THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS MY STORE IS SO VERY SMALL AND DOES NOT STOCK NEAR ALL THAT NORTHERN STORES STOCK IN OTHER LOCATIONS. i ALSO HAD A PROBLEM WITH A NORTHERN PURCHASE OF A PRESSURE WASHER TELESCOPING WAND. i PURCHASED THIS WAND FROM NORTHERN AND I NEEDED A PART FOR IT ABOUT 2 YEARS LATER AND NORTHERN HAD STOPPED MAKING IT AND COULD NOT SUPPLY THE PART ALSO THEY COULD NOT DIRECT ME TO THE COMPANY THAT MADE IT. I NEED TO KNOW THAT WHEN I BUY A PRODUCT THAT THERE WILL BE PARTS AVABLE. I HAD TO THROW IT AWAY BECAUSE IT ONLY NEEDED A SMALL PLASTIC PART. THIS WAND WAS A NORTHERN TOOL BRAND AND THERE IS NO REASON AT ALL FOR NOT OFFERING THE PART EXCEPT NORTHERN DID NOT DO THERE JOB IN TAKEING THE TIME TO RETAIN PARTS FOR THERE BRANDED ITEM WHEN DISCONTINUING THAT ITEM. THIS IS NOT A LOCAL PROBLEM BUT A CORPORATE ONE. THE LOCAL STORE TRIED TO HELP ME WITH THIS BUT CORPORATION DID NOT BACK THEM UP.

Clean store,well stocked and enjoy the sales and discount coupons I receive in mail. The people there are knowledgeable and courteous and its great to order online and have it shipped to store without paying extra for shipping. Been going there for years and havent had a problem yet. You dont see that just anywhere in this day and time. Good deal.

Bought a pull behind garden cary, tires dry rotted and tried to replce them. Paid for them and told tires were on back order until fall. Tires are an odd size and cannot be purchased outside the store..Numerous phone calls resulted in no resolution.

The website would not allow you to use an E-Gift Card for store pickup. This was a big let down as I needed a Grinder ASAP and buying a cordless would make my life much easier. Oh well Drag cords and wait for the USPS because it wasnt worth $100 for the corded hassle today.

Not a huge selection of products so we usually order online. However the staff is super friendly and went out of their way to help when I had an issue with an item I had shipped there. They then helped me load everything into my car and find an accessory that I needed which I wasnt aware needed to go with it. Thank you!

Well organized, friendly staff that asked if I wanted help. I found the tool and used it that day. The quality of the socket seemed good since I had to put great effort in loosening the bolt I was removing.

Broke my spray nozzle on my 12V 4-wheeler sprayer - none in stock, but the manager/salesman had a defective unit in the back. He removed the spray nozzle & gave it to me - free! Cant get much better customer service than that!!
