This location never prints out a receipt at the gas pump for their customers. Forcing people to go inside the store to retrieve receipts, for what? When you go in the store you see employees not wearing masks, people coming in and out of the store, touching items with their dirty hands at the Swirl World. Two employees in the store, you go up to late night walk up window to ask for the receipt the pump wouldn’t print for the umpteenth time in a couple of months, only to not be greeted by two employees ignoring me at the walk up window, before they finally got tired of me standing there ringing the bell, and out of the blue told me, “we’re closed,” and walked away. Zero customer service. This has gone on long enough, we have tried to let things slide due to labor shortages and everything and we understand that this is a current issue. However, this has been our experience at this location long before the pandemic, giving folks the benefit of the doubt got us absolutely nowhere, we can no longer spend our money at RaceTrac. They have officially lost my family and I as customers. ZERO STARS

The manger on duty tonight was super helpful and sweet I think her name was Selena. She was a very beautiful Spanish lady, she helped me out find the tire repair kit for my car! She’s a lifesaver! Give that woman a raise!!

Soo tonight is my birthday. An we stopped at this location to use the restroom and buy snacks. Before 11pm the restroom was blocked off. Then Rudely told that it was closed. Really dude. If ur open then ur restroom needs to be. We left without buying anything or using the restroom.

I came by tonight to get a fountain drink but needed to use the bathroom first said it was closed if the store closes @ 10 pm and it was 10 minutes so I turned around to leave then i asked her is the register closed as well she said no I just walked out she did allow to use bathroom probably because she didn’t want to have to cleanup the other person was mopping the floor up by the register which is dangerous if a person slips Racetrac needs to hire people that customer savvy especially on the evening shifts and it’s policy the bathrooms are closed 10 minutes before store closed then a sign needs to display that period.

There is a cashier at the location on Floyd with locks who is extremely helpful. I did not catch her name but she was very perceptive and has the warmest smile. Perfect combination to put someone in a better mood. Thank you young lady. You probably dont think you did anything special but that is why it was.

The absolute worst station Ive ever been to. The pumps are old and half of them dont work. Close the inside at 11pm. 1 of only 2 Racetracs Ive ever seen that close. On top of that several occasions they close the entire store down including the window with a cheap, printed piece of paper taped to the glass. Trash is consistently overflowing the trash cans outside. Several issues with this store. Wheres a QT when you need it!!

This gas station has always the lowest gas price on the area. Sometimes Kroger bits them but other than that is a clean and secure gas station. Great location.

The older lady behind the counter was pretty rude and on her phone.

A decent place. Clean, well lit, nice employees, easy to get into and out of.

Love the selection of foods and drinks. They have a kitchen so you can get fresh quick foods.

Kathryn has excellent customer services skills and over the top manners. I have had the best experience everyday I come in around 6pm when Im getting off of work just for the coffee.

This location is okay. They have a major layout problem inside. There is always a traffic jam at the soda fountains and a ton of room by the frozen yogurt. Also, they cant seem to keep some of the things in stock that they provided coupons for with the summer refillable cups.

Not sure about thier products but I know I wont be shopping here, had a tire puncture and needed help get the address to get a pick up, but was ignoreed and had to reach out to one of the customers for help.

I work third shift and this is the only store open near my job on my break and it sucks. Cant get coffee, hot dogs, or fountain drinks, smh. This is the time I wish a QT was across the street.

Theres a friendly staff here but sometimes I have to always go inside even after I use my debit card to get a receipt because sometimes the machines are not working outside.... Thats very irritating.

They need to hire or schedule more people. Or prioritize customers over sweeping a bare parking space.

I called at 10 to ask what time they close (it’s a 24 hr location) and she said 10:15 😂

Nice staff and all, but every time i come here for drinks there is always something wrong with the fountain machines, be it they are empty or are missing ingredients.

Doors locked and store closed before 11pm.

This particular location on more than 1 occasion keeps the doors locked and you cant get in. If theres an issue with staffing, they need to fix it.
