Ryan Johnston was very helpful finding a skid steer for me to do some clean up on my land. He was friendly and had great customer service. I called our rep at 4:50pm on Friday after the store closed at 4pm needing an excavator for a weekend rental. He was able to get a hold of someone, get them to go put a breaker on the machine we needed and take care of us to keep the project going over the weekend.
