Being new to the area and so excited to visit the area businesses, I was intrigued and excited to venture inside to check out the Hallmark section of the Paisley Gifts & Stationery. As a professional and many years of customer service, I was not greeted when I entered the store and no one approached me to see if they could be of any assistance. Needless to say, I will not patronized this business again. The key to a successful business is customer service which I did not receive any at ALL. #Disappointed #CustomerServiceEducation

Paisley gifts has excellent customer service. I have always had a pleasant shopping experience here. I can only imagine that the person giving the store a low rating has a personal vendetta because they (or someone they know) were fired for poor performance.

Great little shop for special gifts plus has postal service

This is the second time I’ve visited Paisley for unique gifts and they have great quality products and the service was wonderful. Also, if anyone is looking for Willow figurines, they’ve got lots!
