Initially Vincent was very nice and thorough. We made it clear that we were just browsing and he offered his email for any and all questions. He seemed so responsive and kind in person. However, email communication quickly broke down after I began negotiating pricing options. I understand that right now this is a sellers market, but as we all know car salesmen arent exactly notorious for getting you a good deal and I would be remiss as a customer if I didnt at least try to negotiate a better price. Honestly, I didnt think he would even go for the price point I offered and that would have been fine with me as I didnt think the prices he offered were that bad. I also thought that this would be a good exercise in how he responds to working through the details of a transaction. Well unfortunately, his response was aggressive and suddenly extremely disinterested as though he felt we werent worth his time. I asked him if he would like to continue working with us and never heard back.To me this shows that he is sweet as pie until any challenges potentially arise. Then it becomes a disappearing act. Too bad really as we were closer with moving forward with Infiniti than any other car/dealership we visited.
I bought a car here last month and literally the day after I had to go to the service center because my tire was flat. Kevin was very thorough and helped me with everything. It was my first time going to a service center by myself and he made everything easier. He’s very helpful and friend and I appreciate him!

I am a repeat customer and Infiniti of Lynbrook’s service department has always been good to me. Rico and Joe takes customer service to a whole new level. I took my car in for a steering Wheel plus horn issue. I got a courtesy ride home (driver is so courteous) while my car was being diagnosed. I was called the same day and given the diagnoses and offered a loaner as my car had to be in the shop for a while.I am a happy customer. Thank you guys!!
When I went to Infiniti of Lynbrook, I originally went just to look and get an idea of what they have to offer especially due to the very little selection of vehicles everywhere because of the pandemic. The gentleman I meet was Vincent and he was amazing. I explained to him what I was looking for and not trying to break the bank. He was gave me great options and let me test drive the choices, and I fell in love. With the help of Vincent and Oscar, I was able to leave that day with the car I wanted. If you want to have a great experience and get what you want these are the MEN you want to work with. I will be referring all my family and friends to deal with these men. Disappointed with my experience at Lynbrook Infiniti. To begin with getting a live agent on the phone was very challenging to make an appointment. I was dropping my car off for a simple oil change and to have my horn diagnosed. Upon arrival it took over 20 minutes for the check-in process. There was no courtesy vehicle available so the representative had to use his own personal vehicle to drop me off while my vehicle was being serviced. Approximately 2 hours later I receive a call from the sales department trying to have me trade in my vehicle. This was done before anyone even called to let me know if my vehicle had been diagnosed. I politely declined. Six hours later still no call back regarding my vehicle and to try to get the agent on the line was impossible. Finally after several attempts at 330 I was given the diagnoses and the cost to have my vehicle repaired. At this point I declined service and opted to pick up my vehicle and bring the car back at a future date. I was told a courtesy vehicle would pick me up at 430 in order for me to pick up my car. The courtesy car arrived half hour late. The staff was very apologetic upon my arrival however I still had an additional half hour wait before I was on my way. There was no sticker on my vehicle to let me know when to bring my car back for a oil change in addition when I pointed this out the one placed still had the wrong information. Not only was I late getting to work after picking up my vehicle I was not satisfied with my overall experience. The prices are expensive no weekend hours and not having my vehicle courtesy washed contributed to my overall dissatisfaction.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin who appeared to be flustered by the overwhelming amount of people upon my arrival. However this did not stop Kevin from being attentive and very professional towards me. He patiently explained what services would be provided to me and entire team did it in a timely manner. I will definitely return to this location without hesitation for any assistance needed with my vehicle.
Rico was very helpful. I was previously told that I needed brakes. Rico ensured that they were inspected appropriately and discovered that a change was not necessary at this time. He facilitated my receipt of what I needed and not overcharging me! Thanks Rico!

INFINITI OF LYNBROOK SERVICE CENTER163 Denton Ave LynbrookNew York 11563This service center has to be the worst I’ve ever experienced as far as customer service is concerned. Every time I come in I never get a greeting, everyone is face down on the computer and pick up the phone when you walk in. This time I waited 20min for someone to take my paperwork my last visit was close to 30min standing in front of them and they have no reaction it’s like your invisible until you speak up for assistance. I was told they will be right with me about 8min in then I kept waiting as usual. They are so slow on getting work done it’s unreal. They need a new crew out front or some real customer service training.

On Friday June 25th, I made an appointment with Agent Vincent. On Saturday, June 26th, I arrived at the Linbrook store. Vincent was polite and patient with me. I am grateful to him for that. In the end, when I had almost made my choice, he suggested that I leave a $ 500 deposit. I doubted, as the car had defects that Vincent promised to fix. I asked him: What will happen to my deposit if I don’t like how the defects were fixed or I just refuse to buy? To which the agent replied that the store would write me his check of $ 500 instead of mine and everything would be fine. I asked again several times. Got the same answer. I wrote a check and left. Today, Monday 28 June, in the morning, I arrived at the store and said that I do not want to buy a car. Vincent gave me back my check, which had void written on it and said that I should call my bank and stop this check. I said I had to pay $ 30 for this. He replied that there were no other options. I called the bank and stopped the check, and the bank charged me $ 30 and my story went bad.Im sorry to talk about it, but I was deceived ... They promised one thing, but did something completely different, and I also paid money for it. My opinion of this store in Lynbrok has turned negative. And if someone asks me about this store, I cant recommend it.If your employees were well trained, the information would be correct. It wasnt me who wanted to stop the check. It was your worker who called me and told me to do it. And now you tell me about it. In your store I was not well informed and I had to make a mistake through no fault of my own. You are not working professionally. I have a negative opinion about your store. And your answer only added confidence in this. Because you still put all the blame on me.
Awesome Staff! The technician that worked on my car was precise at fixing my issue. The Manager Mr Raghu went as far as getting me a complimentary ride to my bank so I can save by using cash. I wouldn’t bring my Q70s to any place beside Infiniti of Lynbrook service.
Everytime I go into the Infiniti service dept in Lynbrook I always have such a great experience. The representatives are friendly, hard working individuals. Im pleased with the service I receive there.
I had a horrible experience with infinity of lynbrook. My wife went there to get service to her car. We have an extended warranty on the vehicle. The dealer couldn’t find the info in the system. So she left and they told her that they’ll call her back to setup an appointment. They never called. So we went to infinity of bayside where, not only did they find our contract but serviced the vehicle and we lived happily ever after. The end.
Great customer service. Especially John!! They explained everything clearly, didnt try to sell me services and finished everything same day as promised. I brought my car in with a whole bunch of warning lights on and a tune up and a reset had it working perfectly the next day.
I went to get my car serviced in Lynbrook and was helped by Rico. He was extremely professional and courtesy the entire process. he listened to all my questions and concerns and went over and beyond to help me. This is unbelievable!!!! Where is there a back in October due to a leakage from the sunroof holes. It’s not even one year and the car is full of water as you can see the pic attached. I called and they said I have to pay for diagnostic and if they issue is not what the fixed. They will make you to pay for something or make excuses so I can pay for. Then I have to leave the car when the not sure how long. No loaner car as the always. The car has 17285 miles 2017 q50.

Also I noticed the interaction amongst the two men at the left side of counter and the people who were outside servicing the vehicle was poor and did not look very willing to help or cared at all. Kevin at the Lynbrook location (denton avenue) was absolutely the best! I couldn’t ask for better customer service. He kept me updated on my vehicle and even sent me pictures of what needed to be done so I see for myself. We came here to look at car that was posted on Cars.com. Upon calling they assured the vehicle was available for a test drive. Upon arriving they advised that the vehicle was sold and tried to sell me a different car. Upon arrival they also added 2k to the price of the cars.com advertised price even though they assured me they would honor it over the phone.We liked the other car and we started negotiating. upon agreeing on a price i asked for a full price total upon which he once again assured me that there were no additional fees. Upon closing and buying the car they added a 2k optional fee which we never agreed too.DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP OR BAYSIDE INFINITIVincent was the salesman.
I got my car serviced and John helped me out. Ive been an Infiniti owner/leaser for 16 years and him and Rico do a fine job. I got a good amount done to the car and it cost quite a few bucks but everything seems to have been done well and the car feels good. My only disappointment is the small details. My car wasnt washed like it usually is. The battery in my smart key wasnt changed and one of my tire valve caps was missing. Not the end of the world but those things make a big difference.

I was told by Infiniti Financial that I could return my lease to any dealer -- this is the nearest one. I called in and spoke to someone in sales who had the authority to take the car in -- but rather than follow corporate policy of accepting lease returns, he cherry picked to see if the car would be a good fit to sell on his lot and then told me hes not interested. Get that -- an Infiniti dealer not interested in processing my lease return. I then had Infiniti Financial call (and of course they logged a complaint), but he held firm to his stance of not accepting a lease return (in spite of the fact that it is corporate policy). Let this serve as a microcosm of the treatment you are to expect from INFINITI of Lynbrook.

I took my car for oil change and servicing. I was checked in by Eric. The process was very smooth and while I waited in the waiting area, Eric took the time to update me on the status of my car. Wonderful service. A great customer service rep like Eric is a great asset to this company. A pleasant customer service encounter is a priority for me regardless of where I go. Additionally I didn’t wait too long to get my car serviced. My only complaint with this place and NOT a fault of the employees is that I was charged a service fee to use my credit card. This is despicable.

Absolutely the worst infiniti dealer i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This place gives you the run around and is purely financially driven. They could care less about the consumer, rapport or purchase history. I had one guy tell me to come down to the dealership and drop off my infiniti and I would be absolved of my final 2 payments due to covid and the low mileage on my vehicle. hence it was eligible for an early turn in [2 final remaining payments - over 6k miles left to drive. I believe his name was, after driving over 35 miles to the dealership I had the pleasure of speaking to Joe whom informed me the vehicle wasnt eligible for a early trade/turn in regardless of being under milage. *the buyback price for the car was simply too high he stated * this was basically a slap in the face considering i referred 3 different individuals to that specific dealership and they ended up buying cars based on my recommendation. I basically wasted my time traveling there, with an infant also I may add . 1 month away from that final payoff I would never spend my money with infiniti of lynbrook. Go elsewhere.
Horrible customer service. Put money down on a car and had unfortunate circumstances and couldnt purchase. Was told money put down is refundable. Its been over a month and whenever I call all they say is, itll be ready next week with no real time table. I want my money back!
I can only speak on my experience with Dave. He is always transparent and very direct with me. I genuinely enjoy the experience when he is working and I know my car is being taken good care of. Its a little pricey but thats the cost of driving a luxurious vehicle.
If I can give zero stars..I would. Hands down the worst service experience I’ve had at any dealership. They will give you the run around and do anything not to reimburse your money. I had a 2pm appointment and they took my car a little early. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and has good coffee. My service advisor David kept me informed of the progress while I waited and didn’t flinch when I added one more thing to the to-do list. The staff even invited the customers to share the birthday cake. All in all, a pleasant wait and the car was clean and ready to go as promised.

Very impressed with the experience. Had never been to this dealership before and was there for a flat tire. I came ready for an argument expecting to be sold parts I didn’t need. Not only was I talked out of what I didn’t need but when I suggested I would take an Uber to my office to wait for the car they informed me that they had a driver available to drop me off AND pick me up later when the car was ready. Overall very pleased with the experience (if you are going to get a flat tire).

I would like to complain about the service here because of how unfairly my husband was treated by one of the workers. Although he was waiting there longer for service, than two other people, the worker insisted to help them out first. It’s completely unfair for Asians like my husband, who get treated like this by the worker. If I were there, I would have already talked to the supervisor about this unfair situation, and never go there again. I do not recommend anyone to go here.
I love my car and the deals I got. Not much of a chance to build a relationship since they change employees often. The service department does get 5 stars though.

How can I start the service advisor was great. The service manager on the other hand makes no sense I explain to them that Ive been having problems with the front end of my car noise and rattling. Service manager ask me how many miles do your car have I stated 54000 he stated thats all 54000 wear and tear on your car. I then told him my cars hardly Driven and is garage kept. They eventually took my car in check it out and said it was the tension rod. Got the car back still making the same noise And now I have to bring it back to service.
Great Sales team and the financial support
Today my husband and I purchased our second vehicle from this location. Our expierence was great from the start. I first spoke with Oscar who scheduled an appointment with Keston. We knew exactly what we wanted before we arrived to the location. We looked at a couple of vehicles and Keston was very patient professional and honest with us. He was knowledgeably about the vehicle and was able to show us all the features. We returned today in order to finish the purchase. We spoke with Martin in finance and he went through everything and answered any questions we had. Joe was also able to help with some minor details. The staff here is very professional this is our second vehicle at this location and we will continue to do business here.Update: Today about 5 days after I purchased the car I received a call from Keston to follow up and he said Martin needed to speak with me. They informed me that they went above and beyond and was able to lower my payment. When I left the office Martin told me he would follow up with the bank to see if he could reduce my payments. Today he confirmed that he was able to do so. Thank you for all your extra efforts and providing excellent customer service.
My service advisor Brian is great! I went to INFINITI to get a drive belt replacement. The service was fairly quick and Brian kept me updated to let me know when my car was done. I was even shuttled to McDonald’s because my kids were hungry. The service was great. I do recommend INFINITI of Lynbrook.

Everybody was respectful and didnt try to force any unnecessary repairs on me. Only thing was that I had to make a second trip because an error that was made during the initial repairs. Though they corrected the issue with no problem and was very understanding. I would recommend this location to any other Infiniti owners if they ever need to get their car serviced or recalls repaired.

The place is very clean and there are complementary refreshments available if youre hungry or thirsty. They let me know that my inspection was due and performed it for me. Very good experience sales men and women very helpful, but only thing there was no flexibility in price, holding the prices too high, not able to come to an agreeable fair price . Lexus has very nice cars and trucks . Being that we are living in this time of uncertainity they should look to sell there cars faster, salesman said that there was a shortage of cars, I looked around the lot is over flowing with cars, did not understand the logic of the salesman . He was not pushing too hard in a way he said he os waiting for the buyer thats able to pay the most money, this was Marc a Sales manager ????
Very good service and clean facility. However, they established a new policy where they charge 4% more to pay by credit card. This was not explained to me when I made the appointment or when I checked in. I would have brought a check.
Eric, the Service Representative was FANTASTIC. He took time to answer my questions, provided updates on the servicing and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my car. Eric went above and beyond.
Brian was amazing and very professional. He took care of me from the minute I walked in and through every step of the way till I was leaving. He made sure my car was clean and washed when I was leaving. Very professional and very courteous!
