Bought 2 gator mopeds from this place great service horde workers and they will do anything to help you shopping be present all around great place to shop

My wife and i bought 2 Gators from this place. They are really cool and no mechanical issues as of yet and we have put over 600 miles on both of them already. We got them for leisurely activities and I am so glad we did. Thank you Ricki. You are truly awesome. Will definitely make a few more purchases

The owner is a nice guy, but the quality of his product is horrible & the follow up Maintenance after you have made your purchase is also horrible. We purchased three motorcycles, a 100cc Coolster, 125cc Moto, and a 250cc Apollo. The only one we didn’t have a issue with was the 125cc. The problems we were experiencing were not typical, an example of this is when the muffler fell off the 250cc shortly after purchasing. I went back to the store and he charged me $5 per bolt which I thought was absurd since we are talking about something that is clearly a assembly problem. However I paid the $5 per bolt and attached the muffler back. Next issue was his assembly crew did not connect the shut off kick stand so the motorcycle which was suppose to turn off once the kick stand was pushed down never engaged and ended up having the motorcycle throw my so to the ground. Now as I stated the owner is a ok guy from what I can tell, but if you are purchasing atvs/motorcycles from this place you may want to try and alternative place. Definitely this is not the place to buy from if you plan on spending the retail price because everyone I know who has purchased from this place has issues shortly thereafter and what seems like would be under warranty is not.“If you purchased a new car and was driving down the road and the muffler fell off wouldn’t you expect the dealer to be like I’ll fix it for free .”This is just my experience and a few more like me that I should have listened too prior to investing so much money into merchandise that is clearly inexpensive but it doesn’t help that it is assembled very poorly by his staff. If you would like to disagree I have photos of his assembly process.I only wrote this review as I feel it is my obligation as a parent to inform other parents of the safely concerns and issues and serious assembly violations I saw. Sometimes the money you’d be save isn’t worth the risk to your kids as some of these atvs/motorcycles travel at 30+ mph.
