As the owner of this place(Johnson Electronics ) all i have to say is that we have been in business for 24 years in this areaWe could not stay in business for that long and not have 1000s of customers saying we did good jobALL of THE CUSTOMER ARE HAVING PROBLEM WITH US BECAUSE OF PARTS COMING INWE CANT CONTROL THISTHINK FOR YOUSELFhow many customer thinks that we are doing a great jobif we wasnt we would not still be in business after 24 years

If you live in the Austell or Mableton area NEVER use JOHNSON ELECTRONICS at 971 Veterans Memorial Hwy SW Mableton, GA 30126. I took my TV in for repair October 2020 and if was finally fixed today March 22, 2021. When he told me the parts were on back order after 2 months of waiting, he told me no refunds. The lack of customer service is disgusting at best. Oh!!! He also only communicates through text or his secretary. NEVER AGAIN!!! Please do yourself a favor and find a better business to support.

Inquired about getting my 55 inch insignia fixed. Instead of taking my money and fixing it. Owner was very informative and helpful. Most importantly honest in telling me upfront that it would cost more to fix than to buy new. Honesty goes a long way. Not a greedy company but and honest small business. In future I will definitely return thanks. Definitely recommend them

Wow !!!! Im so shocked to see that I wasnt the only that felt this way about this place. Im with the guy that said he could give em 1 star also, but had to, thats the only way it would let me post this message. Surprised the BBB hasnt found out about this place.

The absolute worst business Ive ever dealt with. Avoid this business like the Plague. I will give 1 star only because there is is not a negative star. I put my TV in the shop in July. Got it out in September after several calls. It went out a week later. I brought it back in September, I went to check on it 5 or more times, only to be told its on the bench. I picked the TV up on January 19th with out it being fixed or not even 1 call from them. The front office lady cant answer any questions, and is very nasty when you ask questions about your TV. When leaving a guy was coming in with the same problem. This business should consider getting out of business.

This company does not deserve a 1 star. They took our TV in on December the 19th and it is now March 14. No calls from them at all. Have called these people at least 10 times. They tell us that they are waiting on a part sometimes and other times that they have part and havent put it on yet. Asked for our money back and have been told that they dont refund money for parts. I guess they expect us to put the part on ourselves or to wait years on them to put it on. Stay clear of this company.

March 20, 2015 dropped off my projector for repair, was promptly called as to what the problem was and was told the cost to repair was $200! Paid cash in full and from there nothing else not even a courtesy call to say hey the wrong part came in (only found out of that because we went by) to then be told new part ordered to later Summer 2015 that the part was on back order. From time to time we have stopped in still same response and still no phone call after 1.5 years later of having our money and projector! We got projector back today but of course its still not fixed and we are out of $200

I have been going to this business for years. I had a great experience so I am shocked to hear that people am having bad experiences. He have fix my TV and stereo system in a reasonable time

Ive never experienced a service so terrible. They had my TV almost a year. When I first called, they told me that they ordered a part. I never heard anything back. When I called back, they said he was putting the part back in. Still l didnt hear anything. back. Two months past since the last conversation and I called back and told them that I was coming to pick my TV up and the lady told me that he was putting the TV back together. I gave them to that following Friday to have my TV ready. They had it ready when I picked it up and when I got home, It did not work at all. I called another technician to discover that nothing was never done to the tv at all. This place is just a storage for TVs that you dont want. If I could rate this business a 0, I would. Money wasted!

Dropped my TV off in June and Im still waiting for a call back. They said every time I call that they would fix it soon. The service is terrible. There is no communication with the customer. They have even told me that people forget about their repairs so they keep them and sell it to other people. I suggest you keep up with them if not they will sell your electronics for profit.

I regret ever taking my tv here. They had my tv since May. Picked it up today Aug 3....no communication, horrible customer service, and still not repaired.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!! These people are a joke. Do not take ur electronics to these people. They should be charge for how they conduct business!!!! You will not receive ur property back. I reported them to business bureau.

I WASNT PLEASED WITH THE COMMUNICATION, AND THE DURATION OF THE REPAIRS. IT LITERALLY TOOK THEM A MONTH TO CALL ME BACK FOR MY TV. HE CHARGED ME FOR TWO PARTS AND ONLY REPLACED ONE. I AM HIGHLY UPSET!!!
