The Lynnwood/Mill Creek Sherwin Williams is my local go to paint store. Im always greeted in a friendly manner. The sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful. The paint quality is exceptional. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Great store for quality paint and helpful associates. Ive purchased paint in the past for outside the home as well as inside. My go to place for questions and supplies. I recently painted the bathroom cupboards and they were there with guidance and suggestions. Turned out great! Best paint around!

Really bad! We went there 4 times, every time we have to wait at least 10 mins for them to get our paint ready, despite we ordered and paid online, as well as received “ready for pick up” emails before we went to the store.Avoid going to this store! The one in Bothell (4 miles away) is much better in terms of doing their jobs and readiness to help.

If you are going to paint something this is the place to go. I didnt have any previous painting experience. The salesman was very helpful in guiding me through what I needed. He did not try to sell me the most expensive items and did a great job explaining when paying a little extra was worth it and when it wasnt.

Friendly and efficient staff. Some customers did not wear masks and sign on front door said they must.

I decided to repaint my bathroom cabinets. Not yet sure if I would dread the decision later I talked with the sales rep regarding what would be needed. Armed with some excellent paint and primer and some tips it turned out PERFECT!Thank you for the help, products and confidence to tackle this do it yourself job.

Always respectful, helpful and gives a perfect color match, always!The only con is the entry to the lot from 164th. Keep an eye out for the Car wash Bear or you will miss it. While exiting, its easier to go around the gas pump, make a left turn and merge into 164.

The staff and management at this location is amazing! I purchased a new home in the area and needed touch-up paint. They were very nice and patient with me while I was trying to find the right color match! I am very impressed with the team at this location! Thank You

Ron, the new manager at this store is absolutely fantastic. I stained my deck last summer with a semi-transparent stain and noticed the stain started peeling up this spring. I had already swallowed the fact that is was probably my fault because I applied it to thick. I called Sherwin Williams to explain what happened and Ron was out my house within the next hour!! He explained to me what I did wrong, how to correct it and then comped me EVERYTHING needed to do the job again. The stripper, rollers, brushes, plastic and stain. Im still in shock and how amazing these people are for helping a simple homeowner re-do a job right. I will never shop anywhere else.

David has been wonderful. I needed to find a specific formula and he ended up calling few other stores and otherwise spent a lot of time to help me out. Considering that I was only looking for a gallon of paint I didnt quite expect that level of dedication on his part. Thank you very much for your service sir!

The employee looked at my fabric and color samples and recommended paint that would compliment my decor. He knew color theory and gave me as much of his time as I needed to make my decision. Wayyy better experience than I’ve had at Home Depot and other paint retailers.

Poor customer service. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. They were standing around too busy discussing the passing sports cars on the street out front to help a customer standing at the counter waiting for assistance.
