This is my first Review and it pains me to write this as I normally dont do this but I am so frustrated!! I had furniture worth $2000 delivered on 8/30/2021 where my hardwood floors were damaged (by ED) I immediately contacted MO (Manager) at the store to inform him as to what had transpired and even Ed acknowledge the damage as I pointed it out to him as well. Ed and Mo assured me that they would correct the issue. Long story short I have been contacting BOTH Mo and Ed for over a month now and I keep getting the runaround about them fixing my floors. At this point my PATIENCE HAS RUN OUT!!I BELIEVED THAT I WAS DEALING WITH A HONEST COMPANY AND PEOPLE WHICH I TOOK THEM AT THEIR WORD THAT THEY WOULD FIX THE ISSUE THAT WERE CAUSED BY THE DELIVERY GUY. THIS MAKES ME FEEL VERY STUPID AS UP UNTIL DELIVERY I REALLY WAS HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE AND SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED.

This was our first time here. We were taken care of a 100% percent .We were helped immediately.Awesome customer service by MR. mohammed.We will definetly come again in the future.Recommend 1thousand times.

Absolute best place to buy furniture in or around the metro Atlanta area. One of the gentleman, hamed, helped me tremendously after going over multiple options. He spent 3 hours with me last Friday helping my wife and I choose the best living, dining, and bedroom set for us. At the end of the day he saved us thousands, got it delivered, and we were extremely happy with our new furnishings. These guys here did a wonderful job helping us out. I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to start here because you won’t go anywhere else.

If you could give more then 5 stars I would not hesitate to give 10 stars. They made the process as fast and as easy as it gets. I went in and I had so much on my mind about the pricing and what not. I couldn’t believe that the prices were that low for such great quality. Not only did I find great furniture but they delivered and installed it for me. After they installed it for me they called me back up and asked about my satisfaction. The employees were so sweet about everything. What a great experience I had dealing with the staff of the Furniture and Mattress Warehouse in Mableton. I was approached in a most respectful manner by a few of the sales personnel and not once did I feel overwhelmed by the pressures of the usual sales guy persona. Whether you are looking for modern, traditional, deco, retro, or rustic: this store will have the furniture piece for you. I personally was in the market for a mattress and settled with a Serta for a competitive price. Stop in if you are looking for furniture or mattresses at a great price.

Needed to buy a couch for my new apt. They had a variety of high quality options for me to choose from and staff was super friendly and helpful. They were also very accommodating with my financial situation and I was able to purchase a beautiful couch for a great price and got it delivered the same day. Definitely check them out!

By far the best experience shopping for furniture that I have ever had! Their customer service were extremely genuine, and best off they listened to me and took me to exactly what I wanted. They have every piece of furniture imaginable. I don’t usually do this posting and rating, but the furniture and mattress ware house blew me away. I wish every business worked like this one.

An overall great experience with the store and the friendly staff. The staff knows what they are talking about and they were able to answer all my questions, as well as point me to the best entertainment system to fit my needs. After shopping around for a new bed set for a few days, I was so happy I stopped by this store. There was a huge selection and the prices were unbelievable. I was able to get the bed set that I wanted for several hundred dollars less than every location that I went to. Hands down the best experience buying furniture. Hamed showed us around and even went as far as to talk about the different types of mattresses, all the different furniture, how easy it was to assemble, they would deliver AND INSTALL IT! We bought a king sized bed, mattress, coffee table and end tables. I’m obsessed with how regal the bed is and the quality! We are going back soon for dining room chairs! Definitely the only place to buy good furniture around here.
