Man So I bought the iPhone pro 12 and I wasn’t going to get insurance until Jay talked me into it. Glad I listened because no more than a month I cracked my phone🥴 so yea man glad I took his advice. Great store overall amazing experience thanks Jay for helping not only save money but a voice of great reasoning!

It was a quick visit and Jose, the expert, was simply great with his service. In about 10 minutes I was out of the store with an activated new mobile line.

I had an awesome experience at this store. Jose went above and beyond to help me. He was great and the other employees were helpful. This is a store that I would recommend to anyone if they want great customer service.

I switched over to T-Mobile and was having billing issues. I contacted this branch and Maree was able to not only lower my bill but, she was able to help me get my parents switched over to T-Mobile from Verizon without any issues. This was on of the best experiences I’ve had with a cellular company. I strongly suggest going to see her for any help you need.

They deleted six years of my husbands photos and videos transferring to a new phone. They should absolutely have checked before deleting from the old device. Sorry??

Jose helped me and my wife exceptionally after waiting on hold for 2 hours with care.

Contact the store to make an inquiry about opening up a new account T-Mobile, Marie answer the phone with the attitude instantly. Only after I address her about it, she claims she was with a customer. The Energy she produced was a complete turn-off.

Jose was very helpful and I will definitely be shopping here again

Maya Angelou coined the phrase, “Phenomenal Woman,” and Skyy is the embodiment of phenomenal when it comes to service. Patience, knowledgeable, and able to provide me with a clear understanding of the process in lay terms. Our process was two hours and her personality, professionalism, and overall persona felt the same as when she introduced herself. I wouldn’t have even been upset had she been fatigued through the process but she is the exception. T-Mobile should have her training others in what it means to be a customer-centered service provider. I’m definitely walking out happy. THANKS SKYY!

Came here to purchase new personal phone service and was told my bill would be $175 monthly. I paid $736 up front for 2 lines, which included deposits. Received my 1st bill 4 days later and it was for 2 business lines totaling $236. I came back to return the phones, since the plan is not what I agreed to. The ended up penalizing ME $159. My dealings with T-Mobile end here. There is competitionSo, I receive a bill from T-Mobile 2 months later with a balance due of $246 & change. When I call I am told that they see that I only had the phones for 4 days but the the location did not do their job and cancel the service when you gave back the phones. Therefore, the service was cut off due to non-payment. The supervisor, with whom I had to escalate to call to, was very nice and claimed that she was making sure that the problem is corrected. I don’t understand why the people who work at this location told me lie after lie and did not do their job. I don’t recommend doing business here.

Hello T-Mobile, I went to visit your store on Floyd road for a simple upgrade to one phone.I not only upgraded 1 phone but all lines.I had the greatest and best team of employees helping me starting off with Bryant the absolute best was able to answer all my questions,very professional, showed us which phones were great and also was able to tell us about each phone that we picked out.Then we have Juan who came in and picked right up where Bryant paused at who also is very professional and has excellent customer service skills. Then last but not least the 2 newbies Layla and Patrell are training to become the best, that have the greatest 2 trainers training them. Im more than satisfied with my visit to this store and I recommend everyone to visit this location the absolute BEST THANKS T-MOBILE TEAM FLOYD RD IS THE BEST!!!

I came into the store to get new service with T-Mobile. I am really satisfied with the customer I received ! Nick was very informative and helpful, he answered all my questions. The whole experience was great, the whole staff was friendly and professional . I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Skyy was phenomenal. I came to the unit 15 mins before closing. I am now leaving almost 2 hours after closing. She patiently waited assisted and kept me entertained during the purchase of my new phone and transfer from Verizon to T-Mobile. Excited about this new transition I can now probe the net while on calls a better plan with value. I’m saving tons by moving to T-Mobile. I came in with a friend not even with the idea of changing vendors and Skyy was able to persuade me with her winning personality and skill set to elaborate about T-Mobiles plans which quickly caught my attention. I’m elated to be a part of the T-Mobile family. Again, 2 hours later and Skyy has patiently assist and entertained the entire time. 2 hours felt like 10 minutes! Thanks Skyy!!!!

Terrible customer service experience. Rep was rude and told me I couldnt get mad at him not wanting to lose his job by following the rules. My screen protector had broken and it and my phone were less than a mo old. He said I could go back to store where I bought it and they might change it out for another one but he could do it and I would have to pay again. I said that was ridiculous which brought about his smart comment. btw, I went back to the original store & they changed the screen protector In 10 min, no problem. Best customer service at the Hiram Store.

A t mobile agent told me I could trade in my phone with there “jump” program and my progress of payment toward my contract would move over to my new phone. ( a complete lie) now I’m stuck paying thousands or dollars over the corse of 2 years (again) to buy a phone I no longer ever care for, from a provider I want nothing to do with. I was cheated and lied to. Do not go to this retailer in Mableton.
