My order shipped on time but the packaging was terrible and it arrived damaged. I ordered a framing square and it broke through the package in three places during shipping. In addition, the face of it was scraped and damaged in a way that doesnt appear to be from shipping. I will never order from this company again.

Im not sure why I didnt read the reviews before I use this website.I agree with the other one start review.I place an order over a month ago...the funny thing is that I called the company to be sure they have the item in stock...of course we do...it will be 4 days to be ship. I place the order September 11. today is October 14 and still dont know when they will ship. This is a joke company that lie to any customer to get the money. And yes you took the money from my account before you shipped. Then dont say you wont take any money until the item is shipped because is a Lie. Google need to start with a zero start review. Because that is all you deserve.

My first time and last with this company.....They carry no inventory but are just a middleman for moving products. This is just a typical cheap business model that anyone can operate out of their livingrooom. I expect something more from my online retailers (think Amazon)...They billed me prior to the item shipping. This is not common practise. Not acceptable...The item I ordered and payed for was not available for nearly 30 days to ship out. Yet they billed me. Their website does not show real-time inventory or true shipping dates.This company fails in all categories: carries no inventory, website not up to date, bills before shipping....just not goodNeedless to say I wont be backUpdate: this is in response to the reply below. Yes I was billed and I had to write paypal to dispute the transaction and get a refund. I can post the emails from paypal if you like. AND NO you dont carry inventory but just skim a profit out of being a middleman...thats just cheap..and Im sorry you are not even in the same category as amazon so dont go there. They carry HUGE inventory and I get reliable 2 day shipping day after day !
