Never used them before for my own vehicle. Had some monster tires to get put on my Jeep Wrangler. Colony Tire and Service had good prices so I should just stop there but I can’t, they replaced the tires so quickly that I wasn’t even ready that fast so I left it overnight. Jeeps driving great, got money still in my pocket, and was treated by the politest salesman and Mechanic Tech, there’s nothing else to do but go back there for all my needs.Brian Moses

Colony was so busy when I pulled in for inspection that I was forced to make an appointment for the following day. Time comes for my appointment and even though they were extremely busy at the time, pulled my truck right in to the shop and took care of me. They were friendly, thorough and gave me insight on what may or may not cause a problem in the future.This is my new got to for all of my service and repair needs.

Colony Tire and Service came Highly recommended to me by Don Irbys Transmissions! I had a situation that was very unique! Sometimes being a female and having very little knowledge about vehicles can make me feel very intimidated. However, I was treated with respect and patience. It required a lot of communication by telephone as I was a third-party and was not available in person. However, working with Glen and his team made me feel as if we were a member a member of the family! I would highly recommend this business to everyone I know! Keep up the Great Job!

Driving from the DC area to North Carolina, I had tire trouble, I pulled over to Colony and they provided me quick and excellent service. They understood that I was moving and was on a time crunch. Big city prices. Brought in 6 new tires for them to install on a Dually and it cost me $700.00. The best was they balanced the rear tires w the weights on the outside of the rims.. I haven’t seen that since the 1980’s.

I chose Colony because of their location and the fact that I had seen rvs on the lot before. I dont think I will take my vehicles there again. $750 for front brakes and rotors. I drove a mile down the road and smoke started rolling from the right front wheel. I took it back, but it wasnt very urgent that they fix it. I had to call corporate office to get it attention. They said they replaced the pads and rotors and put on a new caliper and hose....I sure hope they did. But I am not confident about it. Seems like they should have noticed a stuck caliper when they initially changed the pads and rotors....but I am just a woman. Who happens to know what she is talking about! LolSo my original review was a 2 star. I have since changed that to a 4. I have driven my rv more and the repair is great. I do suggest that Colony Tire put more emphasis on making sure repairs are made right the first time around. It seemed to me that there was an undercurrent of get it done quick attitude that is probably not conducive to adequately resolving mechanical problems, although it would be for straight up changing tires.They did fix the problem, but I did feel they werent responsive to getting my issue repaired in a timely manner until I made some calls. Over all satisfied with the outcome.

I came in to get some work done on my truck the other day and I could not have asked more from Tim Brandt. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in getting what I needed done. He also went out of his way to get me pricing on a few other cosmetic issues I had as well. I will take all of my future business to Tim for all of my vehicles needs from now on. 10/10 in my book

There was a slight delay on my tires being delivered to the shop. However the staff called me ahead of time and let me know. Fair prices and quick service.

I can say this about few auto shops in Lynchburg, but they are amazing! It’s tough for women to find an honest mechanic these days, so I respect and honor their professionalism. Plus their prices are reasonable. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this shop. It had to had been God, because I got a flat tire at the Sheetz next to the business. The rest is history!

Needed tires quickly and was given prompt service that didn’t try to oversell my needs. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Excellent service. Great staff. I work an hour from home. I developed a bubble in my tire on the way to work. I stopped here because of its close proximity to work. And Im glad I did. They squeezed me in for a replacement that day knowing it would be unsafe to drive on it. And their prices are great. As a thank, you Ive given them all my business since. I definitely recommend them.

Great place to get tires. They gave me a quote on 4 tires and then managed to schedule me in the next day to get them put on. It took them less than 1 hour to complete the job.

I had to get work done on my car, and Erick was so kind and easy to work with. Ive always felt a little overwhelmed at the mechanics, but they made the process easy. Ive been ripped off before by dishonest mechanics/shops, but Erick and the rest of the staff were very genuine in wanting to fix my vehicle for a reasonable price. Even after I left and a new issue came up with my car, they got me in the very next morning and fixed it within 30 minutes with no charge. This store goes above and beyond in their work and character.

Met the tech there,after hours. In and out within 20 minutes.

1st time there for RV front tires balance. Excellent job and it didnt take long. Will go back for all my tire needs. Great to find a business that is customer service oriented and a smile on their face.

I lost my brakes in my truck with my horse trailer on the back in the middle of 29 and Colony Tire came and helped me and fixed my truck at their shop. They were amazing and super helpful. 100% recommend.

Im not even giving this place a star. My fiance had me take our car to this place this past Friday to get the car inspected, well while my daughter and I were there they had the nerve to take a part off of the front strut and never bothered to put it back on, I took it to another shop yesterday and come to find out the top of the strut was floppin around while I was out driving and didnt even know. Now the car has to sit until i take it to the shop where i was at yesterday and get it fixed tomorrow. This place lost our business all together. Never again

Thank you to the folks at Colony Tire in Lynchburg, Virginia! I had dropped off my daughter at Liberty U. andwas on my way out of town when I noticed the dashboard light indicating a problem with the tires. I had a 7 hour drive ahead of me and needed help. The guys did a great job diagnosing and fixing my tire ( it had a nail in it ), and I was able to get home safely thanks to them. I dropped my truck off at 9 am for a rotation and balance due vibration from used wheels I had bout that were cupped and out of BALANCE!!! I called in at 12:30 around lunch to see if it was ready. The man at the front said they were done they didn’t balance it because the rotating it would correct the my problem1: I didn’t ask for a opinion on what to do I asked for rotation and BALANCE!!!!2: the tires did need balanced as the CUSTOMER REQUESTED!!!3: I was lied to when I was told the tires had been rotated and was completed. The tires were still in the same position as they were when I dropped it off.4: this is not the first problem I have had and is why I don’t send any commercial trucks here anymore nor will I bring any vehicles agin.Paying customers expect what they ask for not your opinion without consulting me first before your decision
