This place is too expensive for me, thus only 4 stars. OMG the designs are like going to an art gallery for clothes. My wife manages to pull off some well-priced buys.I love to go there just to look. The clothes are truly wonderful and refreshing to see. If you want office wear that is just a cut above, they have GREAT SHIRTS. They offer all kinds of delightful casual and beach wear as well.

You can’t get in 15 minutes before closure! The man was rude and not at all understanding. Very bad customer experience! During the pandemic they were happy to have their customers but now that normal life is back they just ignore you. I’ll stop shopping on that store and find another store.

The clothes are amazing, very cute and trendy. The store is huge with lots of options. However they didnt have a lot of larger sizes. I had a hard time finding 10s, any higher and I dont think youll find it there. Staff werent very friendly. Overall a 3/5 experience but the clothes themselves are a 5/5.

Ridiculous, why do I have to wait for pickup? Even worse. You have to wait to enter zara shop, then wait to pickup. No even worse, are you ready? Online pickup is not at the regular counter, so you wait 20 minutes to learn that pickup is in another place

Its one of my favorite place. I love the clothes and accessories, everytime I go there I buy something 😅😅😅 just I cant avoid it. The ambience Its really cool very spacious and organized and customer service is good, just depends who is cashiering but I love it.

Huge lines for checkout. Not enough staff to man cash registers. Good have to wait over 20 - 25 mins to checkout. At the time this review was written, there were only 2 checkout lines open, with folks just lining up :(Sure pandemic is in effect - control the number of folks in the store so customers dont wait for 30 mins to check out!

All nice styles but customer service super super slow.

I tried exchanging two items that I had bought before COVID-19 closed all stores. I finally got to go back after everything started opening again, and the man working there refused my exchange (the clothes had never been worn, had original tags still attached, and I still had the original receipt) and said the items were “last season” so he couldn’t accept it. He didn’t even look at my receipt. I should have argued with him about this return policy as I’ve worked in retail for 8 years and have shopped at Zara a lot, and have never heard of this return policy before. I know when employees don’t want to deal with customers and this guy didn’t want to deal with anyone. He was very rude and standoff-ish towards me the entire time, made me very uncomfortable so I didn’t want to argue about the policy and wanted to leave ASAP. I still have the items also with the tags still attached T_T I also googled the policy and no where does it say they don’t accept “last season” clothes. Avoid this guy if you want to have a good day!

Very cute clothes

I waited to purchase my daughters Christmas gifts because I was aware of the struck 30 day return policy I even had them ring separately so my daughters 7 items would be on a separate receipt! To my horror I only had the other receipt! Even though the transactions were back to back and I know the number they are in willing to exchange my daughters pants without the original ? Who does this is the the 1960s?

They wouldnt take a gift back with a price tag on it. I didnt have a receipt because it was a gift. Not even for an in store credit. Ill never shop there.

Zara has so many different items there everybody goes there even boys there are kids boys womens also for like grandmas and grandpas the shirts and panties and everything there are so cute they also have bags and they have shoes is there too the hands backs are so cute that I always get one from Zara my mom loves Zara so much that when we go to the mall she always goes to Jara first I also like Zara really much the employees and the customers and the cashiers are so nice everybody there are really nice and they are really sensitive they also put on a hand sanitizer for kovic there are a lot of choices of closes and everything else.

Azara I think thats a good place to go when you want to buy some clothes but basically I wouldnt go in there because their stuff is so expensive its not funny

I dont understand how do they organize this place, thus I cant shop from here. Categorization is not based on tops/bottoms, it is rather collection. All Zara s have a weird structure

I absolutely love this location. Every time I walk in, it’s super organized and clean. Even on busy days. I am always able to find what I’m looking for. I love the quality of clothing, customer service is great. Fitting rooms are nice and large. I’ve been to many Zara locations and this is by far my favorite!

Only one door open right now because of covered they have a mens and a woman section.Mostly European size clothing Zara comes from Spain definitely for the forward thinking individual not great for basics.

The customer service at Zara is horrible. I went to the store to return some items on 8/9 and the staff said the return period expires on 8/8 so they werent able to refund or do anything. I realized I was just one day after the return policy ends. Also I was trying to explain to them that I was very concerned about going to stores because of the number of covid-19 confirmed cases keeps rising in my area. Stores were closed before and I didnt pay attention to when it reopened. I told them this is unfair and unreasonable. A lot of stores, like Urban Outfitters, Nordstrom extend their return window because of the pandemic impact and store closure.But the staff and customer service at Zara was not caring about its customers and kept saying they have a restricted return policy. Thats really frustrating. After doing some research, I found they have so many complaints and angry customers on their Facebook, as well as bad reviews on BBB. Clearly, Zara is not caring about its customers and not building a trustworthy brand. So I dont trust them any more, and Im sharing my experience to all my friends and all my social media, wont recommending shop at Zara ever!

Horrible customer service..We spent more than an hour in this store and we were experiencing rude customer services by their manager whose name is Ava and cashier.. the lady who was helping us to find the right size for the suit said that the missing pin on the suit will be provided at the cashier station..another gentleman who was helping us with the suit said that we can just go to the cashier when we are paying and they will give us the pin.When we went to the cashier he said that they cant give any pins and they also can’t take one off from the same types of suit.So they lied to us and didn’t give us the pin that goes along with the suit. We left very disappointed by wasting our time and their manager Ava didn’t even apologize.

Great customer service - gracious staff that made up for the bad experience with the Zara in Bellevue Square. Everyone there is lovely - especially Paulina! The store is tidy, bright, and an enjoyable place to shop.

I was trying to return with my credit card, but the old card was expired so I brought my new card. But it didnt go through and I can only get store credit. The manager was not not very nice to customer. The sales call her couples time to come to the counter and help but she finally came with a mad face. Weird!

ZARA is one of my favorite clothing brands. This particular stores staff is the least friendly of anything clothing store Ive been to in Washington, though.

I normally dont write reviews unless I have a really bad experience. Today I wash shopping at Zara and sat down for a second on one of the display podium for a second to take break for a min. The min I did that, a woman who works at the store yelled across the store you cant sit there! In a rude way. She couldnt come up to me and tell me nicely that I couldnt sit there and point me into a direction to the closest chair. Im sorry lady but I was about to drop some dollars! Ive been in customer service for 9 years and thats no way to treat a customer. Wish I saw what her name was...

The employees here are so unnecessarily rude. I liked the outfit on the mannequin, so my fiancee and I went in to buy it. We went to a saleswoman - super tall, caucasian, brown medium length hair - she looks us up and down and says the outfit on the mannequin is sold out. We stayed to shop and literally found the outfit on the mannequin in multiple sizes and purchased it.Their employees hovered over us like vultures. It was to the point that I would turn around and quite literally bump into one of them, and it kept happening again and again and again over the course of maybe 1 to 2 hours that we were there.We tried on some clothes, which this is a tangent, but their sizing is really off. I am normally a medium in H&M clothes and a small in Express sizing but at Zara I was an XL.Zero stars for customer service. Shame on you, ZARA.
