This wallpaper arrived in great time and was probably the easiest to hang..The edges met excellent and looks seamless. I couldnt be more pleased .

The staff at Mahones was quick to respond to my wallpaper order and updates on the delivery which was expected to be delayed. My installer found flaws in the paper. I contacted Mahones who again responded quickly. The contacted the manufacturer and got me a refund for the paper within 2 days. I would definitely use Mahones again when looking for wallpaper. Plus, they have a terrific selection from which to choose.

I spent hours looking for the perfect wallpaper. The Google searches I was doing kept leading me to the Mahones website. There I found a huge assortment of paper to pick from, I could easily filter and sort my selections, and then the hardest part was only picking 1 pattern. I emailed customer service about a shipping question, received an immediate personal response, and got my order within 5 days. I will use Mahones’ from now on!!

I placed an order on December 11th and was told that it would be about six weeks for my order to be shipped because the paper is printed after it is ordered. My credit card was debited the day of the order. I was okay with that, but when it came to the six week mark, I contacted Malone’s to get an ETA for my order. Every time I was told that she would check with the manufacturer and get back to me later. She never got back to me once.When I called to cancel the order, I was told that I couldn’t.I cannot stand customer service that seems to not know anything about my order and doesn’t follow up.

Ordered online from this company and unfortunately Home Depot and Lowes seems to be much more straightforward and easier to understand than this company. Having never bought wallpaper before I thought the price and square foot per roll was what you would receive. This is how it is sold by Lowes and Home Depot, but not this company. I wanted to order from a non-big box store, but I should have stuck with Lowes. I would have known what I was getting.

Customer service is non-existent here. I had several interactions with Breanna over email and each one left me shaking my head. Especially when I stated the number of business days since my order with no sign of what I ordered and asked them to resend the sample. She then proceeded to argue with me saying I was wrong and it had been X days since it was shipped. Well yes, those are two different days. I try and always support small businesses but I dont do business with companies who are seriously lacking in customer service. It seems this is a new trend here based on other reviews? Maybe they are under new management or just have staff who dont care to represent the familys name. I will take my business elsewhere.

Their website has a very good selection and it is very easy to find wallpaper either by brand or theme, and their prices seem to be on average about one-third less expensive! Their website is very easy to use and I enjoyed reading about all of their staff members. Im really impressed with Mahones Wallpaper Shop.

I saw a wallpaper I loved in a designer catalog and was able to find it very reasonably priced at Mahones. The paper arrived very quickly (in March) and I love it. It was exactly what I wanted and gave me something to be happy about during these very scary and depressing times.

Ive ordered from this company twice and both times were excellent experiences. The pricing is great, and I had to interact with customer service on both occasions (first time was for a mistake my contractor made, second time was to expedite an order), and the reps were extremely polite, super accommodating, and followed up with me promptly. Mahones wallpaper provided the best customer service I have ever had. My package was shipped promptly with Fedex and the driver delivered it to the wrong home even though all the information was labeled correctly. Mrs. Swinsky at Mahones Helped me through the entire process with Fedex and trying to locate the package. In the end, fedex lost the package and would not refund the claim. Mrs. Swinsky kept in constant contact with me daily. Mahones replaced the items at no additional cost to me, even though they were not reimbursed by fedex. I truly appreciate her pleasant demeanor. It was nice to not have to chase after a company for once to remedy a problem. Thank you! Highly recommend.

I respect the reputation that mahone had built for itself but when I experienced their customer service, I gotta say, I put this reputation to test and they lived up to their promise of good customer service.

Placed a $600 order online. The message on the website informed me that shipping might take up to 10-12 business days, with which I thought I was okay. One month later the shipment still haven’t arrived.We called the Mahones only to find out that my order was passed on to the supplier and put on a perpetual hold, since it cannot be filled because the wallpaper I ordered is discontinued. For about a month this wasn’t communicated to me, not until I reached out.This was a very disappointing experience that considerably stalled my project.
