Alexandria & Kaylee were so kind and professional & went out of their way to make sure everything turned out on my car. Brought my car here for repairs to my roof and bumper after dents and scratches were found after leaving my car parked on the street for a weekend. The customer service rep was super helpful and kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the entire repair process. Performance Collision handled all communications with the Geico claims adjuster, which alleviated the burden of me having to negotiate with Geico to complete the repairs. I would definitely use Performance Collision again!

Extremely disappointed on entire experience- hood doesn’t fit right, they claimed to have replaced a light they did not and i had to bring the car back due to the light still not working; windshield wipers do not fit properly nor extend the properly across the windshield anymore. never thought hitting a deer would be such a headache to deal with afterwards.

Had service with them done in February of 2021 for accident damages, went through insurance. Performance Collision timeline to get my car back went from a little over a week to an entire month. Their communication was terrible and any update I had to call myself to get.The worst part is, once the issue was all taken care of and payed for, or so I thought, they call me 3 months later to say I have a remaining balance left with them, even after I had already paid them. No communication regarding the remaining bill, I paid in office and was told everything was taken care of only to find out months later they lied and came to collect. Would not recommend Performance Collision to anyone who expects competent service that is timely and accurate. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere

My experience here was very professional...my car came back to me looking like it had just come off of a showroom floor. I appreciate everyone at Performance Collision as they even went as far as calling out to rental agencies to get me into a rental before they took my car in to fix it. The team at Performance took care of my truck! I initially took my truck to where my insurance company wanted... After having multiple issues at that repair shop in Lynchburg --Performance Collision Centers came to the rescue! They picked the truck up from that shop and took care of me right away. I received daily updates and a truck that looks better than when i bought it! If you have any dents, dings or paint wants or needs i would highly recommend this company!

They told me over a month ago, my truck would be ready, and now everyday I call to get an update it’s something new, and it’s a back and forth story. Would not recommend going here unless you’re okay with waiting over a month for vehicle. They take on more business than they can handle so it causes severe delay on your vehicle. They do not value your time.

Went to pick up my car and it was still damaged they tried to buff a chip out of my door handle. Left the car there till they fixed it and go back to pick it up next day and still had not fixed my door panel. Then they said they didnt touch it but they would fix it for the inconvenience. They are a joke DONT USE THIS PLACE.

Daniel is an amazing man was very honest does really great work but unfortunately my car wasn’t repairable was a total loss. But for all my other future body work and repair I will most definitely go to him very clean organized family oriented and has a heart of gold so I highly recommend him for all your car needs
