They have such a huge selection of polar fleece, its amazing.

I love shopping at this location! I go in about once a month and never have any issues. The staff are good about greeting customers as they enter, but leave you alone after that. If you need something theyre always glad to help, but they dont follow you around like some retail store employees seem to do. There is one female employee that I always enjoy seeing. She seems rough around the edges at first, but is in reality very kind and has a great sense of humor. The sale and remnant sections are always well stocked which is always nice.

Not enough pony beads or alphabet beads when I went, but there was a lot of selection in other areas though such as fabrics. Great customer service.

I adore this place! The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful and this last time even went so far as to grab another staff member for her opinion and let us handle every pair of scissors available to find the right pair. And, when it comes to sewing supplies, they always have exactly what Im trying to find.

Joanns is basically the broadest selection of fabric you can get in Lynchburg. They may be a little more pricey than Hobby Lobby or Walmart, but they offer frequent coupons in the app and a large clearance section!

Honestly I didnt go into the store looking for anything in particular. I just wanted to see what stores in the mall were actually open. They did seem to have good prices on thread and some very colorful fabrics.

Love it! I went in for a cricut and supplies and they had them in stock and lots of accessories. They store was clean and organized. Coupons were found easily online so i was able to save some money. The associates were very helpful. Each said hi and can i help you. I visit every chance i get.

This is a great place to shop for your crafts. The inventory of fabric they carry in stock is awesome. The store is always very clean including their restrooms. The prices are reasonable on their entire stock of fabrics and crafts. The staff on hand to assist you are very friendly.

Theres always a nice variety of fabrics here. So many prints to choose from! I love it here. The only even remotely downfall is its just a bit pricey.

Good sales on glass items. High prices on craft magazines and the lady at the register seemed aggressive about simple questions being asked by another person with me. Some signs were a bit confusing and she was simply asking for clarification. She was treated like a child instead.

The store and staff are great.The location is awful for anyone with any mobility issues.IF you can find a decent parking space you then have to travel the entire corridor around to the store front. All the way to the back of the store to have fabric cut, pick out notions or patterns, back to the front to check out and back down the corridor to the parking lot. It would have been so much more easier and more considerate to to locate the entrance on the side just as you entire the mall. I love Joanns but rarely go there for that reason alone. The hike is just too hard on my arthritic knees.

If there is not enough yards of a material you want just ask they will order for you if not licensed. Lots of material to pick from. Most employees are helpful.

This place is the go to for all your fabric needs. They have other craft item as well, but it says it in the name. The directory signs could be a little higher. But they have a large variety of supplies. I will be back for more sewing projects .

Robert was a great help w fabric I needed. He was truly happy to help us. And it was closing time and we werent rushed by anyone. Great customer service.

Everyone is very polite and helpful. Without smart coupons, prices are relatively high. The fluorescent lighting is overwhelming and difficult to manage for neurodiverse customers. Very large selection.Im editing this to reflect staff expelled an autistic adult for no reason. Will not spend money in this store again.

No issues. I can find what im looking for, they will have good sales and you can get coupons plus they accept competeters coupons. The staff is courteous and friendly. And they have a public bathroom. Wish they had a door leading outside instaed of having to go through the mall.
