Such a great experience with Church Street Bridal! They made me feel so welcome and at ease. I loved that they made sure I was given service, but that they also were relaxed enough to let me browse. I’m someone that needs to be given some time to shop on my own and needs a little bit of space to mull things over. I was allowed to try on what I wanted, I was given plenty of privacy, but then they were also super helpful when I needed the dresses to be clamped to fit me properly. I found a dress I really liked and they allowed me to put it on hold for a few days until I could get my matron of honor in to look it over with me. I felt like they really wanted me to be happy with what I chose and they were in tune with how much assistance to offer and whether I just needed to be left to browse. Their prices were so great to top it all off! 10/10 recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I worked with the assistant manager Hannah and she was incredibly helpful while I was looking for my dress for my big day. The wedding dress selection is great and all the dresses are from big name designers which is so cool because I never thought I would be able to afford an expensive wedding dress. I tried on many different styles and ultimately chose my favorite, a Jenny Yoo that was still new with tag. They also have all of these designer accessories such as veils, head pieces, and jewelry.Do yourself a favor and check this place out for your wedding dress!😊

I booked my appointment almost a month in advance. I had some hesitations because I am a plus sized bride. Spoke to my consultant and was told that they had dresses for me. When I arrived I was disappointed with the selection of larger dresses. There was only 1 rack and very limited selection for sizes over 14. Even though my consultant was amazing, I was disappointed in seeing the selection. We drove from Richmond and didnt find what we needed. The selection for the average or thinner brides looked great but if your plus size, I wouldnt expect this place to be for you.

The bridal shop is so beautiful and clean. Everyone was exceptionally nice. The perfect place to buy a wedding dress on a budget with a great ministry as well!

I was helped by Lexi! She was sweet and kind finding some dresses for a prom my husband and I are attending at the school where he works. Not only did I find two dresses that could work perfectly on this beautiful pregnant and plus size body, the price was helpful for our one income family.The best part was that the money goes to the YWCA and provides help for women! A perfect place! The inventory is exploding in this beautiful historic building in down town Lynchburg! If I would have known this place existed when I was getting married, I would have traveled from Pennsylvania to find a gown!

THIS place was amazing! She said YES to her dress after a long journey! Sheila was AMAZING. Plus this benefits victims of domestic abuse! As a pastor to know my daughters special day also benefits other people in need is a BLESSING! All dresses range $200-600 but the value ranges from $800-22,000.

I loved being at church street bridal! Totally wasn’t expecting to buy my wedding dress on the spot! Rachel was soooo amazing to work with and so helpful! She helped me give a few alterations for my dress and I walked out with it! I tried on six dresses and ended up buying the second one I tried on! I definitely recommend going to church street bridal for buying your wedding dress. They have so many different styles all at affordable prices! Thank you for giving me such a great experience!

Sheila is the most amazing, accommodating, supportive person you could ask for when shopping for a wedding dress. The shop has such an amazing cause (donations go to programs for violence against women, among others), and the dresses are nothing short of perfect. Loved my experience here and would recommend to anyone I know looking for dresses!

I will not recommend this shop as they are extremely unprofessional. There is not a phone number for the shop itself, it takes days to get a return call and then when you set an appointment, the door is locked. An extreme disappointment.

If I could, I’d give this place 100 stars!! I took a 3 hour drive down to CSB and it was totally worth it. Rachel and Sheila made the process so easy and comfortable. I tried on about 4 dresses and instantly fell in love with the 4th one. There are so many beautiful dresses for all sizes. Thank you Sheila and Rachel!!! I took a day trip from Richmond to check out the selection at Church Street Bridal and had a great experience! Rachel was so kind, fun, and helpful. While I didnt end up finding my dress here, I highly recommend this shop!

I walked in very anxious about not being able to find anything. The two ladies who helped us were both so eager, passionate, patient and helpful with us that it made me feel much better about the whole process. The proceeds also go to a good cause which is such an amazing thing by itself. Hidden gem!

It was a wonderful experience today and 10 years ago when I picked out my wedding dress!! The bride felt comfortable and excited to try on dresses!! The service was outstanding!! The Host made the bride feel special and even made me feel included!

CSB was amazing and so helpful. They had a wonderful selection of dresses and sizes and the pricing is great. The best thing is that the dresses are samples from different stores AND all of the proceeds go towards the programs and efforts of the YWCA. So if you’re looking for a sustainable option this is it and the huge bonus is that your purchase also gives back to the community.Rachel helped us and made my experience so fun, they had great covid precautions - we were the only small group in the store. Rachel was helpful, energetic and funny.This was my first and only stop in hunting for a dress and I found multiple amazing options that I would’ve been super happy with. Brides, start here!!

My experience was awesome, my consultant was super sweet and absolutely made me feel welcome and beautiful during my entire appointment. I would highly recommend for first time brides like myself, the store isnt overwhelming and there was no push to buy. Plus if you do your money is going to a great cause instead towards a huge company. Loved my experience I would highly recommend church street to anyone.

Oh my! I had no idea how wonderful this hidden gem shop is! They have such a large selection of gowns. All new... never worn. Dresses that sell in the $1000s for an affordable price! A beautiful shop, clean, well staffed, and oh so friendly! We felt so welcomed. They listened to our needs. My daughter said yes to the dress.... for only $450!!! All dresses sell for $200 to something like $800 (not fully sure of top number .. but its less than$1000). They also have other shops for dresses. Highly recommend!!! 😍❤

My daughter bought 2 dresses from them! One for a private sunrise Mountain service and the other as her reception dress!They were gorgeous and the staff is SO friendly and helpful!

Haley and Lexi are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect dress. My best friends and I had a ball with them the first time we went. Great place to find a dress helps domestic violence victims!!

After having this shop recommended to me by several people, I decided it would be my first stop for a wedding dress and it does not disappoint! My consultant was Rachel and she was so wonderful. She, along with the rest of the staff, was welcoming and helpful and so supportive. At this shop, you dont have the consultants dress you but a family member can help. They also do not do alterations here,and the prices are incredible. I bought the dress of my dreams for less than $400. Their prices range from about $200-$600 with original retails being over $1,000. Cant beat that!

The girl they was there was no help and she dint want to help us find the ring danse dreses she rolled her eyes at us when we asked her questions I whold never go hear again she was so snoby

Love the place but was told there were lots of formal gowns in my daughters small size before driving there to shop-coming from out of town-was very disappointed. They suggested she get one that doesnt fit then spend money for alterations-changing a dress from size 8 to 0 is a big task for anyone! Thank goodness i stayed overnite shopped more next day at River Ridge mall and found what we needed at JC penney and for an affordable price. Would not suggest going if you are a smaller size! Also, looked like some of the gowns were already used?
