The store is ok as for as thrift stores go... Prices are high and the store tends to be a mess and after see and hearing how management treats the employees its no wonder why. Will be taking my business else where and recommending others to do the same.
Amazing goodwill, they have anything you can imagine. Decent prices also
Ok selection but have you heard how the managers talk to their employees? Think they either need fired or taught how to talk to people
This store is huge! Well stocked, and organized effectively. Store is clean and attended to by the workers. Great customer service and the prices are always great.
Ok for a thrift store. Unforrunatelylots of customers, not alot of consideration for others. Not the stores fault, but it certainly makes me much less likely to visit again
Found 2 good sweaters but poor customer service.
This place is clean and organized. Service was good.
I called the store to make sure if the donation center is open before I drive there. They said it’s open until 5:00. So I stopped by at 4:45 and they did not accept my donation and said donation center closed at 4:00. Obvious miscommunication between employees. I know there are rules but they could have at least accepted my donation and sort it out the next day since it was their fault, but they did not do it.
Great place to pass along your old stuff, kind and friendly staff
Theyve got good prices however they could use another cashier or two
Picky. The bedroom set was 36 years old and they expected showroom perfect. It is solid wood and still in very good condition.
Got a great deal on speaker stands
Good value. Clean store.
Annoyed that they pick and choose what they will and won’t take. I loaded up a shoe rack and organizer (birch, in really good shape) into my car along with tons of clothes. They didn’t take the shoe rack. That’s the main reason why we drove all the way there to donate. Won’t be donating here again. I don’t want to drive around the entire city trying to give away my FREE STUFF that they ridiculously overprice so they can make a profit.
Always love coming here!
The sheets did not smell like they were R.Kellys, and while it wasnt 99 cents, they were still a good value.10/10
Parking is a challenge, but the selection inside is good and regularly restocked, if today is anything to go by - I was there 45 minutes and saw three separate staff members pulling carts to restock various departments. Staff are lovely and helpful.
Do not come here for donations. It takes them 20+ minutes per car. I literally have been waiting in line for 20 minutes and they havent finished one car.
Got a really good deal for a shoe rack thats normally have a retail price of $40-$50 and got it for $5.99 at goodwill. I will be using it for my vegetable seedlings that I start indoors. During off season, it will be a shoe rack for my kids shoes.
I collect colbot blue glass and got to buy a fine peace of glass there HEY YOUR A 2ND HAND STORE WHATS WITH 1ST HAND PRICE. Thats not right
I have dropped off items more often than purchased at this location. The drop off process has been easy with one exception, they did ask me to assemble a table before leaving it. That complicated the whole thing and held up the line. With virus restrictions you need to be aware of what they will and wont take, so visit the website for updates. The Google busy indicator on maps does not reflect the drop off line, so be ready to wait (or possibly not). There is also a separate thrift store drop off about 20 feet from the Goodwill drop, so make sure you are droping at the spot you want.
Well-organized, just a little swamped right now with all the donations!
This is one of the better Goodwill stores in Snohomish county. Lots of high end treasures!
Called about donating a couple couches, they said theyd take them after an inspection. When I got there they didnt even look at the couches and said they didnt have room. After I told the guy in the back I had just called he shrugged his shoulders and walked Away. Unfortunately this isnt the first time this location has turned away my donations while accepting the people in front and behind me. I will not be coming back or support this company.
Clean, decent selection, pretty decent size, decent prices, and its a very convenient parking lot and proximity to other thrift stores
I So Enjoy the Employees that Work here 😁 We are sure gonna Miss our local Good Will 😞 .
I really like all the good stuff!! But I think 🤔 all of them store should have at least a 30% wen you spend more then 160 dollar!!
Always have the best selections, this is my favorite location. 😊
The cashiers register malfunctioning caused a delay, but she handled it very well and proceeded to check me out through another register. She stayed calm and polite. She did a great job.
They closed the donation line just as I entered. Grrr.
Good stuff there! Good prices. Good quality! Good people!
Went to drop of some items, ended up waiting more than 30 minutes. Service was nice but very slow.
There are variety of things that makes it worth the trip. But by far the most expensive goodwill Ive been to.
One of the better and cleaner stores Ive been in. Always good deals
Its so expensive now. 8-12$ per pair of pants.
Clean, wide aisles for safe shopping, fairly decent selection of womens clothing.
Say what you will about thrift stores, but whenever I come here, more often than not I find what Im looking for, especially great selection of jeans. And pretty good brands as well. Sometimes other cool clothing. Cant say the same for when I walk in most Value Village locations.
Awesome job with drop off, super quick an efficient, nice staff!
Fast lines and friendly workers. The selection is always changing, but always has quality finds.
Lots of things but shelves are a little over packed making it hard to look at things. Customer service was great, long line but moved quickly! Parking can be hard to find
Because of Covid19 things had been arranged to meet safety standards which makes me more comfortable. Of course the clothes, the glassware, etc. are the best! People were very helpful & kind to those who were a little slower. Good place.
2 stars only because the selection of clothes and shoes are awesome, however prices are not and customer service is absoutley horrible and it is the same every time I shop there, unforttunely I only ever have time to stop in late before closing time due to it being the only down time in my day, the few days down time exists anyways. It never fails, the associates are VERY rude and ALWAYS extremely SLOW to ring up customers and it seems to me the same woman whom seems to be in charge whenever I go in enjoys going extra slow to purposely upset the line of customers which at a minimum of 15 customers in a line, masks or not, the risk of spreading the virus in that situation is just not worth it- ive walked out more than a few times and each time I walk out she is grinning ear to ear and its asinine and im so sick of it. What is more important is that as a shopaholic when I walk in to goodwill, I leave with no less than $100 worth so when her attitude alone causes me to walk out with a few hours wasted and nothing but frustration to show, I have got to vent and warn anyone going to the 196th goodwill in Lynnwood make sure you go during the day and pick a day they have a sale going, this is also the only goodwill which has more NO SALE days then they do sales. Bologna !!!!!
Friendly staff and very helpful. Love the prices and merchandise. Always glad to shop at Goodwill.
Always great finds in here.
This place is really gone downhill. Theres no shoe selection whatsoever, and the shoes that are out are beat within an inch of their life, and priced as if new. They have little to no selection and other departments, and most importantly, nobody seems to really know that theres a pandemic going on, and so there are virtually no Covid-19 protocols being followed at all. This place is absolutely not worth the visit. The only reason I didnt give it one star is because Im afraid to know how much worse it can get and how.
Discrimination is store policy? Masks are not required legally, but company policy says that without one they will refuse you service and call the police for trespassing. Harsh.
Good place for cheap staff
Donation line a complete disaster. When we arrived to drop off, there was a ring of cars circling the building. We were able to get in line, but quickly found out that the line to donate was full, and we were being told to waste fuel and time by continuing to circle the building until a spot opened up. This left no structure for whos next, or regard for my fuel consumption. We were literally told that its like musical chairs - this is the only way by the employee holding the orange cone, to which we found it much more worth our time to drive down to the South Seattle donation center for in instant, painless, and structured experience. Ridiculous.
Not a lot of product on the shelves. Staff is super nice and friendly.
Currently there is a (10?) car slot for donations. There is no line allowed to form to wait for the next available slot. You are told to drive away.I came back 3 separate times in one day (between 9:45 and 1:00 pm) and they stopped taking donations at 1pm . For anyone out there Who is interested in heading over.
Me and my dad are done trying to get the donations to good will they are always closed before the year are supposed to be open 😩😡🤬😡😓😓😓😥😥👿👿
The cleanest and organized Goodwill Ive ever been to, the cashier broke down the discount days to us out of towners, although I did feel they were a bit pricey with used items.
The guys T-shirt selection was limited, so I gave 3 stars. But the staff were friendly and helpful and they cleaned checkout stands and shopping baskets between customers
This place was a good browse. The people are just as unfriendly as you would expect. Overall it was a pleasant trip, and met all my expectations.
Good price
Goodwill is a Great store for finding cool treasures and other misc, but if you are looking for Desktop Computers or Laptops goodwill is not the place to look..... all they do is just throw the whole thing away w/ data or w/ out data on the disk or even if the Hard Disk Drive isnt installed.... :O
Times have changed and people are swarming to donate stuff because of the past closures. The donation queue is limited to 6-8 cars at a time and the rest have to circle around until they can get in line by chance? This is so inefficient and a waste of time for the people to do that. Use a number waiting system, use the side roads or parking. Whatever- just don’t ask people to circle around. It’s not like we have unlimited gas and time
The people who work there are so kind, they truly want to help you. If it’s messy, it’s from the shoppers and sometimes it’s too busy for them to get to that. I always find things here every time I visit! Parking could be improved but there’s street parking most of the time
Super expensive for used things and no discount on new items
Clean, friendly, good selection
This is one of our go-to thrift stores. The store is a decent size with plenty of parking, though it can get pretty full on busy days such as the weekend. The store is organized for the most part and the restrooms are clean. I find fun kids toys and books in great condition as well as clothes/shoes. I love coming on days where blue tags are 50% off, during early mornings, on days where they restock.
Waited 45 minutes in line to drop off oneItem. They had one guy working who would leave for 5-6 minutes at a time with 14+ cars in line. Try elsewhere if you can.
Very limited parking, I had to park on the street a little ways down and walk to it. Fairly small goodwill but adequate all the same. Not the cleanest Ive ever seen but not the dirtiest either. Staff were there but not much more than that, but they got the job done.
Good, I got my dress, and i said yes👍 😄
Nice clean facility. Glad its opened again. Dont forget your mask.
Good place for knick knacks, clothes, books, and furniture.
Not that big and not that cheap, but you can always find something unique.
I love Goodwill and go to several in the area. Lynnwood Goodwill might not have the best parking but it is clean, well organized and the staff is wonderful. I do miss the 50% off......but 30% is better than nothing. Prices have gone up over the years but i find so many like-new and new items that it still beats retail. I always find something...even if Im not sure what Im looking for.
Welcome to the circus! The clown show will be performed by goodwill. If you are planning on donating anytime soon you are probably better off paying $20 and go dump your donation. You will spend more money wasting your gas and time at the goodwill! It’s sad to think of how many people have thrown away items that could be re-used because of goodwills epic failure. Not sure what the goodwill as a organization is thinking by not opening more donation locations.
The store is very clean and very organized. Definitely not like any other Goodwill I have been to. The employees and store manager were more then willing to stop what they were doing to help us to the best of their ability. I definitely recommend stopping in and going on a shopping spree.
One of the best/cleanest Goodwills. I typically prefer Value Village, however, this Goodwill is the exception. This locale in particular has Goodwill prices, Value Village cleanliness and larger shopping isles, AND the selection of merchandise is top notch boutique. (My guess is that is due to the relatively high income areas surrounding this store..so all the cast offs are typically things that I couldnt afford brand new.)
One of the best in the area. Clean and organized. Friendly and helpful staff. Clothes are sorted by type and color. Most furniture is reasonably priced but chairs seem to be high. Good access. Random daily sales based on tag color.
Nice and friendly working
Well it was good
Today was my first time here. I was pleasantly surprised. The store is very large. I love candles and this store not only had candles but they were brand new & high end. I love this store and will be back weekly. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you
Really friendly...a bit low in a few things.
It was busy.
This Goodwill has some sections that are extremely well organized and other sections that are the opposite. Their clothing selection is great, but their toys and other things arent so much. It can also get a bit crowded in some of the aisles. But, the staff is always friendly and polite.
Always have something I need or want still great prices compared to value village which has nothing of good quality but there items are double the price compared to all Goodwill stores you still find some items that are more expensive than buying it new from the original store example like selling dollar tree items for $5
Donations available, get there early to avoid long lines. Easy.
I was refused to come in the store without a mask. I cant breathe with a mask on and I was still refused to go in the store. I wouldnt recommend anyone to shop at a disrespectful store and they Jack up the prices and rip people off since they get their items for free.
Great selection for fair prices. Large space to browse, and even has clean bathrooms. Really awesome selection of jeans for both men and women. There are some snacks and phone accessories available near cash, but not for bargain prices. The entire store smells a little bit like urine though.
Always good treasure hunting! 😊
Just a regular Goodwill store. Pretty clean, organized. Good selection of books and dishes, but clothes are packed too tight, difficult to move them from side to side. Some good deals, but have to be careful, not everything is.The prices have been going up in all of them for some time, thought. The weekend usually has a discount color.
Great deals every day and a good selection of all items. Theres military and senior discounts, good selection of mens clothing, housewares, kitchen, electronics, womens clothing and bedding. Very helpful and friendly staff and very convenient drop off points.
Frequent nice clothes/furniture, kid toys. Sometimes items come straight out of their boxes from the original stores. Clean. Well organized. Helpful people.
I came at 4:38pm and a goodwill person called Hellen told me they are close . Because they where too busy. Why they dont change closing time, they are posted to be close at 5pm.
One of the best Goodwills Ive ever been to. Tons of great clothing options for both men and women and all the usual stuff. The only reason I wouldnt give it five stars is because Goodwill has been raising some of their prices on books and such. Seems wrong being they get it all for free. Plenty of other thrift shops in walking distance to. Great local for some treasure hunting.
Arrived with a carload of donations at 2:35 pm on Friday, was told they were closed to donations. Website says donation center open until 3:00 pm M-F.Sounds whiny, and I will follow thru with it, but not satisfied with my donation experience. Lost an hour in traffic, will lose tomorrow morning getting there early to wait in line before they open.
Good store, nice stuff, very clean.
Many things I find in the store they were overpriced Andy do not have any more sales like they used to do theyre almost become not worth it going to that place
Very busy place!
Goodwill was a great store to shop at for great thrift store gently used items. But these days Goodwill has gone crazy with their pricing. I might as well buy new versus buying used. There is a reason it was donated for a lot of stuff, there is probably some problem with it!!! Price things better people.
This is a great place to do some treasure hunting. Spend some time and you’ll be surprised what you find.. Happy hunting!!
This is a very nice Goodwill thrift store in Lynnwood, WA. It is well organized into different household & clothing sections which makes finding items on ones list simple. I find that they have a nice selection which changes fairly rapidly, so making a trip once or twice a week can give one the opportunity to find many different items. There is ample parking in the lot, mens & womens bathrooms open to customers, and the staff has always been friendly & helpful. There is also a drop off area on the east side of the building if one is bringing items to donate. There are also two other thrift stores very near by which is super convenient for folks who enjoy thrifting!
The guy who takes the donations is completely unreasonable. He denied us three couches that were in perfectly good condition for resale. Ive seen furtinute 10 times worse than what we had...Never coming here again.
