I hit a deer unfortunately, but no to worry Caliber Collision was there. The work they did was great ! Very fast, and very professional. Shawn kept me updated on the entire process while my car was in the shop. The lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and made the process easy ! I would highly recommend them to work on your car !

Our daughter rear ended someone and we brought our car to this shop. They helped us get a rental car and our car was in and out in a week. They did an excellent job on the front end repairs. Her car is an odd color and the paint job is perfect! We were updated on the cars repairs as the week went on. The car was also spotless both inside and outside when we picked it up. The folks that work there are top notch! They are all so willing to help and work hard to do a great job! I highly recommend this shop.

My car was hit in a parking lot and had front end damage. I took it to Caliber and they did a great job! My car is a weird purple/black color and it looks better than ever! I am a college student and my car was repaired quickly and the people that work there were so nice and helpful! I would highly recommend them and I won’t take my baby anywhere else!

My car had front end damage when we accidentally hit a large flower pot. I took it to Caliber and was very happy with their work. My car was repaired quickly and looked great! My car is newer and I was worried it would not be the same after this accident but it is just as good as ever if not better. The people that work there were professional. They kept me up to date on my repairs and were very timely. I definitely recommend Caliber here in Lynchburg!

They took months to fix my vehicle, then when I returned with issues that obviously came from the original accident on items that were supposed to be under warranty, they did everything in their power to say they were not to blame. And the over the Salem office became very rude. I prey to never have dealings with this company ever again.

I brought my car here after hitting a deer that took off half my bumper and pushed my radiator back and they were fantastic to work with. I don’t see how they got a negative review at all. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, to the point where they actually had someone drive me home when they decided to keep my car instead of me driving it home until a spot opened in their shop. When I offhandedly mentioned that I was hoping it would be finished by a certain date because I was traveling, they worked to get my car back to me before that date (even though it fell before the estimated date of completion). The work they did was top notch and I actually feel like my car drives a little better now than it did before I took it in. I am definitely planning on using them again and will be recommending my friends there if they ever need repairs.

Picked up my car on 6/23/2020. Used Caliber on recommendation from USAA agent. The color painted on a new bumper is white but it obviously does not match the original Toyota Blizzard Pearl color. I have used Laslie Collision previously and should have used them again. Will never go back to Caliber.

EDIT: I liked this place so much, I reccomend my mom go there when she hit a deer. When she got the car back, the work was so incredibly shoddy we had to have our insurance force them to re-repair the car the correct way. When I went in to get my car fixed, and I am obviously a car guy, they do a good job. But when they get a lady in there they think they can take advantage of they do everything the can to do just that. Wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.

Completely worthless after throwing away perfect led headlights of mine and still couldnt fix my car when I still drove it there.

Two sides to Total your vehicle I was looking at any other option to try to save and repair your vehicle serious I would highly recommend Sandrof

Bad service, incredibly rude staff. Expect this sort of thing from a chain, they are certainly lacking the personal feel of smaller shops in the area. Go somewhere else, this place doesnt deserve your dollars.

My car looks better than it did when it went in. They worked diligently to get the part needed for an older car that is no longer made. Had to match my old beaten up paint with the new door paint and you cannot even tell the difference. They were super nice too and kept me updated on the progress via text message. This is a chain and they have good standard business practices. I knew people in Charleston SC that worked for Caliber and I know they are a very good business.
