Bought batteries. Only. Didn’t use batteries. Went to return and forgot my wallet. Couldn’t return. Came back with wallet. Was told I could only get a gift card. Didn’t want it because I don’t usually go here. That’s all they could do. Rings up at $23.99 (price I paid) refund says $11.99. Excuse me?! What is that? “Oh well we can over ride the system because you don’t have the receipt.” Oh ok, well here is the exact amount for that one thing I bought on my bank statement. Exact amount. They called up 3 different people to tell me the same thing. I will never shop here again. Brand new batteries I didn’t end up needing and refunding me a gift card for less than half of what I paid?! Ridiculous!!

I transferred my prescriptions here hoping it would be better than Bartell, I was wrong. Evidently, they are so busy they cannot answer the phone, Ive been on hold for thirty minutes. The only thing I hear is when they break in and say you are on hold...

Lazy employee, I was there for photo, they told me to wait for a while, after I reached head of line, one employee was about to take me photo, the other employee reminded her, “ hey there are flooding in the photo rooms.” which obviously seems perfect fine, except some cleanup work of stuff on the ground, then they asked me to come back later today, ridiculous!

I went to this store to purchase 2 items. I had a offer from Venmo saying i could Pay trough QR code Venmo .. cashier told me didn’t work, so had to pay different method, I told him, why?! I already got an email confirming the purchase and it actually worked, he insisted didn’t work. I had to pay with my credit card, by Monday two charges were not on pending payment anymore, they charged me twice!!!! On my credit card and Venmo linked to my personal bank account! Tuesday morning went back to CVS asking for the refund of one of them, the tomboy “girl” who “helped me” was so rude and unprofessional, with so despective way to talk towards me, what kind of costumer service you give to the public?! So, she disappear for about 15/20 minutes that had to wait. when she came back I was trying to explain once again how happened and just wanted my refund because I got charge twice and was showing her! But she was all the time rude, she started yelling at me that anything else could do than wait for one of the charges dissapear, I told her why wait here are the proofs not in pending payment anymore! Are you kidding me?! Worst experience, no brain. How they are not gonna know in this situation?!! Not recommend cvs anymore! And still haven’t got my money back!

Found what I needed quickly. Cashier was friendly and quick. Pleasant place to shop.

My issue is with the pharmacy. All I can say is that after my two day experience of just trying to get my gd meds picked up, Im never having my prescriptions filled there again.

Convenient, however check your receipts from the pharmacy...we often have to request prescriptions be re-processed using available discounts, as staff doesnt always see/apply them to our monthly prescriptions.

Went in for a flu shot. I even let them know when I called to see if I had prescriptions that I wanted a flu shot. Told them Id be coming in this morning for a flu shot. I was helped by a woman named Brittany who was in a foul mood and barked at me from across the room asking for my personal information, and then barked at me about not making an appointment for a flu shot. Plus, the prescription they said was going to be ready at 1 yesterday wasnt ready. No thank you CVS! I will go to a pharmacy where they appreciate my business.

Hit or miss. Many of the staff seem to take it personally when you dont want to pay for your meds twice when you have a pending payment online for them or when you want to count how many boxes/bottles they gave you because they keep giving you the wrong ones. Horrible center for type 1 diabetics. They will give you the wrong amount and charge you the same price for it as your full amount. Its a huge pain to get anything other than straight up pills and even then you may have to deal with attitude and other nonsense. I transferred all my medication to another pharmacy. They are awful and you shouldnt take your business there as very few of the people who work there should have a job.

Its a good place to make a flu shot. Fast enough processing time.

Shopped there due to convenient location but later discovered that purchased product was twice as expensive as Walmart.

CVS has always been good to me, asking if I need help, always polite. I really like the employees.

The pharmacist was really nice and empathetic. Got my meds filled right away. I highly recommend.

The pharmacy staff are so rude.

Very rude and unprofessional. Looks like they don’t want you to bring your business at their store. Specially if you want to take a photo at their store they will be very mad at you, not to mention the super high price for the passport photos.

If you want to buy Theraflu, be ready to show them your ID. So strange.
