Great! Brought a pic of the label from my custom mixed house trim color and they whipped up a quart in minutes!
I am totally sold on Miller paint. Very helpful and friendly service, $5 samples as opposed to $20 at Sherman Williams..and its a PNW company. I am definitely buying from them when I paint my house!
Always professional and helpful. Great products that make all the difference in the world.
Wow, let me just say customer service nowadays is hard to come by but Miller in Lynnwood does it right. Tom helped me out getting what I needed with no fuss and no snarky attitude. True gentleman and a great local store to support.
Wow! What a great place. I was moving out from my current rental and because of the cheap quality of the room, Id accidentally torn a hole into the way.i got it patched up and needed paint matched to cover it. Knowing that my landlord would charge an arm and a leg for the damage, I stopped by here with a small chip from my wall (about 1inch x 1inch). Now I dont know much about paint matching, but Ive heard a lot of people say that you should get all your paint In one batch because there are generally discrepancies with matching it later. And i was nervous, paint is different when it dries and any difference and it would be easy to spot. But my did it match! It was such a perfect match. I attached some pictures because seriously check it out! Also, I got there a couple minutes after a they closed and they still helped me out! So great!
Consistently great service, responsive, cooperative, and good quality products. Its a pleasure doing business with them.
I often need to pick up paint for my school. They are friendly and helpful.
Best paint store on the west coast
At this location the in store service was ok. The employee working was friendly but not particularly helpful.I am a general contractor and do a fair amount of painting. To be honest I rather enjoy painting and plan to do an increasingly amount throughout the year. I really enjoy finding and testing out new products but I prefer when the sales associates is more knowledgeable about their products than I am.Over the phone I spoke to a young lady who was clearly eating and drinking while speaking to me, um yeah big no no.Anyway, I hate Sherman Williams paint and prices (other than their emerald urethane which is the best door trim and cabinet paint on the market) so I have found myself trying out Miller paint co..Pros- prices are reasonable though I wish their discount to business was a little bit more. They carry Farrow and Ball paint which is the finest paint made and it better be at 110 a gallon. They also carry Corona paint brushes which are hands down the best there are, though I wish they carried a wide selection like their black nylon series. They carry a great brand of chalk paint called magnolia and other unique and helpful products. Their evolution paint is good as is their standard acrylic paint.Cons- their color selection needs some serious work. Other than the colors from farrow and ball and magnolia their color selection is by far the worst I have seen. Also Miller co itself needs to expand their type of paint selection. Thats one thing I will compliment SW on is their paint type selection. Too bad they all stink lol.If you go to miller paint co try farrow and ball paint, it will blow your mind and your bank so be careful start small. Other than that stick with their basic acrylic paint, no need to spring for their evolution series. You are going to need two coats anyway and evolution is just too thick. It does not cover all that great and can go on top thick making your second coat a pain in the butt.Anyway sorry for the rant
