The owner is very accommodating with a large selection of beautiful dresses. Turn around time was extremely fast. I will.continue to use this shop for my future gown needs.

NO REFUNDS EVER EVEN IF THEY SCREW UP!!!!! Ordered dresses based on the color of the one in store and the dress in the book and it came in a different color. The owner repeatedly referred to the receipt that says dresses may come in a different “dye lot”. The dress was a different color. We ordered burgundy and the dresses were wine. Burgundy has a red undertone and wine has a purple undertone. They did not match the color at all of the wedding. The person there when I first saw the dress did agree it was not the right color but the owner was not there. Our choices were pick another dress of the limited selection they offer and hope it comes in the right color, order the same dress again and hope it comes in the correct “dye lot” or lose money. We are out over $275 because there are no refunds!! She knew the colors are not consistent but did NOT say that. We ordered dresses online from another place weeks apart and they all was the right color and the same dye lot! She uses cheap companies and is shady about it.

The owner and her staff treated my mom, my future mother-in-law, and myself like family. They have a great selection of beautiful dresses and numerous catalogs that they can order from if they don’t have your dream dress in store.

I had the pleasure of working with Tracy and Katelyn when searching for my wedding dress. They were an absolute dream to work with attentive and very knowledgeable. Their sizing options were better than I had expected and I was beyond pleased. I would recommend them if youre looking for a more personal experience.

If u want the right color do not go there. The color that was ordered came back purple not burgundy. But the book shows the burgundy dress even called company that makes dress said all the dresses in the same style is purple. But the store we went to doesnt want to refund us the money back on 4 dresses they cant make right.

I made an appointment today & Katie helped me! SHE. IS. A. DREAM. The sweetest, most patient person ever. ! I’ve only went to one other store besides this one, & I don’t plan on going to look anywhere else. Katie was great!

Tracy, Katie, and Abigail were incredibly helpful. We found Forever Yours on a whim after attempting to go to another bridal shop close by and found my dress! They had many options, and I actually found 3 that I really loved. As a size 16-18 I was worried about selection, but I felt beautiful in all the dresses I tried on and really appreciated the staff help. They were kind and clearly knowledgeable about alteration options. Thanks so much!

Wow! Found this bridal store by doing a googleSearch, thank goodness for google!!! I have lived near Lynchburg forever and had no clue this was here! Found my designer bridal gown after searching at other stores all around! Tracy was so beyond helpful and personable., she was not pushy at all and she let me take photos of the gowns and did not hover all over me like some other stores did.They have beautiful designer gowns and i got mine way cheaper than other places I was looking! So thankful!!!!

As a bride to be I highly recommend this shop. The staff and owner treated me like family. They are very caring and helpful. They took care of every concern I had even helping me in getting a new dress because my other one did not fit correctly. Its every brides worst nightmare to go try on their dress and it being too small! The owner saw how upset I was and helped me fix the problem. My wedding Is in 11 days and I cant wait to show off the beautiful dress they helped me pick out! All our brides maids dresses turned out beautiful and the groomsman tuxes were also ordered from this establishment. The care I have received here has been amazing! I highly recommend everyone to use this business!💙

I was in need of a last minute Sadie’s dress and I went to a numerous amount of stores before this and found nothing but prom dresses and then I arrived here and the staff was great to work with and they let me order a dress even though they didn’t have it in store. They measured me so they knew what size I needed. When it got there it needed a few alterations and they did it there for in 2 days. Highly recommend for homecoming and prom dresses!!

Went looking for a Prom dress. This place looked worse than the goodwill...Dresses were not this years dresses. Dont be fooled. The pictures on the internet of the store doesnt even look like the same placeUpdate... the 5 other stores we went to had all there shipments in and said just about all shipments were done what stores had is what the had.. you did not have 100s of dresses

This store was fantastic. Not only did they have a wide selection, but a knowledgeable and friendly staff was there and willing to help serve all my needs. They also offer onsite alterations that were perfect for me.

Thank you so much for helping me last week!!! Found myself in a jam needing a formal dress to wear the next day. As hard as it is to find a formal gown in August, the process was made harder by the fact that I am a plus size girl and had a limited budget. Not only did you have something in my size that I loved, your employee altered it on the spot to give me the perfect fit. I felt beautiful and was so thankful at how easy yall made the whole process. I will definitely be back the next time I need a nice gown.

Was told that there were plenty of formal gowns in the sizes we needed and that if not could be ordered withing 5 business days. Not the case-got there and wasnt much there especially not in the price range I had asked about over the phone before traveling from out of town to shop with my daughter. Also, really bad area of town. Very disappointed. Found what we needed elsewhere thank goodness

Altered my dress and it was beautiful and after a previous dress shop gave me a lot of trouble she took my bridesmaids dresses in and offered to do whatever she could to fix my girls dresses. 10/10 to work with.

This place is a joke!! Walked in the store, waited for over 30 minutes before I finally found someone to wait on me. Was waiting for the hidden cameras to come out. Ordered tux, finally came in two days before we needed it. Shirt was way to small, pants way to large and Cumberland was missing a hook. Never again!!!

Absolutely the worst service, merchandise, and fitting I have ever experienced. Please do not use them. I am literally apauled. The suit that I received was itchy, missing buttons, and had excessive loose ends.I really am not one to complain, however I am compelled to share that there are definitely better options in the city of Lynchburg.The problems that I have voiced where experienced by not just me but a majority of those in the wedding party.We called and them and there was no resolution given.Sad this was my experience because I love supporting small businesses. But this is not acceptable.

Good selections but the help was literally no existent. I was there for 10 minutes and no one was there to help me.

I was shopping for a wedding dress and waited 45 min for the lady to open the store. How does a business open 45 min late AND I had an appointment. The sales lady didnt have any selection in my size and the dresses they did have were outdated and hideous. If you want phenomenal customer service and quality go to Celebration bridal on main st. I had my entire wedding party dressed there all my alterations were flawless and leecy was an angel!

Buy your dress there but take it with you and get it altered elsewhere. Terrible sloppy work. Still missing a piece to my dress. Once you make a purchase there the owner refuses to take your phone calls or return them. Excuse after excuse.

H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E doesnt even begin to describe the service. My bridesmaid dresses were ordered from Forever Yours.....we were not told how long the order would take to come in but when Tracey the owner told me back in February that if we ordered the dresses by the end of May they would be in in plenty of time before my September wedding I thought great no problem, ok I dont know what her definition of plenty time is cause it did not match mine. The dresses did not come in till 1 1/2 weeks before the wedding. Two of my bridesmaids didnt even get to pick up their dresses till the week of and the other the day before the wedding due to alterations being needed. I was beyond stressed out through this whole experience, everytime I called I never got a clear answer of when the dresses would be in, or I would be told that they would call the vendor to see when they would ship and then they would call me back. I NEVER received a return call. The outcome turned out ok, but does not change the horrible experience and severe stress this caused me and my bridesmaids. I would never recommend this place to any one for any formal need, they are highly unprofessional and disorganized. Make the trip out of town to go anywhere else!

Do not get anything from here the owners daughter cursed at us as about a dress they wanted us to pick up the day of the wedding very unprofessional and very unorganized. I repeat DO NOT PICK THIS.
