Is Forever 21 fashion forward? I am not a fashionista.

They could use a little more help with finding items but their prices are okay

Came to try on some plus size clothing and apparently they got rid of it, because it wasnt doing well Good to know that this store that is supposed to be Size Inclusive dropped their plus size line in storeIts so inconvenient to order online when you dont know how it will look or fit on you. Waste of my time.

Claims sales that they dont actually apply to the purchase. I bought a full price pair of shoes for $40 when these signs were plastered all over but was still charged full price so???? I dont blame the employees btw they work too hard but ugh

Forever 21 always has the clothes my daughter are looking for. we go to the mall about 1 every 2 weeks and have gotten close to some of the employees. they are super sweet and provide great service. exactly why we always shop there first before any other stores

I love this store but I really prefer shopping online sadly. There is NO rhyme to how they stock things. If the shirts are in a rack- good luck finding your size. They are just slammed in wherever they can fit them so it can be hard to search. Same with jeans, usually they are stacked in some sprt of order but they are stacked in whatever way works.

Horrible customer service. Even if you just purchased your item yesterday, if you misplace the receipt, there are zero options for you but to keep your item. No return and no exchanges. They can not locate your item using your credit card either. They do not let you try on items due to the pandemic and yet, you are expected not to loose your receipt at any cost. Buyer beware!!!

Very disappointed in the store at Alderwood mall. Went and stood in line for over 30 mins to enter and find out they don’t carry plus size clothing anymore! Why advertise that you do, and then leave shoppers unsatisfied?? Definitely won’t be spending money at this establishment any more.

The store is always a wreck; either the store is chronically understaffed for the amount of traffic that comes in, or the staff doesnt care to keep things nice. Merchandise is often damaged.Clothing is cute and affordable though. The bags are generally good quality for the price.

I went to Forever 21 because I keep seeing ads on Facebook for their really cute plus size clothing. However, when I went into the location at the Alderwood mall, their plus size items were reduced to four clearance racks and that was it. Furthermore, none of it was anything like the advertisements I had been seeing. It appears that those items are online only. What a joke!Also, the store itself was nearly deserted, and the top level was pretty messy with lots of empty racks. They definitely had room for a plus size section! I ended up only buying a (non clearance) hat.The only reason that I gave 2 stars instead of only 1 was because the associates that I encountered were all friendly and efficient.

The presentation attendant and the person checking my Granddaughter and I out were professional, kind hearted, went out of their way to check availability ofcacdress, made each customer feel as if they are valued customers and as busy as they were smiled and greeted customers with a genuine manner.

Staff were incredibly helpful when I lost an item. It’s a fun store to walk around, great variety

Im genuinely am irritated with forever 21 . i had bought a sweater and ended up not liking it . i usually just take the tags off the product when i try it on at home. i brought the receipt AND the tag. they couldn’t take it and said they had to assume it’s been worn despite the obvious great quality of the sweater. as many years i’ve worked in retail i’ve never had to turn down a costumer with a return just because the tag wasn’t attached . ridiculous!!!!!!!

The top floor was assaulted by a group of people who have apparently never been to a store before. Im truly sorry for whoever had to clean up the mess those customers left.

I dont normally shop here, but I found some nice sweats.

I published a picture to go with this review. My daughter had to wait so long to try on clothes. Only to find half of their fitting rooms were occupied by piles and piles and stacks of random clothes. The store is an absolute mess! She found clothes she actually wanted and we waited in line behind a woman trying to do a return that was being belittled by the manager.We are done with this store. Period.

Used to be cleaner, better, hipper...now its just dreary and lifeless. Clothes thrown everwhere and Cust. Svc. is non-existent here. But u want cheap clothes with lots of inventory then this is your place!

Warning, they do everything to prevent returns. I attempted to returm a $17 item with receipt 7 days after purchase and they refused to return item. Receipt says within 30 days, but she said I have to go online to read their policy. We paid with a debit card, not a credit card but a debit which is like cash. They will not return it, the girl got upset because people are returning things to her store. She even said did you even buy this at this store? Now remember I have the item with tags attached, with receipt and in their bag 7 days after purchase. Very bad they do not want to give a refund.

Its a normal Forever 21. Cute clothes for cheap! Only rating 2 stars because I think this location needs to hire more associates. This store is huge! And because of that its always very very messy. Everytime I go into this particular Forever 21, its like chaos. Clothes are thrown everywhere, and tons are always on the floor. If this location hired more associates so that they can comfortably handle the foot traffic, and keep the store clean, that would be great!

They use to be okay. Id buy my jesns there. But their sizing is all messed up now. I would buy 4 pairs of jeans, take them home and find out, theyre 5 sizes too small!! It doesnt match the lable size?? I asked them about it, but no one seems to know the reason why???

Just spent the last 30 minutes in there without even 1 employee sling me if I needed help. Isn’t that the main customer service rule? Then when I complained to the “GM” she just gave me the dumbest blank stare and didn’t care one bit. Bunch of dumb teenagers with no work ethic. Not to mention how much of a pig sty the place was

Whoever runs this location needs to go back to training. The store was in absolute shambles and the upper level was completely trashed. I have never been in a store where more clothing was thrown all over the floor than hanging on the racks. It was absolutely impossible to find anything, and the store itself had a weird smell, as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. I would rather visit a thrift store than this Forever 21. The employees here obviously dont care about the appearance of their store or the quality of the merchandise that actually did find its way on the rack. If youre looking for clothing with busted zippers, shoe prints, and wrinkles this is the spot for you. I wish I had phone on me at the time to take a photo of this mess of a store.
