At first they act like they care and as soon as they figure out youre not perfect they treat you as a poor person. They tried to tell me putting a car in another persons name is the same as them co signing with me. Really? We even tried to put over half down! It was going to be in my guys name. He should be in the database you ran his credit 6 times. Allen Bell also knows who we are. No I do not have the wrong place. I just emailed you and it says you cant accept emails from people who are not on the list.

Thank you Jason Nelson for assisting my husband and I with purchasing our 2020 Lexus RXL 350. Everything was so professional and the service was first class. The tech guy that assisted with educating us about our vehicle with all the features was so helpful.

So I have gone in for a regular oil change but after having the vehicle back for about a week I noticed that my sunglasses were missing (this pair of sunglasses never comes out of my vehicle, I have checked with everyone in the family and the last time I have seen them was before the service) and so I contacted the dealership’s service department, talked to the supervisor and try to see if they could help me out and check the camera but they were not helpful and told me that I shouldn’t have a $900 pair of sunglasses in my vehicle. So I’m expected to clean my vehicle out of my stuff before getting an oil change? I would have been ok if the dealership would have at least tried, look at the cameras and not point the blame. The people in the service department could have taken my sunglasses or someone else could have stolen it but I don’t blame the service department for stealing my stuff without hard evidence, I would have just like for them to at least try and help out. So I would not recommend this dealership but if you insist on going please remove all valuables.
