was able to get me another vehicle and I picked it up this past Saturday. I have purchased a few vehicles on my own and let me just say. NEVER, in my life has the process been as stress-free as this transaction was on Saturday. Stacey and Ray know how to take care of their customers. I can assure that if anyone else needs a new car, I am sending them their way! Thanks guys again for all your help!!!! You went above and beyond in my book. It was truly a blessing!

Seems like a pretty decent dealership but stay away from Griffin Mathis. He’s a lazy service advisor. I had to constantly ask and remind him to check on a couple of minor issues concerning my car and every time I asked it seemed as though he had forgot or maybe he didn’t hear me because he was walking around with airpods in his ear the entire time(unprofessional )The whole transaction with him was weird because he didn’t seem focused on his job which surprised me being at a luxury vehicle dealership. Other than my complementary inspection none of other needs were met so guess I’ll start back going to South Atlanta.

I had my 2017 Honda CRV serviced at this location and I will be coming back for all of my car maintenance needs! This whole process was quick and easy and Jon, in particular, was so helpful. He talked me through everything my car needed in terms that were easy for me to understand. I never felt like I was being sold a service that I did not truly need (as I have felt with many other service locations). Buying a car from this dealership was overall a good experience. The day of started a little rocky, but those who came to assist were able to clean it up and turn the experience around for me.I called the day before to inquire about the car I was interested in, and made an appointment to see the car the next morning. However, when I got there, nobody even knew I was coming. The person I spoke to several times over the phone, apparently was from a call center in FL, and I’m guessing my information wasn’t relayed to the sales team at the dealership. So of course, the car wasn’t pulled up or cleaned up, ready for showing.Sean G. came up to assist, and was very helpful and accommodating from that point on. Also enjoyed my experience with the Finance Manager, Stacy. He was very nice, ran all of the numbers I was requesting, and made sure I understood what was happening.I will say, however, the sales manager who was there at the time was not as nice and accommodating as the other people I dealt with. He had more of a “take it or leave it” type of attitude, so I really didn’t want to deal with him. I wasn’t there to purchase an Infiniti, but I do wish that the team was a little bit more knowledgeable with the functionality of the other cars that are being sold at the dealership.I’d recommend trying to get in contact with the dealership directly if you’re needing to make an appointment, and ask for Sean G. He was great!

I entered the dealership and was greeted gracefully by the receptionist. We exchanged greetings. I entered the showroom and looked at two vehicles on the showroom floor. There were salesmen walking and standing around. No one greeted or approached me. I walked out and thanked the receptionist.

Dealership made promises, structured a deal, and then pulled out of the deal due to poor communication and poor due diligence on the dealerships part. I would suggest doing a bit of homework prior to dealing with this dealership.
