I wish I could give Quilted Expressions more than 5 stars for outstanding service!! I travel miles to shop here because of their knowledge, help and love of all things sewing. I always walk in with questions and come out pleased with the knowledge I gained, as well as a few unique accessories and fabric that make sewing projects all the better. Jerry and his staff are the very best!

I consider this shop my quilting home. It is where I took several great classes that got the bug going in me, where I have purchased lots of fabric, and also where I bought two great sewing machines. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly, and always greet you with a smile. Its pretty much the Cheers of fabric stores for me! Prices are very reasonable, and their selection of machines (Bernina, Bernette and Pfaff) is extensive. Fabric choices are good, and they get new lines frequently. I have also had older machines serviced there. Jerry does a great job.

If there were a 100 star rating on shops, I must say this AWESOME local shop would receive mine!! I have literally journeyed from Charlottesville to Roanoke, Virginia researching for my next machine in meeting all of my needs and extending my sewing skills! I have FINALLY found my one stop complete sewing needs shop right here in Lynchburg, Virginia, Quilted Expressions. Owner Jerry, {and repairman}, along with his experienced and knowledgeable staff are truly professional all the way. I have been sewing on an almost 100 year old Singer machine extremely limited on any further skills. I am now enjoying and having fun on my Phaff Expression learning the endless opportunities it allows me!! I truly could not be happier, especially having unlimited classes @ no extra charge!! Also, the endless promotions are exceptional!! I am really looking forward to my FIRST Bag Lady Day with 20% off storewide held Monthly!! Delightful quilt shop, very warm and friendly, beautiful fabrics, and well worth the 90 minute drive to get there from Charlottesville. When my beloved 25 year old Pfaff got its timing knocked out sewing masks I contacted Jerry, the owner and very experienced repairman who went above and beyond to ensure I was able to schedule an appointment to get my machine fixed while I spent a very enjoyable couple of hours in his shop. Quilted Expressions is definitely a treasure trove for all sewers, quilters and embroiderers.
