Every employee that works in the pharmacy is RUDE! No matter what time of the day or any day that you visit they have all terrible attitudes! I’ve been coming here for years because of the location is near my home and it’s sickening that their attitudes and lack of customer service will make you use a new location!

The pharmaceutical dept. staff are very rude and unprofessional. The store is trashy and I wouldn’t be surprised if this CVS closes down soon

This one never seem to amaze me everytime the wait is forever and I called ahead of time they told me it was ready the day prior I go in the next day to waiting in for 30 and go inside to wait and the prescription was never filled. Either hire more people faster people or just close down

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. My family had COVID test from 4:20-4:30 (3 people) we were in one car all before then and waiting an hour in line. The video they sent says do not come inside so we respected the instructions and waited in the line. When we finally get to the window we were informed all of our test were cancelled by the nurse and apparently no one could reach her. Time was wasted, and they offered no solution because it was their fault we missed the appointment. I’ve never seen a line of barely 4 cars move so slow in my life. Never returning to this location that should already be closed down

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY IN THE WHOLE CITY OF MABLETON/AUSTELL!!!!!! I had a COVID test over a week ago and still do not have my results when a coworker of mines went the same day and got their results in 2 days. The staff is always very rude unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!! Just to find out that they never submitted my test to the lab!!! This is such an inconvenience literally wasted a week of my life waiting on some results that were NEVER SUBMITTED. Not to mention the line is ridiculously long just to receive your Rx.

This is the absolute worse pharmacy I have ever seen in my life, they begged me for a second chance after I called cooperate. I regretted within minutes my decision not to transfer, but today was my last straw with these rude unprofessional staff. I transferred ALL my prescriptions and CVS never has to worry about me ever stepping foot back in that location. They need to fire them all and start over with all new pharmacy staff...

VERY POOR AND SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS LOCATION SHOULDVE BEEN CLOSED A LONG TIME AGO. PHARMACY IS EXTREMELY SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO REFILL A PRESCRIPTION NOR SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.

I got a Covid test from here and the lady (Sunshine, maybe?) was really patient and helpful. She walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I got my results in two days.

The pharmacy department is so rude !! They always have attitudes ..if you don’t like your job I suggest you find another one we all have bad days but literally every time I call they’re giving me an attitude about my MEDICATION!!

This has been my pharmacy for years. Like all things, weve seem times change and people coins and go but there are couple of pharmacy members that are outstanding! Even if i come sparingly, one attendant says my name every time... and that speaks to me. Great job, pharmacy team!

Extremely rude pharmacy manager. Hours were incorrect and I got In line at 6:01 after seeing two people in front of me he decides to say sorry pharmacy is closed after I had been there twice to check if my prescription was ready

What a horrible experience. I had to visit this pharmacy twice last night to retrieve my fathers medications. Both times they left a medication off the list that was to be refilled. My wait time was over an hour each time. Im extremely patient by nature and just assumed it was a bad day until reading these comments. Not sure whats wrong at this location but Ill be contacting corporate to get this resolved and Ill be changing my dads pharmacy.

Sorry I can’t leave less than 1 star. I went there when my current pharmacy couldn’t fill my entire prescription. Pharmacist or Pharm Tech asked me for prior pharmacy number which obviously I don’t carry on me. I asked him if he could look it up. He said he couldn’t. How is that possible? He obviously just didn’t care enough to make any effort. Call CVS customer care. Although it took a long time to reach a live person, they were much more considerate. Too little too late. Avoid this CVS.

Bravo to all the improvements made at our CVS! I was shocked with everything I witnessed today. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile, yes A SMILE. The store was fully stocked and clean. The employees were helpful and did I mention they were smiling?? I hope this passes the word along that Mableton CVS is a store worth shopping at now. March 05, 2015

I come here all the time to fill my prescriptions. The staff are very friendly & courteous. Plus, it always feels good inside temperature-wise.

Inaccuracy in counting medsWait time too long.. The staff is really nice. They need more help.Again today February 1st instead of notifying me that the pharmacist actually made a mistake in my prescription they let me get all the way home and then corrected it that is so unprofessionalToo many mistakes especially at this CVS

I used CVS for years over in Smyrna and never had any problems. Moved to Mableton and had to switch to Kroger. The pharmacy employees are by far the rudest I have EVER dealt with! The people in the front of the store are great but I will never use the pharmacy again. Do yourself a favor and fill your scripts elsewhere.

Stopped at this particular location to purchase Christmas cards,personal was friendly and courteous,store super clean, prices are resonable, plenty of parking easy access from two different roads.

I went there to get some antibiotics filled after getting bitten by a stray animal at work. Not only did they refuse to believe it was a workers comp case despite all the paperwork I was given to show them, they also refused to let me use my insurance to get a reduced price for them because it was a workers comp case (Which makes NO sense). So I had to pay full price for some antibiotics despite having health insurance AND it being a workers comp case. These people are crooks, never using this location or any CVS again.

The pharmacist is like the wicked witch of the West. Rude is rather an understatement! Pharmacy techs= JOKE. My mistake, I did not read ALL the 1 stars before coming here....my gosh.....who in their right mind likes a hateful pharmacist? CVS....U lost me plus word of mouth people....no one likes coming to a world wind of chaos when it comes to picking of medicines for themselves or their loved ones. Cvs is overpriced and they lure you with 40 % off items that are already overpriced. Im going to switch to Walgreens. This is sad a store has to mark up prices to be competitive. Not working. Look at your reviews ..

Pharmacy never has prescriptions ready on time. They also need to work on their customer service and the way they speak to people.

To be fair this CVS deserves a 2-3 Stars from my personal experience. Sometimes I feel theyre understaffed and they might not be friendly but 2-3 stars is fair.

The pharmacy is severely understaffed. The employees seem overworked and understandably frustrated. I have been going to CVS for about 15 years, but seeing how terribly the staffing is managed and how much it has impacted customer service over the years, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Sadly, I’ve had to transfer my prescription to another location. My patience was tested for the last time with the inconsiderate pharmacy staff.

Cant believe the comments. Ive never had issues with the pharmacy. Ill drop off and a few hours later they send me a text letting me know my prescription is ready.

UPDATE: Called. Waited forever for someone to pick up only for someone to hang up on me. Called back 2 more times because their automated refill line gave a wrong date to fill my script. Waited 30 mins on hold tosolve it. The pharmacists who name starts with an H (Harris?) is THE WORST. He doesnt even attempt to work on his attitude. Please find another job. Customer service isnt in your DNA. You guys have got to do better. When I have a moment I will be working on moving my prescriptions like I shouldve done 3 years ago per this last review.--‐‐----------I see what everyone is saying. Went for the first time a few days ago and the lady behind the counter was rude as hell. Made no eye contact, voice unfriendly. This is the closest CVS by my house. Im willing to drive further for better service. Maybe even switch to Walgreens.

I have never encountered such horrible customer service as I have here. Ever. I called this location to check on a specific med since my normal location was out. The person who answered in the pharmacy was rude, and explained to me that it wouldnt be ready for pickup today because they closed at 6pm, it was 5:22. I get there at 5:30, walk in instead of waiting at the drivethru and the same pleasant person is clearly having an awesome day, asks me what time tomorrow would I like to pick it up. I tell her I just called and was told it would take 30 mins to fill, etc. She tells me someone just dropped off 2 Rx..the other male pharmacist talks over her a s says itll be ready by 6. I walk out, get back in my car and plan to wait in the drive thru (had digs in the car). The male pharmacist tells me You cant wait there! Go around and itll be ready at 6! We close at 6!!! I dont know what kind of day you had, but if you cant act like professional adults then stay home or pick a job where you dont have to interact with the public. Ill be writing a letter to the location manager as well. Good day you two ass*oles.

The pharmacy customer service is awful. Prescriptions are never ready and the staff is rude and unorganized. The lead pharmacist is one of the most unprofessional individual Ive ever encountered. I made complaints to the store manager and nothing changed. Had to take my prescription elsewhere.

I was dying and they told me to wait till tomorrow for my meds to come. To top it off, they didnt say hello or goodbye

Ive been to a lot of cvs stores/pharmacies, but this location has the MOST RUDIESTTTTT (if thats a word), unsympathetic, ignorant pharmacy employee. HOW many low scores does corporate need, before they change the staff? I called to verify what time they close, the chick (not woman) said we close at 930, we close in 30 minutes. I KNOW how to tell time, sounding like she was chewing gum.....UGHHH! Im switching pharmacies.

Do not go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist by name of Cynthia tampered with 2 of my prescriptions and was very rude. She has been reported to Corporate and I issued an official complaint against her with Board of Pharmacy.

Worst CVS Ive ever dealt with, and due to health concerns of my wife and kids, Ive dealt with a lot of them. Scripts are never ready on time. Ive dropped of a script at literally 9am to come back at 6pm and find out its still not ready. And if you show up anywhere within 15 minutes of them closing, forget about it. All the pharmacy techs can think about is leaving work and not your 4 years old child who just came from the ER and needs to start taking his antibiotic or steroid that he was just prescribed.

Go to any other CVS, this one is a pain to deal with. When they screw up, they attempt to tell you how you could have prevented it, as if its my job to tell them how to do their job. That makes for terrible customer service by way of blaming the customer when your employees arent trained.

Employees were yelling over aisles to talk to each other when I walked in. I dont think Ive ever seen more disgusting bathrooms before.
